This isn't fairytale themed but i saw this the other day and thought it was so cute. With each table number were framed photos of the bride and groom at the age of each table number. So table 7 had a picture of each of them when they were 7 years old and so on. Seemed like something people would genuinely want to walk around the room to see each table number to see the bride and groom growing up.

I do Disney theme weddings here in the OC!!
This is easy!
Use the names of the prince & Princess from each Fairytale.
Or you can chose famous couples, like Han Solo & Princess Leah, Jack Skelington & Sally,Alladin & Jasmine, Mickey & Minney. Belle & the Beast!

Many of my clients will go on the Disney store online and purchase the small statues of the famous couples and have me add them to the floral designs.

Other ideas are to use Fairytale terms like, Wish Upon a Star, Happily Ever After, Loves first Kiss...
Use sparkly picture frames to hold the table names instead of the funky number holders, and it will add an additonal magical feel to the centerpieces and overall room feel.
They have theme frames with fairies and some fun wedding toppers and waterglobes that work well too.

have a magical wedding!

How about naming the tables after trees or flowers? The Willow Tree, The Elm Tree, The Dahlia Table, The Tulip Table etc...

I like the idea of naming the tables after the famous disney couples...and maybe have color pictures of them together (google them) & print them out on white card stock & put them in table # holders. I wanted 2 also suggest naming the tables after your favorite fairy tale movies so beauty & the beast, snow white, etc. But I really love the couples thing, I think that would be so cute!!

I suggest doing table names of special places you have been together...or places where the most memorable events in your lives together happened...

There are plenty of creative ways to name your tables. Picking a theme makes it a bit easier. For example, you can choose a romantic theme and choose names like amor, chivalry, enchantment and so on. You can also name cities that you and your fiance have visited together. Those are just a couple of ideas to get you started.

I always liked the idea of movie names being a table naming theme - i.e. The Casablanca table, the Breakfast at Tiffany's table, etc.

OR, you can pick your favourite band and use song titles - i.e. our fave is Oasis, so we could have the Wonderwall table, the Champagne Supernova table, the Slide Away table, etc. Get creative with it! :-)

The first thing that came to mind when I read fairytale - was famous and classic love stories throughout history (fact or fiction) and you could use the couples' names as table names. Look through this would make for some really cool but classy sounding table names! There are 20 stories listed on this site...

You can use words of admiration - like: love, friendship, honor, respect, etc.

hometown landmarks

Or something that is related to your theme.

GOOD LUCK! and Congratulations...

If you two are from two different cities, I think it's fun to name tables after streets that remind you both of home. One table can be named after the street that you grew up on...another a famous street in your town, the street that he proposed to you on, etc. The street names will serve as an icebreaker for guests at your table.

How about things like:

Seven Dwarves' Cottage
Cinderella's Castle
Grandmother's House
Enchanted Forest
Cave of Wonders
Under the Sea
Gingerbread House
Lily Pad

Hope this helps! Congrats on your wedding!
