Laura was amazing as our day-of coordinator. Our reception was held at the Blue Dress Barn, which is a beautiful venue but very do-it-yourself. Laura was able to pull everything together seamlessly - assembling extra touches from a candy buffet to a s'mores set-up around the fire pit. My mother-in-law was incredibly impressed with Laura's sweet demeanor and efficient manner that allowed her to blend in beautifully at the wedding and make sure it all ran smoothly. As the bride, I was able to really enjoy my night with my new husband, comfortable that the night was in Laura's hands. Although we only had a few hours to set up the barn, Laura had everything ready and beautiful when we arrived after the ceremony, and I hear tear down went just as well.
In our pre-wedding meetings, Laura did such a good job staying on top of things, despite my being a less than responsive bride. When we decided not to do a grand entrance just minutes before it should have happened, Laura didn't stress at all - she just took care of everything! I would recommend Laura to anyone I know getting married - I only hope other brides are lucky enough to have such a great helper!

Laura is the VERY best! She went from being a wedding planner to being a friend.
She was a recent bride herself so she knows how to relate to you. For me, that was very important. I used Laura as my Day of Coordinator so she wasn?t by my side throughout the whole planning process. However, when I needed suggestions or to confirm changes- Laura was only an email away. Her organization was on point, her responsiveness was lightening fast, and she?s full of wonderful ideas!
A lot of people question if a DoC is necessary. I?m an extremely organized person and I knew that I could plan our wedding on my own. For that reason, I didn?t need Laura's full time event planning services. What I needed was piece of mind to not forget any of the little details that are easily overlooked and to have someone in my corner should a crisis arise. I also wanted to experience my big day without having to stress/worry about vendors arriving, set up, etc. Laura was there to take care of all of that for me. She allowed me to *enjoy* that day.
I would highly recommend anyone looking for a wedding planner to call Laura asap! I promise, you won't regret it.

Laura was our Day-of Coordinator. She and her husband have future plans to open a ceremony/reception facility down south, and let me tell you...this girl is incredible! We met a few times before the wedding, and she was so organized and ready with questions about every detail. She also really put my mind at ease about the set-up of our reception site, and was just helpful and kind in general (not to mention the fact that she was always available by email - great response time). At our RD, it was WONDERFUL to let Laura take control and lead the rehearsal. She did a great job, and managed to get our somewhat unruly wedding party organized. The day of the wedding, she spent hours setting up our reception site, and still made it back to the ceremony site in time to make sure that everything ran smoothly. When I arrived at the reception, I was just blown away by how beautiful everything looked. She did a fabulous job setting up, and then she was just on top of things all night. She kept our timing/schedule in mind so I didn't have to. She communicated with the reception site, DJ, and then would talk to DH and me about when we were going to cut the cake, do the first dance, etc. She basically just made sure that everything ran smoothly, and it did! She also helped a TON with clean up, and according to my parents, she was the last one to leave the reception site. I can't say enough about this girl! If you don't have a day-of coordinator, hire one (or hire Laura) NOW!
