Not happy with service at all...

Joanna was a pleasure to work with. She made our wedding more than perfect and flawless. She even helped to add an additional touch to the bridesmaids dresses by adding a sash to them that made them PERFECT! From the flowers to do centerpeices and decor, she did everything with class! I didn't have to worry about anything the day of knowing that Joanna and her team were there to help me! I would recommend Joanna to everyone and anyone! She is the best and even made my mom who is a retired Army Colonel cry with joy, over how perfect the day ended up being!

Joanna and her team are a must for your wedding. I wouldn't have survived my wedding without them. Joanna served as a buffer between my mom and I and made sure that our wedding was definately what my fiance and I wanted. She recommended the best vendors and even helped to get us deals with them. She and her team made sure that I was treated so specially on our wedding day. They even baked me brownies that I requested. I am sort of depressed that my wedding is over because I never get to plan again with Joanna unless I have a daughter and then I'll use her! She even was there during the whole night which was her due date for her new daughter! Amazing service and help.... I can't gush enough about them.

I live in New York City and interviewed a dozen planners here in town while I was planning my wedding. I had strong preferences in a few respects but wanted creative suggestions and ideas for most things - so I needed a planner who was comfortable taking direction but could also present unique options when asked. Most of all, I needed someone to manage all the details throughout the planning stages and especially day-of. Once I met Joanna I knew she was the only choice - she was head and shoulders above the planners here in NYC. Even when she was orchestrating things from Denver I felt she was with me every step of the way.

My wedding day was perfect - although not without its last-minute challenges. Had I been forced to address those challenges myself, my ability to enjoy my wedding day would have been seriously compromised. Instead, Joanna handled everything in stride and behind the scenes so I could relax and enjoy everything.

Joanna Bailey has found her calling. She is not only organized, full of resources, creative, kind, compassionate, flexible and very clear, she is also so much fun! We really wanted to enjoy our engagement, and I really didn't want to fight with my mother for a year and a half. Joanna and her staff answered all of our questions, offered options where we didn't know we had them, guided my mom and I through the process so that we could enjoy it together, and really cared about what we wanted.
