Does Anyone Know where I can Find a Beach area(on the sand) Cheap? P.S. I have 200 guests

I live in Sacramento but want to have it around Santa Cruz, Watsonville, Salinas or Moneterey. Which is where I have most of my quests.

Well it totaly depends on the beach area you are looking for. Also having a great wedding planner to help you negotate the price for you. Offten a wedding planner will be able to get you a better price.

Dan's Future Wife...although I am in Las Vegas, I did just do a wedding May this year at Carmel by the Sea. This wedding was very intimate but beautiful, weather didn't even diminish it, though it was cold and windy that time of year. I would he happy to help with the planning of YOUR day, and giving it a personal touch, making it special. Oh, by the way, my profile pic is something I thought to have them do and I took myself, not to say that I am a pro, just something that I did. No one thought to get a picture of the rings like that except me, this is just an idea of the little things I like to do, they decided against hiring a professional photographer for their wedding due to their budget, so all the guests and I stepped in to get their pictures, and they came out beautiful if I do say so myself, oh, they said so too ;-) and for all the photographers who will read this, I had tried to get them to hire a pro, they wanted it more candid.

I would contact the park dept and ask about the permit process for events on the beach, some have a size limit of 50. others may allow a festival style permit.
Monterey & Pacific Grove have a wonderful historic district, many of the B&B's have gardens that overlook the ocean. That could be an option.
I would try to locate a planner in the area who can cut through the red tape and get you a Prime location for a beautiful wedding and reception.

IDK on the answer to that. However there is a forum that you can re ask this and you would be able to respond to it and others would be able to respond more than once. Good luck with that.

Asilomar in Pacific Grove. You can do a beach wedding and their reception facilities are reasonable.
Pajaro Dunes in Watsonville has a lovely beach/adjacent facility arrangement.
Adventures by the Sea in Monterey has tropical beach parties.
Peter Meuse Tropical Beach Parties (any beach you want . .)
with Grapes of Wrath Catering (they know all the great spots.)
Best Western Monterey Beach Resort.
Just a few to get you started . . There are more.
Let us know what you end up with!
