The whole staff was fantastic! I can’t even begin to explain how happy my wife and I are that we decided we wanted coordinators and went with Chantilly Lace. For the price point they give, it honestly feels like you are getting more then what you pay for (in the best way possible). They provide a comprehensive site that allows you to keep track of everything you need for your wedding, along with multiple check ins leading up to your event. It is very daunting to plan a wedding and hand the execution over to someone but with the tools and meetings provided it made it so much easier planning and communicating then we could have ever done on our own! One of the best advices we were given that we will give everyone else for the rest of our lives is to get a coordinator and find a great one like Chantilly Lace! You truly cannot put a price tag on handing things off to someone and getting to focus on enjoying your own wedding day. From the rehearsal dinner, to day of set up, event flow, and tear down the entire team was on top of it all. Communication was great and we never had to worry about anything because the Chantilly Lace team was on it!

I will never forget the feeling of being able to turn down the noise on my worries on my wedding day. As a very type A person, I usually have a hard time letting go of control—I was genuinely worried I’d spend my wedding tweaking details or straightening napkins, because my attention to detail never turns off. But on my wedding day, for the first time in my adult life, I was able to truly relax and “go with the flow.”
Jess was the absolute calm in the storm. She was cool, collected, and so reassuring at every single interaction. Jess helped me articulate my vision, think through details I never would have considered, and made me feel completely supported—especially during a tough season in my family just 12 weeks before the wedding, when it felt like there was never a good time to talk about wedding plans with my support system. She made sure I never felt alone in the planning process and was so patient with me, even when we revisited the same decision or topic more than once.

Jess never added stress to vendor or communication drama; she was a quiet, fierce advocate for me and our vision. After our stormy ceremony, when my makeup started to split up, Jess literally did my makeup touch-up for me—just one of countless examples of how she went above and beyond. Having the 12-week coordination and day-of package was a total game changer. I felt so confident that everything was handled, and my family was able to be fully present and enjoy the day.
Chelsie was always one step ahead, ready with water or champagne whenever I needed it. Both she and Jess were my advocates throughout the day—whether it was changing up the dance floor vibe with the DJ or keeping an eye on friends who were a little too enthusiastic with the celebrations.
