Guest Books
I'm looking for fun guest books. My goal is to find a cool blue camo book & pen OR a beautiful autumn book & pen. I've shopped online and have found some, but I haven't found the one. I've learn shopping for small details is like shopping for my dress-- I have to love it! Or if any one has some cool DIY ideas that would be awsome!

Completely cool - create your own is the most perfect thing here. At the fabric store, purchase one yard of the material that you have envisioned for the cover. At the craft store (even walmart), there are simple scrapbooks that you will be able to expand depending on the size of wedding. With spray adhesive you can simply cover the book with the material, and all directions are online for making book covers.
With the 'guest pages' we divided them into half pages (we had an 8x8 book) had someone sit at the table and when the guests signed the book, they were asked to write a note for us to read later. (We had the disposable cameras on the tables with notes to take a snapshot of everyone seated at your table.) After everything was done and the photos developed - we added the snapshots next to the names in the book. It wasn't the simplest - but it was fun reading the notes and matching up the pictures.

Hi Sarah,
I am a wedding planner and you are so right, even the small details are just as important as the large ones. If you are wanting something unique, there are two things I could suggest for you:
1. Do a handmade guest book using elegant fabric, crystals, leather, etc. (use a nice photo album w/small rings is one suggestion) think of scrapbooking on a couture style...Research the web and you will get some good ideas and be creative but, buy the best quality.

or
2. If you are not too creative and prefer to purchase, I use this website_ www.jennibick.com, this site offers one of a kind handmade books, check out the site and see some very nice style designs.
They do custom personalized designs....

If you need more assistance with anything, contact us or check out our site www.poshdesigns.com. We are wedding and event consultants and we sell couture invitations and Lux Lingerie for brides to be.
