Words cannot describe how amazing Natalie and Johanna are. From the moment I had my first call with Natalie I knew I needed to work with her for our wedding. She is not only so kind, friendly and caring but extremely detail oriented, organized and made the entire wedding planning process SO easy. On my wedding day I woke up feeling excited but overwhelmed and the second I saw Natalie’s face that all went away and I didn’t have to think twice about anything the day of. Hiring Natalie as our DOC was truly the BEST decision we made for our wedding! As a super type-A bride, I felt confident handling the planning myself, but I knew having a DOC would be helpful for executing everything on the actual day of. What I didn’t realize was just how stressful wedding planning would get in the last few months, and what a blessing it was to have Natalie there to help us along the way!
She built our timeline, helped us keep track of every item we needed to bring to the venue, and reminded us of countless little details we would have otherwise forgotten. She even attended our final walkthrough at the venue to go over logistics with our maitre’d and ensure everyone was on the same page.
On the wedding day, I was truly able to shut off my brain and be fully present while Natalie handled everything. She kept our schedule on track, communicated with all our vendors, led our ceremony rehearsal, and was by our side whenever we needed her—part coordinator, part therapist, part hype woman, and genuinely a friend. We honestly can’t imagine the day without her!
On top of all that, she designed & built our seating chart, welcome sign & bar signs, and she KILLED it!!

Working with Natalie was truly one of the best decisions my husband and I made for our wedding. We had the pleasure of working with her for our 9/13/2025 celebration. From the very beginning, she was organized, patient, and genuinely invested in making our day everything we dreamed of and more. She listened carefully to our vision, offered thoughtful suggestions, and handled every detail with such professionalism and care.
On the day of the wedding, Natalie made everything run so smoothly that we were able to simply enjoy the moment without any stress. She coordinated vendors flawlessly, anticipated needs before we even realized them, and ensured that every single detail was perfect.

Natalie was one of the best parts of our wedding. She helped us create our timeline, manage vendors, and think of details that hadn't occurred to us. Our wedding day would not have gone as smoothly without her, from managing large group photos to handling a transport issue. She also was able to keep us on schedule throughout the day, with multiple logistics to manage. Natalie and Johanna were the best team to work with while leading up to our big day. The support and guidance they provide is unparalleled, especially for a Type-B bride who would lose her head if it wasn't attached to her body lol! Choosing Lace & Rose Events was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding. Leading up to the day, they were so helpful, always available to answer questions, quick to respond, & full of thoughtful, practical advice. They helped us with every detail of our timeline and made sure nothing was overlooked.
On the wedding day, they made me feel calm, confident, and taken care of. Everything ran so smoothly thanks to their organization. From keeping us on schedule to snapping behind-the-scenes photos and even fixing my hair late into the night, they handled it all with care and grace.

We used Natalie’s Day of Coordinator services and received so much more than expected! She is not only with you the day of, but also has multiple meetings with you leading up to your wedding. She helps plan a timeline and gets you thinking about details you probably never thought about but will need to know. If you ever have any random questions, she is quick to respond and help! She is experienced in the NJ area and it was great since she knew some of our vendors and was familiar with our venue.
Natalie maintains the perfect balance of professionalism and friendship. She gets the job done flawlessly while also making you feel comfortable and like she has been a friend to you for years. Choosing her was one of the best decisions we could have made for our wedding and would recommend her every single time. -

I booked Lace and Rose for day of coordination and could not have been happier. Even though we only booked for day of, Natalie made herself available for questions whenever I needed. Leading up to the day she was super helpful in making sure I wasn't forgetting anything logistically but beyond timeline planning, inventory review, and answering general question Natalie and her assistant decorated and broke down both my ceremony space AND my reception room. We made the decision to not hire a florist and source all decor ourselves. It was quite stressful toward the end but Natalie and Johanna truly made it all worth it. Both spaces came out so beautifully and everything was neatly packed up for us to pick up the next morning. All we had to do was load up the boxes. Additionally, they were both great helps in communicating with vendors throughout the day. I had not a worry in the world that day and was truly able to enjoy my day knowing everything was taken care of. Highly recommend booking with them if they are available for your special day. -

I decided I wanted a day of coordinator when I realized all of the little details I would need help with & just wanted to feel totally present on wedding morning, and even wedding week! I met with Natalie & Jo via zoom and knew immediately I needed them. You meet once a month for the 4 months leading up to the wedding, making your timeline, going over details, etc. Natalie is the sweetest but was taken for our date, so I had Jo & Fernando. These two were a POWER TEAM! Jo knew my timeline like the back of her hand. She got me into my dress, carried a fanny pack with all my touchup items (even a tide to go towlette when i stained my dress accidentally, lol), and kept everyone on time. Fernando was right there with her, the sweetest!, and even took a bunch of behind the scenes photos for us on a digital camera and sent them to me the next day. They made sure everything was set up the way I pictured it and just always had my back - the whole day. Lace & Rose was the smartest decision I made for wedding day and even wedding week. Trust me when i say you need them on your team!! -

Hiring Natalie and Johanna was, without a doubt, the best decision I made for my wedding. From the very first consultation with Natalie, I felt an immediate sense of relief and knew that her team was exactly what we needed. Their warmth, professionalism, and meticulous attention to detail were evident from the start.
In the months leading up to the wedding, Natalie and Johanna were incredible. They guided us through every step, helping us build a seamless timeline and addressing every concern we had. Their support eased all my worries and made the planning process so much more enjoyable.
On the wedding day, Johanna and Fernando were absolute lifesavers. From the moment they arrived until they left, they were by my side, handling everything with such grace and efficiency. They quickly got champagne glasses delivered to the hotel room during our getting-ready photos, helped with flawless lipstick touch-ups, and kept me cool and calm during photos. Their assistance went above and beyond—they even helped with bathroom breaks and ensured we signed our marriage license before the night was over.
My husband and I have said since the wedding day that we were able to enjoy every moment of our wedding because of the team we built around us. From our very first consultation, Natalie's professionalism and genuine enthusiasm captivated us. She understood our vision perfectly and was always quick to respond to any questions or concerns. As our DIY wedding day approached, her meticulous attention to detail and proactive approach ensured that every vendor was on the same page.
Natalie went above and beyond on the day of, expertly handling the setup at our unique venue and troubleshooting any hiccups without me even noticing. She took care of everything, allowing me to relax and truly enjoy my wedding. My entire bridal party was blown away by her kindness, efficiency, and how she kept the day running smoothly.

The best decision we made was hiring Natalie as our Day of Coordinator. She was an absolute dream to work with throughout the entire process and immediately became my "right hand" once the day began. Since we didn't have a wedding party, she fulfilled multiple "positions" in addition to her DOC tasks, including helping me keep my cool when stressors came up. My husband and I decided to get married 5 months after we got engaged and our wedding wouldn’t have been as perfect as it was without Natalie’s help! From the moment I contacted her, she helped me stay organized with all of our vendors, timeline and my overall stress from planning a wedding in such a short amount of time. I loved her attention to detail and how thorough she was with every aspect of our wedding. On the day of, Natalie helped me with our first look at the hotel, venue set up, coordinating with vendors all day, ceremony, getting our big big families lined up for pictures, she bustled my dress and helped me change dresses, up until the end of the night by helping us put everything away. And most importantly, her help and assistance allowed me to 100% enjoy our wedding day and solely focus on savoring every moment with my husband and our loved ones. Natalie made sure to know exactly what I wanted and what my vision was. I had full trust and confidence in her, so on the day of if anyone had any questions she was able to handle it without asking me which made for the perfect day!! I cannot recommend her enough! -

Natalie was a rockstar to work with, from start to finish. She made the planning process so seamless. She helped us keep track of things we needed to bring to the venue, helped us develop our timeline and was our contact person for all of our vendors. She is so kind, personable and knowledgeable. Extremely easy to work with! My husband and I vibed with her from the very beginning. Our wedding day was a beautiful, snowy day in January. That being said... everyone was late! Thankfully, Natalie was on the scene to save the day. We were behind schedule in the morning due to things out of everyone's control, and once Natalie arrived, she got everyone back on schedule so that we would be on time for our church ceremony. There were so many different balls up in there, and Natalie was there to take care of every little detail. She was always by my side to help me with my gorgeous wedding gown (ball gown with cathedral train!) I’m lactose intolerant and forgot Lactaid pills for the day, and she had them for me. She also was there to fix my lipstick when it smudged and she kept everyone on schedule. Natalie also made our beautiful signage and did it all within our budget and on a short time frame. Natalie was even there to capture moments my photographer missed! Overall, she was fantastic to work with and we highly recommend her to any couples getting married or anyone planning an event that needs a special touch. -

From our initial meetings to the big day itself, Natalie went above and beyond to ensure that our wedding day was nothing short of perfection.
Natalie's flexibility with meetings was a game-changer for us. She accommodated our busy schedules and was always well-prepared, taking detailed notes that showcased her attention to even the smallest details. As the wedding date approached, Natalie meticulously managed our checklists, ensuring that all questions were answered and that she seamlessly connected with our other vendors and the venue.
On the day of the wedding, Natalie proved to be my right-hand woman and then some. She arrived fully equipped with an arsenal of items I never knew I needed, from lidocaine spray to pins and even chalk for potential stains on the bridal party's clothes. One standout quality was Natalie's attentiveness to my health needs, specifically my blood sugars throughout the day. This level of care and consideration is truly rare and made me feel completely at ease. Not only did she manage the day flawlessly, but she also offered essential items and support that went above and beyond her role.
Natalie's affordability was the cherry on top of an already outstanding service. We opted to rent a card box from her at an affordable price, and it was a seamless addition to our wedding. Moreover, her dedication extended to cleaning up the bridal suite, which had become a bit chaotic during the festivities. By the end of the day, thanks to Natalie, the room was impeccably clean, organized, and ready for the next event.
Even with a language barrier within our families, Natalie's kindness and warmth shone through. She handled everything with grace, making the day stress-free for everyone involved.

Lace and Rose Events is seriously amazing. I had the pleasure of working with Natalie, Johanna and Lina on my 11/25/2023 wedding day at the Rockleigh. Their impressive attention to detail and positive attitudes truly made our special day unforgettable.
From the initial planning stages in January, to watching us get on the shuttle at the end of the night, they were an important part of our celebration, ensuring that everything ran smoothly and somehow exactly on time. Their professionalism and expertise allowed us to fully immerse ourselves in the joy of the moment, knowing that every detail was in capable hands.
We are especially grateful for the genuine care they showed not only to us but also to our families. Their warmth and kindness did not go unnoticed, and it made the entire experience that much more enjoyable for everyone involved.

Natalie was amazing through and through for my wedding as my day of coordinator. I checked in with her several times before my wedding just to keep my sanity and I was able to reach out to her about anything. On the day of, everyone kept saying how calm I was, a lot of that had to do with Natalie being there and trusting her to work her magic and make sure everything went smoothly. Let me tell you, if anything went wrong or there were any issues, I have no idea! She even went as far as bending down to help with my shoes at 7 months pregnant! That's dedication! -

Natalie was the BEST Wedding Coordiantor I could ask for. We initially hired her for day off, but soon asked her to assist for month of coordination where she quickly jumped in to follow up with each of our vendors for final payments which made the final weeks leading up to our wedding a breeze.
When the big day came, Natalie was our right hand person communicating throughout the day with our florist, photographer, venue and church as well as ensuring transportation was on time and helping us through a state of emergency due to unforeseen flooding and horrible rain fall.
I wouldn't have made it through the day without Natalie who stepped up to the plate and was the calm during the storm; making decisions to ensure I got to my wedding with my bridesmaids after our transportation was stuck due to the weather!
Finally, Natalie oversaw each detail of the set up of our cocktail hour and reception, again, so that I could enjoy my day and celebrate becoming a wife.
I would recommend Natalie to anyone looking for a planner. She truly saved my wedding! -

Gosh, Natalie is just THE BEST! We hired her as a month-of coordinator for our 8/25/23 wedding because we wanted someone else to be the point of contact and problem solver on our wedding day. Natalie was all those things...and many more!!!! Before booking, we had heard mixed reviews from people who hired coordinators, and were on the fence to hire one ourselves. But let me be clear: the biggest piece of advice we will forever be giving to all our friends who get engaged will be to hire Natalie. To highlight a few things we were grateful for: leading up to our wedding, she answered every one of my completely panicked phone calls and talked me through logistics with ease; she contacted each of our vendors to confirm times with them; and she helped us organize our laundry list of everything we had to bring to our venue. The day of our wedding, (we did a church wedding and ballroom reception) from the moment she arrived, Natalie orchestrated the show, and she ran it perfectly. She managed our photo list with our photographer and got all our (very loud and chatty) family assembled to make the photos as seamless as possible; she made sure everyone was in the right place at the church and at the reception; she handled every piece of decor we brought so I didn't have to worry about any of it for a second; and she fixed my dress's broken bustle within minutes of it ripping like a magician. All the many many tasks she handled would have fallen on friends and family members if it hadn't been for her, and thanks to her, all our loved ones were able to sit back and truly enjoy the day. Lastly and most importantly, Natalie is an absolute sweetheart. She couldn't have been easier to work with and was so kind and reassuring to us throughout the entire process. We have been telling everyone our wedding day was perfect, but that was only made possible because of Natalie's hard work!!! We can't thank her enough!! -

Natalie is AMAZING! She was the star of the show. My family is still talking about her!
I hired Natalie for Day Of Coordination because I didn't want to be the point of contact at my own wedding, and she went above and beyond to make sure the day was seamless. We started chatting a couple of months before the Big Day to talk about logistics and my preferences. She was incredibly helpful throughout the planning process in those final months.
I also hired her to help with the rehearsal (we got married in a Catholic Church) and she did a great job of making everyone feel comfortable. She's incredibly professional, knowledgeable and kind. 10/10 recommend :)

Lace and Rose
When my husband-to-be and I were booking our vendors for our mid-July wedding, he was skeptical of our need for a day-of-coordinator, insisting that we could handle things ourselves. Let there be no greater testimony to Natalie’s brilliance than that he was blown away by her and admitted to me throughout the event that we couldn’t have done this without her and that she was the best choice out of any one of our vendors, well worth the money and more. Natalie not only calmed us and kept everything in perspective–she kept our bridal party on time, kept our other vendors on schedule, got us whatever we needed throughout the day, and knew her role and our vision for the wedding from top-to-bottom. I cannot recommend her highly enough, and we left the wedding feeling confident that it would not have been the same without her. -
