Where do I even begin!! Brooke & her team were absolutely INCREDIBLE. If you are on the fence about booking a wedding coordinator or having trouble choosing between a few, let me save you to the trouble and tell you to look no further! Brooke is so kind, professional, organized and made us feel at ease throughout the entire planning process all the way through our wedding day. Our day went so smoothly and all the small details were accounted for without us having to think about it day of. Beyond handling SO many details, vendor comms, day of decor and setup, making sure we kept to the timeline, had enough food/drink, and everything in between, she also found time to capture so many photos and moments for us during the rehearsal and wedding day so we didn't have to worry about any point of our special weekend not being documented (especially as we wait for our photographer photos), which was so appreciated & unexpected!! As a bride who was a type A planner, Brooke was a girl's best friend throughout everything. 🤍 Whether you're someone who likes to be involved in all the preparation for the wedding or want someone to hand it all over to, Brooke and her team are your people!! I would do the wedding all over again just to work with her!

Hiring Brooke and her team was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding. I hired Brooke to be a day-of coordinator, and she far exceeded my expectations. She was available for questions and help throughout the entire planning process, and she took so much off of my plate during the final weeks leading up to the wedding. She even shared our itinerary and all important details with family and bridal party so I didn’t have to worry about being the main point of contact. Brooke did an excellent job communicating all of the final details with our vendors, allowing me to enter into wedding weekend confident that everything was under control. I was able to relax and truly enjoy our wedding day knowing that Brooke was on top of every detail and could handle any issue that might arise.
Brooke and her team are very responsive, professional, and friendly. Working with her, it was obvious that she had done this several times before because she knew exactly what questions to ask and potential issues to look out for. One thing that I especially appreciated was that she did an excellent job of listening to what was important to me as the bride and making it a reality. For example, I had a specific vision for our dessert table, and Brooke was very helpful in brainstorming with me how to make it happen, and she and her team then did an excellent job in executing my vision.

Brooke and her team are truly the BEST of the best. From the first time I talked with Brooke, she made me feel comfortable and at ease, even when planning a wedding. She thinks of every little detail that you would never think of yourself. Brooke is also SO timely with responding, which made the process 100x easier. Because of Brooke and her team, I truly had the most perfect wedding and everything went so smooth. Our day of coordinator, Taylor, was also amazing to work with. My family could not stop talking about how great she was and how she handled everything so seamlessly. I don’t think I would have survived planning a whole wedding without Her. She was my rock every day leading up to the wedding and on the day of she was perfection. She made all parents and the bridal party feel confident with their timelines and tasks every step of the way. I’m sure there are things that went wrong on my wedding day but Brooke is so good at her job that I still don’t know what they may have been!

Where to begin--I first reached out to Brooke when I realized I was in over my head with coordinating our day. From the first chat with her, I knew she would be an absolute perfect fit for our day! She made us feel so at ease with all our items we had to tackle leading up to the big day as well as coordinating the day itself! Brooke was so kind, communicative, and respectful of our time! She handled every detail that need to be done on our wedding day! She thought of things I never would have and was always one step ahead of me (in the best way)! If we had any questions, she immediately took care of finding the answer as quickly as she could. I cannot recommend her enough! Brooke was truly an ESSENTIAL part of our wedding planning. Her communication was amazing right from the start! We had an amazing experience working with Brooke to plan our daughter's wedding and with her associate Shelby to coordinate everything on the day of the rehearsal and wedding. I highly recommend her! She was the reason everything went so smoothly. We had a dream wedding--lovely to the last detail. She thought of everything, kept us on schedule, kept track of the details, reduced our stress, helped us keep a budget, communicated with vendors, confirmed everything. I especially loved that Brooke worked closely with my daughter and her fiance to plan the wedding they wanted to have and helped keep them accountable to make decisions such as the guest list, the invitation wording, the decor. Having her be the one to work with them really helped avoid stress and maintain good relationships with family. On the day of the wedding I (bride's mom) simply enjoyed the day! She is a treasure.
