  Sarah was absolutely incredible to work with! I went to her for wellness coaching as I approached wedding planning. Getting married is definitely an emotional process, and at times, can be truly daunting. She was this perfect combination of sincerity, lucidity and professionalism. Her method of establishing achievable micro-steps made reaching my goals not only possible but also realistic by not overwhelming me. Sarah listened to me and truly wanted me to succeed.   Our wedding weekend was PERFECTION all thanks to Sarah!
  
  From our very first phone call, I knew immediately that we needed to hire Sarah as our party planner. Her expertise, calmness, organized, down-to-earth, and friendly demeanor was clear within 5 minutes of chatting, and I felt like I knew her for years.
  
  Sarah quickly became a part of our family throughout the wedding process, going above and beyond every step of the way to ensure we were making informed decisions and providing guidance along the way. From attending every invitation meeting, to scouting out rehearsal dinner options Sarah was there for it all. Always making me feel like we were on track, never stressing, and providing a smile along the way.
  
  Sarah has amazing vendor relationships, who all love working with her, which made the process SO easy and stress free.
  
  Now to the actual wedding weekend, which went off without A HITCH! My entire family, friends, and guests were BLOWN away by Sarah and how seamless the wedding was.   Beyond grateful!

  Me and my now husband love weddings to begin with. We knew when our time comes, we wanted it to be special and perfect in every way. Sarah was such an important part of our wedding planning process, choosing her and her team was the best decision we made. Three months before our big day, we found ourselves busy with our friend’s weddings and also our own wedding events. The pressure was on, but it helped greatly knowing someone was there to oversee it.
  
  In our meetings, she addressed all concerns, and provided valuable solutions. There are so many minute details that are often overlooked during this process, and Sarah was on top of everything. She brought attention to things we did not even think about and asked the questions we did not know were significant. She collaborated well with our vendors to help produce a night to remember.
  
  On the day of, she made sure we were right on time without making us feel rushed. From our church wedding to the reception, she made sure that each step of the way went according to plan.   Sarah is the BEST!

  Sarah made planning the wedding a fun experience instead of the stressful time I anticipated! Between the bride, the groom and the parents, I expected mayhem but she took on her role as planner with amazing capability! She took all of our concerns to heart and found a way to reconcile everyone’s opinions! Her contacts were equally amazing and she made the day! She took care of organizing, paying, tipping and even making sure we got everything we wanted. I would wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone planning a wedding!

  The best planner you could ask for!

  Sarah was the absolute best wedding planner we could have imagined! She went above and beyond on absolutely everything, was 10 steps ahead of what we needed to do, and was so much more than we were expecting when we hired her.
  
  We hired her for full planning services, about 10 months before the wedding, and she helped us find and hire all of our vendors, set and stick to a budget, plan our rehearsal dinner/welcome drinks, and take care of everything day of. She was relentless in helping us find vendors who not only were within our budget but were highly rated and provided great service. If someone was unresponsive, she emailed and called them until we were able to get in touch.
  
  As 2 people working full time and living on the other side of the country, we knew we needed help planning the wedding. Sarah made it much less stressful and even got vendors to take calls with us after work hours west coast time. She was fantastic to work with and really became a friend. We didn't know how we'd survive without her after the wedding!

  A must-hire wedding planner who makes you feel bride-ZEN

  Sarah is the most amazing wedding planner!! I had contacted Sarah with a challenge... we got engaged at the beginning of Covid quarantine in Spring 2020 and wanted to get married Summer 2020 (Crazy. I know.) So with the whole world essentially shut down and the future of weddings TBD, Sarah was there calm as can be ready to take on the challenge with grace! With the most amazing patience and partnership, Sarah assisted me in quickly finding a dress (probably the hardest part on a 3 month timeline) and creatively planning an elegant backyard wedding in the Astoria neighborhood of NYC. She is SO SO organized and with her vast experience in hospitality, events and weddings, she knew everything we needed on our timeline & checklist to throw an upscale backyard wedding out of a 1 BR condo in the city! AND -- just when we thought we had everything under control -- the uncontrollable weather became a problem -- we were in the path of Hurricane rains. Just 3 days before the wedding, Sarah professionally maneuvered getting ALL of the vendors to change the date to one day later delivering the most perfect day of the entire summer with 0% chance of rain. Sarah is a must-hire... wedding was stress free, gorgeous and she was there every step of the way and a true support and partner.

  Guiding light through the wedding planning process!

  Sarah is incredible, and you should hire her immediately!! From the moment I met Sarah at my friend’s wedding, I knew I wanted to work with her on my own.
  
  Having Sarah as a resource during the three months leading up to the big day was so reassuring. She was always responsive, positive and helpful - she even helped me find my hair and makeup artists, who I absolutely loved. She made herself available for me to bounce ideas off of, and was always excited when I sent her photos of stuff I had purchased for the wedding. On the day of the wedding, Sarah helped create the relaxed vibe that I felt throughout the day. It’s amazing to be able to sit back and enjoy your own wedding, knowing that it’s in Sarah’s capable hands! If anything went wrong at my wedding, I have NO idea what it was. And that’s the best feeling.

  My 2020 Pandemic Wedding Planning Hero!

  I’ve been working with Sarah Prinz since January 2020 and she has helped me plan my big wedding, postpone it, and pivot our original into a micro-wedding so we could still get legally married during a global pandemic. I could write a novel on how amazing Sarah is, but in the interest of brevity I will pick my three favorite qualities about her as a planner and why I could not imagine planning my wedding without her.
  
  1. Attention to detail - I thought I had my wedding pretty much all planned shortly after getting engaged but little did I know I was so wrong. Sarah built a comprehensive timeline for our dream wedding, and then when the pandemic started we had to modify our plans. Still wanting to get married on our original date, Sarah made sure we had everything in place to have our dream day. From helping develop the menu, to coordinating vendors, selecting design elements and implementing COVID-19 safety measures, there was not a detail that went overlooked by Sarah. Sarah paid special attention to all of the little details that were important to us, including my MOH who played our ceremony music and a custom neon sign we had made for the reception, and made sure they were executed flawlessly. Sarah is someone you can trust to make sure that no detail goes overlooked for your wedding day.
  
  2. Professionalism - Our micro-wedding was held at a small local restaurant that doesn’t do a lot of events. Sarah was so professional in all of her communications with the restaurant, even when they pushed back on our floor plan and demanded a room rental fee after ensuring we wouldn’t be charged for one. Sarah always remained calm, polite, and upbeat in her communications with the restaurant and was so helpful in choosing which battles to fight. I don’t know how I could have worked with an inexperienced venue without Sarah’s expertise and guidance.
  
  3. Compassion - While planning a wedding during a pandemic, I think it’s natural to feel stressed and overwhelmed with all of the unknown. Sarah has been so understanding throughout wedding planning and has helped me work on ways to de-stress and enjoy this important milestone in my life. When you have to follow social distancing guidelines and mask mandates are in place, it’s hard for your wedding to feel like that special celebratory day you always imagined. Sarah has worked with so many brides during this pandemic so far that she “gets it” even when friends and family don’t seem to. Sarah also genuinely invests herself in each wedding she plans and takes the time to get to know you and what’s important to you and your spouse-to-be. I would encourage everyone I know - if you are thinking about hiring a wedding planner, do it!! And with the investment you’re putting in, hire Sarah, since she will invest in you.
  
  When we decided to postpone our wedding due to COVID-19, my expectations towards getting married in 2020 dropped and I changed my attitude towards the wedding to “it is what it is”. So much felt out of our control but we still wanted to get married, and Sarah made sure that would happen. Little did I know, Sarah would plan the best day of my life, which far exceeded my expectations for our 2020 pandemic wedding. Everything including the cake, food, flowers, music, photography, and transportation all came together perfectly. I am so thankful to Sarah for planning the micro-wedding of our dreams and I can’t wait to work with her again for our big wedding in November 2021!

  You Need To Hire Sarah

  My husband and I had the most perfect one-year anniversary celebration in Sept. 2021, and hiring Sarah is the reason why. We were married in 2020 in a small, intimate ceremony and wanted to have our reception this year as an anniversary party. We hired Sarah about 4 months out, when we could pick up our plans, and she immediately began to prove her value. Many of our vendors were already hired as we had just moved our dates with them, but she did an amazing job of keeping everything organized, helping us brainstorm ideas on how to make this feel special, tying up our celebration's loose ends, and was extremely helpful when we had to reconfigure our whole event less than a month out due to low RSVPs. She is super responsive, easy to get in touch with, incredibly organized, knowledgeable, down to earth and very calming. I had some tense, stressful moments leading up to my celebration and Sarah was very helpful and staying calm and talking me through the facts and my options to move forward with. On the day of, she was silently and quietly making sure everything was moving along as it should be. My friends were looking for her (since I had been raving about her to them!) but they never saw her, which is how it should be! She was like a magical fairy behind the scenes. Sarah made sure that our personal items from our venue made it back to our suite and everything was accounted for. Her assistant, Caroline, made sure that everything went smoothly with our transportation to and from a nearby hotel. If you work with Sarah, she is 100% your advocate and partner in planning your dream wedding/party/celebration/etc. Our day was completely stress-free because of her. I cannot recommend her enough and cannot thank her enough for helping my husband and I have a perfect (worth the wait!) anniversary celebration with all our closest friends and family.

  Hiring Sarah as our wedding planner was the BEST decision we made for our special day. She beautifully executed our wedding vision with utmost grace, attentiveness, care, efficiency, persistence, patience, expertise, and positive energy at all times. Even though I (as the bride) am a pretty organized person, it was tremendously helpful having Sarah there to regularly remind my husband and I of outstanding items to work on piece by piece throughout the wedding planning journey. Sarah provided practical guidelines on how to keep our event as safe as possible during a pandemic, came up with the coolest idea of using ribbon wands for the ceremony recessional (especially when the venue was not the biggest fan of confetti), and acted as a wise sounding board to bounce ideas off of and seek general advice from. My husband and I also appreciated her insightful guidance on vendor selection, vendor negotiation during calls, tip etiquette, and more. She helped us swiftly order, stamp, and mail invitations under a condensed time frame while double-checking guests’ addresses for accuracy. Sarah truly went above and beyond for us. A few days before our wedding, Sarah picked up our wedding items (favors, programs, welcome bags, signage, balloons, etc.) to make our trip to the venue much lighter and more manageable. Sarah is extremely detail-oriented and thinks of everything (such as setting up reserved signs for the ceremony, bringing a copy of the invitation suite for getting ready photos, mounting our vows on card stock, and letting us borrow her cake knife and server)! We are so thankful for all of her essential reminders (such as what to pack for the wedding and to remember to bring extra cake home!). Sarah even allotted a few extra days for us to finish writing our vows just before the wedding to allow maximum time for our “creative juices to flow”! It is clear that Sarah pours her heart and soul into all that she does and deeply cares about the well-being of couples she works with. On our wedding day, she not only checked in on the groom to ensure he had everything he needed, but she also provided lavender aromatherapy to help me, as the bride, relax in preparation for the big day’s events. Sarah remains calm and composed under pressure, is incredibly responsive via email and text messages, and is so flexible that she can quickly adjust the wedding timeline to ensure the day goes smoothly in the event anything unexpected occurs.   Wintry Wedding Minimony

  We found Sarah after we decided to postpone our reception but still wanted to have our ceremony. Within the less than 2 months, Sarah helped us plan the winter wedding of our dreams. She was easy to get in touch with and attended vendor meetings with us on the weekends. She was enthusiastic and offered advice when we needed.   From the first conversation with Sarah, I knew she would be our wedding planner. Not only is she extremely knowledgeable about the industry, she is super organized and knows how to get everything done! My now husband and I were a 2020 Covid couple who switched up everything 3.5 months out from our 11/6/2020 date from a venue to a tented outdoor/backyard wedding. Sarah kept us on track and made sure everything went right and smoothly down to every last detail. She was there for us no matter what questions we had and even helped me find new hair and makeup artists 5 days before the wedding!

  I wish I could give a higher rating than 5 stars for Sarah. Sarah is INCREDIBLE! I was naive enough to believe I didn’t need a wedding planner, but it turned out that hiring Sarah was the best decision we made for our wedding. I spoke with several planners before I found Honeycomb + Prince, but I immediately knew Sarah was the one after our first conversation. I don’t know how I could’ve gotten through the final months of wedding planning without Sarah’s help - she made wedding planning a lot less stressful and more enjoyable. She worked with us to figure out all the details we hadn’t even thought of and kept us on schedule with planning! We were in constant communication in the months leading up to the wedding to ensure that every part of the day would go as planned. Sarah is very collaborative and customizes her approach depending on your preferences - for example, she’d send me a drafted email to send to my bridesmaids double-checking to see if I had any changes, and giving me the option for her to send or have me send out. Leading up to our wedding, we had to navigate the challenges of Covid (due to the Omicron spike), and Sarah worked with us every step of the way from guest communications to last-minute changes to our guest list. On the day of, I was so calm because I knew Sarah had everything under control! Sarah jumped to the rescue whenever something came up - from wiping down my gown’s train after outdoor photos to ironing out my wrinkled veil to fixing my ripped gown moments before I walked down the aisle!   Sarah is literally a dream come true!!! Getting married in general is stressful enough, but when you add on moving your wedding 3 times and dealing with covid issues, its even more stressful!!! If it were not for Sarah, i would not have made it!! She is AMAZING!!! Calm, full of ideas, beyond helpful and a true PRO. We formed a friendship during this time, and she is just a gem!!! She helped to coordinate everything with all the vendors, not just once, but 3 times! She is so organized and truly made this experience a pleasure!!! When i throw another party one day, i am 100% calling Sarah to help me. I cant say enough about how amzing she is!!!
