We found Sarah after we decided to postpone our reception but still wanted to have our ceremony. Within the less than 2 months, Sarah helped us plan the winter wedding of our dreams. She was easy to get in touch with and attended vendor meetings with us on the weekends. She was enthusiastic and offered advice when we needed. She helped us keep a manageable budget and was extremely organized in keeping everyone on time the morning of. I don't know how we could've done this without her and so grateful we found Sarah during such crazy times.

My husband and I had the most perfect one-year anniversary celebration in Sept. 2021, and hiring Sarah is the reason why. We were married in 2020 in a small, intimate ceremony and wanted to have our reception this year as an anniversary party. We hired Sarah about 4 months out, when we could pick up our plans, and she immediately began to prove her value. Many of our vendors were already hired as we had just moved our dates with them, but she did an amazing job of keeping everything organized, helping us brainstorm ideas on how to make this feel special, tying up our celebration's loose ends, and was extremely helpful when we had to reconfigure our whole event less than a month out due to low RSVPs. She is super responsive, easy to get in touch with, incredibly organized, knowledgeable, down to earth and very calming. I had some tense, stressful moments leading up to my celebration and Sarah was very helpful and staying calm and talking me through the facts and my options to move forward with. On the day of, she was silently and quietly making sure everything was moving along as it should be. My friends were looking for her (since I had been raving about her to them!) but they never saw her, which is how it should be! She was like a magical fairy behind the scenes. Sarah made sure that our personal items from our venue made it back to our suite and everything was accounted for. Her assistant, Caroline, made sure that everything went smoothly with our transportation to and from a nearby hotel. If you work with Sarah, she is 100% your advocate and partner in planning your dream wedding/party/celebration/etc. Our day was completely stress-free because of her. I cannot recommend her enough and cannot thank her enough for helping my husband and I have a perfect (worth the wait!) anniversary celebration with all our closest friends and family.

Sarah is the most amazing wedding planner!! I had contacted Sarah with a challenge... we got engaged at the beginning of Covid quarantine in Spring 2020 and wanted to get married Summer 2020 (Crazy. I know.) So with the whole world essentially shut down and the future of weddings TBD, Sarah was there calm as can be ready to take on the challenge with grace! With the most amazing patience and partnership, Sarah assisted me in quickly finding a dress (probably the hardest part on a 3 month timeline) and creatively planning an elegant backyard wedding in the Astoria neighborhood of NYC. She is SO SO organized and with her vast experience in hospitality, events and weddings, she knew everything we needed on our timeline & checklist to throw an upscale backyard wedding out of a 1 BR condo in the city! AND -- just when we thought we had everything under control -- the uncontrollable weather became a problem -- we were in the path of Hurricane rains. Just 3 days before the wedding, Sarah professionally maneuvered getting ALL of the vendors to change the date to one day later delivering the most perfect day of the entire summer with 0% chance of rain. Sarah is a must-hire... wedding was stress free, gorgeous and she was there every step of the way and a true support and partner.
