Anyone had any experience with April Bridal? The chinese wedding dress maker?

I fell in love with the perfect dress. But it is way over my budget. I have considered going through April Bridal a chinese wedding dress maker who said they could customize a dress similar to my dream dress. Has anyone had any experience with April Bridal? If so how was it? I also saw that they sell dresses through Ebay under Jeff Liu owner of April Bridal. I am scared and worry about the quality and of my security. They do have pay pal and they also send you pictures of the dress along the way of making it to be sure you are satisfied. I am not sure that's enough! But if I go through them and everything turns out I will be saving over $1,000! What do I do?

http://www.helenebridal.com/ I used this company based in china for my dress and the bridemaids dress and the quality and workmen ship was beyond what I expected. I was very scared.. but on a mission to NOT pay the price the dress was here in town.I was on a budget and just took a chance. I would use this site again. it did take longer then the 25 days it said it would but it was worth the price and wait !!
