The team at Chantilly Lace was AMAZING! We don't love taking photos and they made us feel extremely comfortable and had our backs the entire day! We would HIGHLY recommend utilizing their entire package that includes photo, video AND coordinating. Having a team that worked all together is the way to go. Sara was the BEST coordinator and we could not have asked for anyone better! HIGHLY recommend the Chantilly Lace team for all of your big moments!

The whole staff was fantastic! I can’t even begin to explain how happy my wife and I are that we decided we wanted coordinators and went with Chantilly Lace. For the price point they give, it honestly feels like you are getting more then what you pay for (in the best way possible). They provide a comprehensive site that allows you to keep track of everything you need for your wedding, along with multiple check ins leading up to your event. It is very daunting to plan a wedding and hand the execution over to someone but with the tools and meetings provided it made it so much easier planning and communicating then we could have ever done on our own! One of the best advices we were given that we will give everyone else for the rest of our lives is to get a coordinator and find a great one like Chantilly Lace! You truly cannot put a price tag on handing things off to someone and getting to focus on enjoying your own wedding day. From the rehearsal dinner, to day of set up, event flow, and tear down the entire team was on top of it all. Communication was great and we never had to worry about anything because the Chantilly Lace team was on it!

Chantilly Lace truly made our day magical! From the most beautiful engagement photography session, helpful planning meetings, to extraordinary photography, professionalism and planning the day of our wedding - we could not have done it without them. We cannot wait to have all of our pictures and videos back to see more of their amazing work. Highly recommend getting multiple packages through them. They work as a well coordinated team making every step go smoothly. My new husband and I could not be more grateful for all of their hard work!

I will never forget the feeling of being able to turn down the noise on my worries on my wedding day. As a very type A person, I usually have a hard time letting go of control—I was genuinely worried I’d spend my wedding tweaking details or straightening napkins, because my attention to detail never turns off. But on my wedding day, for the first time in my adult life, I was able to truly relax and “go with the flow.”
Jess was the absolute calm in the storm. She was cool, collected, and so reassuring at every single interaction. Jess helped me articulate my vision, think through details I never would have considered, and made me feel completely supported—especially during a tough season in my family just 12 weeks before the wedding, when it felt like there was never a good time to talk about wedding plans with my support system. She made sure I never felt alone in the planning process and was so patient with me, even when we revisited the same decision or topic more than once.

Jess never added stress to vendor or communication drama; she was a quiet, fierce advocate for me and our vision. After our stormy ceremony, when my makeup started to split up, Jess literally did my makeup touch-up for me—just one of countless examples of how she went above and beyond. Having the 12-week coordination and day-of package was a total game changer. I felt so confident that everything was handled, and my family was able to be fully present and enjoy the day.
Chelsie was always one step ahead, ready with water or champagne whenever I needed it. Both she and Jess were my advocates throughout the day—whether it was changing up the dance floor vibe with the DJ or keeping an eye on friends who were a little too enthusiastic with the celebrations.
The planning, video, and photo teams worked together seamlessly, and we are beyond happy with our decision to work with Chantilly and Lace. I can’t recommend them enough—if you want to actually enjoy your wedding day and feel truly cared for, this is the team you want by your side.

Both the coordination team and the photography/video team went above and beyond to make our wedding day everything that we wanted it to be. Sara, our main coordinator was an absolute delight to work with leading up to and the day of our wedding. She was always very level-headed, professional, and polite. She was always prepared, organized, and adaptable to any and all changes we through her way. She saw our vision and executed it perfectly. Her team worked exceptionally well together anticipating and fulfilling all of our needs. They made us feel like royalty and made sure that we were able to actually enjoy our reception despite all the craziness. We are so thankful for our Chantilly Lace Coordination team. Sara made the process so easy and was there for every step along the way. Anytime I had questions during a monthly meeting, she made sure to get timely answers back to me. I was finishing my Ph.D. dissertation the entire year of wedding planning and could not have had the perfect day without Sara. On the event day, the whole coordination team was our MVP; they took care of decorations, vendor contacts, setup, clean up, and everything in between. My husband and I had the most perfect wedding day, and a large part of that was because of this team! Sara is AMAZING!! From handling my mom and I's requests, from taking our décor and making it more beautiful than we could image, from calming me down when I got too stressed, to putting out fires throughout our wedding day that I didn't even know about until after the wedding. I was truly sad to part from Sara because she became apart of our journey and helped us so much!! When I say, our wedding would not have turned out as perfect as it did if she wasn't there, I mean it. Sara took our dreams and turned them into a reality!! HIGHLY RECOMMNED

Chantilly Lace was an absolute DREAM TEAM!!! I had booked photo + video + coordination for my destination wedding in Savannah. Sara was our planner and she was just the most fabulous person to work with for the year leading up to our special day. She was always there to answer questions, provide suggestions, and be there to support along the way. I would 1000% recommend booking the entire team because the wedding day was just flawless. You could instantly tell that they all knew exactly what they were doing and I felt comfortable putting everything in their hands and not stressing about anything. My guests were so impressed with how flawless the event flowed and was managed. Me and my husband didn't have to lift a finger the whole night! Sara had such a wonderful personality that I loved having throughout the whole process and especially on my wedding day. I truly can't say enough good things about this team and feel so incredibly blessed to have had these amazing people help make my wedding day so perfect! If you are looking to hire them for your wedding day, you absolutely must... and be sure to get the whole team because the package deal is beyond worth it :)

My niece just got married this past Saturday in Savannah Georgina. I came down to visit from Ohio for the wedding. The wedding was beautiful and so well organized. All evening I kept seeing all these staff members and venders running around and staying on top of things. I was impressed at how well they managed the event. At the end of the night I spoke with Stephanie and she told me the name of the company. Sara was the name of the coordinator. I felt the need to give them a worthy review for their hard work. They were a great group of gals. I own a company myself and I know how important reviews are.
