I signed on with Patterson's before it became Conture Design. This transistion of services went very poorly. Two weeks before the wedding the new owner did not have any of our information. We had to schedule another meeting with him to start all over again. I have to say I was very worried and stressed about how the flowers were going to turn out but they ended up beatiful and excatly what I asked for.

Overall he was able to provide what I wanted but had poor phone personality and got me very stressed unnecessarily before my big day.

Very professional and willing to work with us to get what we really wanted. The arrangements were simple and elegant. We were very concerned about environmental impact. They used local flowers and were also willing to use my mother's hydrangea from her yard instead of shipping in flowers from far away. They were also happy to transport the centerpieces to a nearby nursing home in memory of departed loved ones the next day. Thank you Mr. and Mrs. Patterson!
