Foxtail Cottage Floral is the absolute best florist, hands down. I have had the pleasure of knowing this incredible team for the last four years. I had known since the first time I encountered their business that I wanted them to do florals for my wedding if I ever got married. I am not kidding, when I got engaged, Foxtail's Karen was one of the first individuals I called!
To say that she knocked it out of the park would be an understatement. The florals were absolutely perfect. I sent them my inspiration and color scheme, and they ran with it. So many guests said that the florals were the most beautiful they'd ever seen. My bouquet was a work of art!! I am simply in awe. I am working on preserving as many of the flowers as I can because they were just so amazing. They are very reasonable as well. I cannot recommend Foxtail enough!

Foxtail Cottage Floral did our wedding flowers and they knocked it out of the park! Our colors were orange and blue, and I was nervous how those colors would look together, but man was I proven wrong! The bouquets were absolutely stunning, and I would hire Foxtail again in a heartbeat! They were extremely responsive, and pickup was so easy and convenient. Thanks Foxtail!!

Karen and hear team were a dream to work with! We got married at Keswick Vineyards in October 2023. They were so helpful in the beginning of the planning process as we didn’t know how to put our vision together. They were able to guide us and help us make some big decisions. They were so flexible when we wanted to make some large additions to our contract a few weeks before the wedding. They quickly updated our proposal and sent us ideas to match what we were looking for. They even went to Keswick a few weeks before the wedding to re-familiarize themselves with the property. During that visit, Karen noticed that one of our plans for the tent entrance might not be ideal and that that we should make some alterations. I was more than happy to go along with what they recommended. The arrangements and tent décor were breathtaking. We had so many compliments on how beautiful the florals were throughout the wedding. The reception at our venue was in a tent (though it is a beautiful, hand stitched tent and not your typical plastic, rented rent). I wanted to make it feel elegant and classy, and they absolutely delivered. The look they created was more beautiful than I ever could have imagined. I unfortunately did not have a lot of in person interaction with the team on the day of, but my dad ran into them while they were setting up and mentioned how kind and professional they were. I would 100% recommend working with Foxtail Cottage if you have the opportunity.

Foxtail was so easy to work with and really outdid themselves in the products they gave to us. They were open to my ideas and patient with my early indecisiveness! But they gave to me exactly what I had described. Their florals are nothing short from beautiful and their rentals are truly amazing. I really valued the option of having both florals and rentals like votives, vases, and lanterns. The day of, everything was ready to go for us and it was like they waved a wand and all florals were bright and ready to go! I am so appreciative of foxtail and would recommend them until I'm blue in the face!

Gorgeous gorgeous flowers!! When we met with foxtail we knew we were in the best hands. They asked what our favorite flowers were.. "Umm pretty ones?" As you can tell we don't know anything about flowers.. They took control and made sure the colors went with our color scheme and the flowers were in season.
They were so pretty!! So many people complimented us on the flowers and then said we did such a good job.. Don't worry we corrected them to make sure they knew foxtail did it all and we trusted them!!

When it came to flowers for the wedding, I had no idea what I wanted as I'm not a big "flower-loving" gal. All I knew is that I wanted a classic/romantic feel that worked well with the décor and timing of a fall vineyard wedding and that complemented my color palette. As I was not from VA (planning a wedding from NJ), I set up a 30 minute call with Karen and Darby when I first started talking with them in order to review my prioritizes and vision. The conversation was so natural and easy that we found ourselves talking on the phone for 1 hour as I was getting so excited over all the flower options. Karen and Darby put together a proposal which was right up my alley. After a bit of adjusting to come into some updated wedding budgets, the end result was absolutely spectacular. The bouquets were dropped off on time at my mother's house the morning-of and looked amazing in all the photos. I absolutely loved all of the arrangements, as well as the decorations that Foxtail supplied for the reception. If I had to do it again, I would have requested additional structure in the boutonnieres, as some of the groomsmen boutonnieres started falling apart during the photos (after the wedding). Thankfully, my sister-in-law was a pro at fixing them for the photos and it wasn't a big deal at all, as the flowers had served their purpose (looking stunning for all the photos). If you're looking for a talented florist, Foxtail Cottage is it!

Hire this vendor! I literally cried when I saw the venue and my vision came to life. Thank god for Karen. She is amazing!

Karen and her team are amazing. I initially met with Karen when I first started planning my wedding and I had no idea what I wanted. Karen guided me and provided her expert advice to help me come up with a vision. She’s talented and tasteful, which shows in her work. The prices are extremely reasonable and Karen does not skimp on anything. Every arrangement I received was luscious and full. My wedding flowers were more beautiful than I could have ever imagined (and more beautiful than anything I’ve ever seen on Pinterest too!). I would recommend Foxtail Cottage to anyone and everyone. They’re the best.

The team here took my Pinterest ideas and made them a beautiful reality. They somehow took a fall wedding idea (had to change date) and made it into the most beautiful spring wedding.

The team at Foxtail have a real gift. I have NEVER seen flowers so beautiful. The mix of flowers within the arrangements, color and composition were magnificent. Everyone was so helpful and kind. Their work is of the highest standard with exceptional creativity. Truly, the end result at our wedding was beyond my wildest imaginings. I would use them again in any capacity - their work always has the 'something extra special' factor.
