Casey was my day-of coordinator, and I truly could not have done it without her. From months leading up to the wedding, she was incredibly detailed and organized, constantly keeping me on track and making sure nothing fell through the cracks.
On the actual day, she was absolutely invaluable. Because of her, I was able to fully relax and enjoy every moment without worrying about logistics or timelines. Everything ran so smoothly, and I know that’s all thanks to her hard work behind the scenes.
I can’t recommend Casey enough. She went above and beyond in every way and made our wedding day everything we hoped for and more. -

I first met Casey when I was the maid of honor in my cousin’s wedding, which she also coordinated. We were so impressed with her warmth, professionalism, and organization that hiring her as our coordinator was an easy choice. Throughout the planning process, she was genuine, responsive, and incredibly organized, even giving us thoughtful questions to bring to our vendor meetings that we wouldn’t have thought of on our own.
On the wedding day, Casey went above and beyond. She took on all the stress so we could fully enjoy the most lovely and unforgettable moments. She rolled with all the punches and made sure everything ran smoothly from start to finish. The Best Wedding Coordinator!
There are not enough words to describe how fantastic Casey is. Without her, it would have been impossible to actually enjoy our wedding day. As a perfectionist, it can be difficult to trust that the same level of care will be put into details but Casey exceeded our expectations. We had a few calls so she understood our vision, built an entire day of timeline, and assisted with the vendor coordination the month leading up to the wedding. She truly helped make the days leading up to and the day of stress free. Most couples state that they do not have time to eat on the day of their wedding but Casey made sure that we did and that we got to enjoy cocktail hour. We had a few hiccups such as a vendor being late, a makeup mishap, and a stain on a shirt. Casey worked with our venue to prolong the cocktail hour, helped redo a bridesmaid’s makeup, and removed the stain before anyone noticed. She handled everything so fantastically that we were not worried about anything and got to fully enjoy our day together. It’s important to have a coordinator but it’s crucial you have Casey as yours because there is honestly no one better. Casey did such an incredible job for my wedding. Timeline was extremely important for us and everything went according to plan. Any questions we had was answered with ease. She made my day absolutely seamless and perfect and I couldn’t be more thankful. From the first conversation, up until weeks leading up and day of Casey took care of everything and added so much more to our special day. The day was absolutely perfect and so much fun!! Where do I begin with how amazing Casey is!!! When I saw her work a friend’s wedding and then my sister’s I knew she was going to be one of my first hires for my wedding day & she is definitely my #1 vendor!
I truly believe no matter how big or small your wedding is, for the amount of time and money that goes into planning you shouldn’t even question hiring a wedding coordinator (AKA chaos coordinator) to help along the way & then be the leader for the day that goes by way too quick!!! Hiring a coordinator is not just about planning and helping your day go flawlessly, but they are also there to play wack-a-mole for any problems to arise (which they will unfortunately) before they get to the Bride & Groom. I also believe you shouldn’t put it on your bridal party or family to help work your wedding- they are there to be guests & enjoy your special day too!
Casey was my LIFELINE during wedding planning- I could not have done it without her! Her breakdown of the day was so organized and she was always on top of all our meetings & flexible when I had to make changes. She also made great suggestions on things I wouldn't even think of. Casey is punctual and so detail-oriented- between every hour of the day & night, glam scheduling, my huge bridal party & our families, taking care of my dog, helping with my photo list (including my 1st look with my bridesmaids), vendor list, & key items - she was the biggest blessing to me!
Casey is so smart & passionate at what she does- she has been in the wedding industry for 10+ years. Throughout the day & night I received so many compliments from guests & other vendors about Casey- I’m pretty sure my whole bridal party will be hiring her for their future weddings!
There is no one else I would’ve felt more confident in to hold my hand the morning of my wedding day & get me down that aisle & take care of the whole day & night while I enjoyed my special day! I will never forget her hard work & dedication- Thank You Casey!!! ❤️The Case Mae Bride's reply:

I truly do not think we would have enjoyed our wedding to the fullest without Casey!! She made everything feel seamless and was on top of absolutely everything. She was always available to answer any questions we had and took away the stress that naturally comes the month before your wedding. She created an incredibly detailed timeline down to the minute and shared it with all of my vendors so that everyone was on the same page. Her experience was essential as there were so many things I would not have thought of without her. She absolutely goes above and beyond and her kindness is immeasurable. My husband and I got married a little over a week ago now and we are still raving about what an incredible job Casey did in helping coordinate our special day. Casey is the epitome of organization, professionalism, and trust. Her excel spreadsheet / timeline was something I had never seen before. She kept in contact with every vendor and did her best to make sure my husband and I had little to no stress days leading up to the wedding as well as that actual day. My vendors were blown away by her organizational skills and sheer talent in having a vision of a smooth and seamless day. There was absolutely nothing that Casey did not have an answer to and knowing I had her the day of my wedding was a true blessing. Even members of my bridal party commented on what an amazing job she did. It was one of the best decisions I made and I am so grateful I had Casey with me that day. Casey is amazing! She is super organized, attentive and positive. My wedding ran so smoothly and it was all thanks to her. She started having zoom calls with us prior to the wedding day to get insight on our vision and built a great day of agenda. Day of the wedding she was checking on both the girls suite and boys and made sure everything was ok. I had a bridesmaid with a dress emergency and she handled it flawlessly. She transported all my Ukrainian ceremony items from the hotel to the church and then to my venue and then at the end of the night packed everything up for us. She also took so many cute behind the scenes pics which was a fun surprise. Our bridal party, family, and friends were all raving about Casey (even my Ukrainian aunt and uncle that don’t speak English!). Highly recommend!The Case Mae Bride's reply:

Even if you think you can do everything yourself, you’d be surprised how much you need a coordinator. I’m one of those type A++ people but I couldn’t believe how many little details I overlooked that Casey helped me plan for. She was the most helpful vendor leading up to the big day to ensure that every detail both big and small were accounted for, and was such a pleasure to be around the day of. All of the communication was seamless. I absolutely appreciate her professionalism, honesty, and her kindness that made the biggest day of my life feel like it couldn’t have been more perfect. Casey's attention to detail is impeccable, and she meticulously took care of every aspect of our wedding day. From coordinating with vendors to managing the timeline, she left no stone unturned. We were able to relax and enjoy our day knowing that Casey had everything under control.
Not only is Casey highly organized, but she also has a calm and reassuring presence. Wonderful!
As someone with a type B personality and a baby; I do not have much time for organization and coordination. Especially with intricate details. Which is why I am so happy I decided to hire Casey for our big day.
We had several zoom meetings that were always accommodating to my schedule. She also was very thorough when preparing the day of plan; on a detailed excel sheet. She did so much as to steam my bridesmaids robes, dresses and my veil. She made sure our morning ran smooth with hair/ makeup and helped me with my dress/shoe changes. Lastly, at the end of the night all of my stuff was packed up from the venue and ready to go in a box to take home. I literally did not have to think about anything besides enjoying my night because she was taking care of it all for me.
My husband & I were truly satisfied with how smooth and organized our big day was. We even got several compliments on how organized and put together the wedding was by guests.
