Words cannot describe how amazing Natalie and Johanna are. From the moment I had my first call with Natalie I knew I needed to work with her for our wedding. She is not only so kind, friendly and caring but extremely detail oriented, organized and made the entire wedding planning process SO easy. On my wedding day I woke up feeling excited but overwhelmed and the second I saw Natalie’s face that all went away and I didn’t have to think twice about anything the day of. Hiring Natalie as our DOC was truly the BEST decision we made for our wedding! As a super type-A bride, I felt confident handling the planning myself, but I knew having a DOC would be helpful for executing everything on the actual day of. What I didn’t realize was just how stressful wedding planning would get in the last few months, and what a blessing it was to have Natalie there to help us along the way!

She built our timeline, helped us keep track of every item we needed to bring to the venue, and reminded us of countless little details we would have otherwise forgotten. She even attended our final walkthrough at the venue to go over logistics with our maitre’d and ensure everyone was on the same page.

On the wedding day, I was truly able to shut off my brain and be fully present while Natalie handled everything. She kept our schedule on track, communicated with all our vendors, led our ceremony rehearsal, and was by our side whenever we needed her—part coordinator, part therapist, part hype woman, and genuinely a friend. We honestly can’t imagine the day without her!

On top of all that, she designed & built our seating chart, welcome sign & bar signs, and she KILLED it!!

Natalie and her team were exceptional!!!! Her attention to detail and ability to flush out our vision was incredible. She was very organized and patient with us as we navigated through the checklists, the questions, and all the things we didn’t even realize we needed to figure out! We were very overwhelmed until we found Natalie (she was my sister’s wedding coordinator too and came highly recommended!). Natalie was very reasonably priced and was worth EVERY penny. She even traveled in for our rehearsal dinner. As a bride who really didn’t have many things planned or thought out, Natalie really helped pull it all together. Working with Natalie was truly one of the best decisions my husband and I made for our wedding. We had the pleasure of working with her for our 9/13/2025 celebration. From the very beginning, she was organized, patient, and genuinely invested in making our day everything we dreamed of and more. She listened carefully to our vision, offered thoughtful suggestions, and handled every detail with such professionalism and care.

Natalie was one of the best parts of our wedding. She helped us create our timeline, manage vendors, and think of details that hadn't occurred to us. Our wedding day would not have gone as smoothly without her, from managing large group photos to handling a transport issue. She also was able to keep us on schedule throughout the day, with multiple logistics to manage. Natalie and Johanna were the best team to work with while leading up to our big day. The support and guidance they provide is unparalleled, especially for a Type-B bride who would lose her head if it wasn't attached to her body lol! Lace and rose events made our day run seamlessly while also having fun with us getting ready. I cannot recommend them enough. 10/10 experience. I wish i could rate them even higher than 5 stars!

I can't thank Natalie and Johanna enough for being such a key part of what made our wedding day so special. I was very intentional about surrounding myself with kind, energetic, dependable vendors, and whether it was during the planning sessions, rehearsal, or the actual day of, Lace & Rose Events easily felt like family. If I had a question at any given moment, I knew I could call or text and immediately get a solution from them. Johanna was on top of everything on our wedding day and thought of all the details so we didn't have to, which allowed us to be as present as possible. (I even noticed a coffee stain on my wedding dress right before walking down the aisle and Johanna pulled out a Tide pen from her bag like a ninja). Will forever recommend them for family and friends getting married!

The best decision of our wedding was choosing Lace and Rose Events as our day of wedding coordinator!! Natalie was phenomenal and went above and beyond through our entire time work thing with her. I originally wanted to hire a day of coordinator because I chose to DIY a lot of our decorations and needed someone to help set up/break down our ceremony flowers, cocktail hour photo corkboard/ card station/ scavenger hunt station, and reception table decor. However, the structured, yet flexible guidance Natalie provided leading up to the wedding added a whole other level of value that I hadn't thought we needed until we experienced it including (1) meeting with us once a month starting 4 months prior to our wedding and (2) providing us with helpful planning worksheets which allowed us to think ahead about decisions we might not have thought about until last minute/ at all. It was SO great to have another person to pose questions to and provide advice based on her experience. Even before the actual wedding day, we felt hiring Lace and Rose Events was a great decision. On the day of the wedding, Lace and Rose Events set up all of our decor and handled every hurdle that came up while still assisting with the first look/ bridal party photos, walking the bridal party through the rehearsal, and handling last minute timeline changes due to incliment weather and missing props. The biggest assist happened during our reception. We planned to play field day games on the dance floor during rehearsal, but we realized that the props were left at the hotel. Natalie was able to coordinate with our DJ to fill time with an extra dance session while she and her team worked with an Uber driver to get the props to the venue. After they arrived, they helped our MC facilitate the games. Needless to say, our wedding turned out to be a LOT of work (more than I had anticipated needing help with), but Natalie and team were great through it all. If you are the fence about getting a day of coordinator, take this as your sign to just DO IT. It will give you such peace of mind to know someone else is there to handle things on your wedding. And hire Lace and Rose Events, because Natalie is so helpful and can 1000% handle any hiccup that comes up.

Natalie’s services were invaluable. She dedicated soo much time to my wedding both before and during the event…and my wedding went off EXACTLY as planned! Even when my wedding dress had a giant red stain on the train, Natalie was there, tooth brush in hand, to remove it (it came out by the way 😉) Truly, Natalie is amazing and you absolutely need her for your event!
