I was completely impressed with not just the food FATgirl Catering offered, but the complete professionalism of the owner, TaChelle. I found out about FATgirl catering from my girlfriend (she had her husband's surprise 30th birthday party catered). And, everyone was raving about the food. I loved that the food was simple but dressed up.

My husband was a little hesistant at first of using FATgirl as our caterer - mainly because he thought it would be girl food, whatever that means :), but after our tasting with TaChelle, he was sold! TaChelle was flexible with our growing wedding list, and worked extremely well with our budget. The only thing she was not budging on was sacrificing the quality of the food because of cost (which looking back, I am glad she was stern about that).

Our guests are still talking about the braised beef at our wedding; it simply just melted in our mouths :). I was very impressed and will definitely be using them in the future for my other events... maybe my 10 year anniversary party :)
