Louise was very flexible with time and place. She tried to accomadate me and I really appreciated that. She was extremely nice and I loved working with her. The makeup was great!

Louise is truly amazing! She recently did my makeup for my September 30th wedding and my makeup was nothing but absolute perfection! Once Louise did my trial for my engagement photos, I knew instantly that she was the artist I wanted for "my big day." From the moment I first met her, Louise puts you at ease. She is easy to talk to and she just gets it. I didn't have to tell her much and she just knew what I wanted. She is truly talented and I am so blessed to have been able to work with her. I received so many compliments that night and people couldn't stop saying how beautiful I looked. I have also never seen both my mom and my mother-in-law look so amazing! I HIGHLY recommend Louise! She is a gifted artist!

Louise Martino of Faces Boston was an absolute pleasure to work with. She is extremely talented and I think her expertise shows through in our wedding photos. She is often employed to work on the models for television and print ads, so she truly understands how certain "looks" come through in photos. Working with Louise was a great experience. She did the makeup for myself and my bridesmaids at my wedding. I have to say that I received more compliments on my makeup than I ever have in my life. The quality of the product, the excellence that Louise had, and the professionalism from her was outstanding. Louise was great at accommodating me, always emailed me back or called to touch base. I felt VERY comfortable with her, and she listened to my likes/dislikes and made any changes to the style of makeup as I wanted.

I felt good knowing that not just myself, but my bridesmaids too looked fabulous on my big day! I also loved the fact that Louise did a makeup trial beforehand and also did a makeup application for me for my bridal shower.. by the time my big day came around I felt very confident that she would make me look beautiful.

I also love the fact that she spent the extra time and effort to make sure that I looked amazing. She didn't rush through the makeup application or make me feel uncomfortable. She was very thorough. I can't say enough good things.

Louise was a dream to work with. As someone who wears pretty straightforward makeup on a day to day basis, I really wanted to glam it up for my evening wedding. Louise listened to my ideas about the look I wanted, and guided me through the process. Contrary to my other trial experiences, she did not speak to me as though I knew nothing about makeup, nor did she try to talk me out of anything. I absolutely loved my look. Louise made me feel like a very valued, important client.

On the big day, in addition to my makeup, she did my Mom, my Mother In Law and several of my husband's aunts. They all looked spectacular, especially my Mom. And, Louise and her helper very gracefully managed all of the personalities in the room.

Louise made me feel calm on a potentially overwhelming day, and I have never felt more beautiful, nor more special. I would recommend her over and over and over!

AWESOME! AWESOME! AWESOME! Louise is an awesome person with an amazing talent. She's very responsive and will answer your emails and concerns in a very timely manor! On the day of my wedding, she was there early and offered advice and even made me laugh! I had a great time with Louise and would recommend her in a heart beat!

Louise Martino is absolutely terrific.

Let me start by saying that I'm not a makeup person at all. My idea of makeup is a very thin layer of lip gloss, and my entire get-ready time is about 5 minutes. Moreover, when I was searching for someone to do my "wedding makeup," I was looking for someone who would get that I didn't want to show up at the wedding and be virtually unrecognizable. My experience with makeup artists went like this:

Me: I want something light.
Them: Ok, I get it.
Me: Great.
Them: (After 45 minutes of applying layers of paint to my face) Do you want airbrushing and fake lashes too?
Me: (rolling eyes)

Louise, however, seemed to "get" what I wanted immediately. At our trial session, she walked me through everything she would do on game day (so to speak), and according to my mom and my friends, the makeup she uses (Laura Mercier...) is supposed to be quality stuff. When she showed up at my house the morning of the wedding, she was so sweet, so efficient, and so great. The makeup looked wonderfully natural and was exactly what I wanted.

As an aside, Louise also won me over when she found me a hair salon after my original hair stylist flaked on me. Louise treated me like she cared about making the wedding as stress-free and fun as possible, and I really appreciated that. I highly, highly recommend her.

I couldn't have asked for more from my experience with Faces Boston. I have never felt more beautiful in my life, and I owe that to her experience and knowledge in the field, and her exceptional skill at her art. She helped me find the right colors and look for my wedding day, and nothing will replace the feeling I had walking down the aisle knowing I looked flawless.

Louise is beyond talented. When she finished my makeup on my wedding day, I never felt more beautiful. I didnt even check my makeup for the rest of the day because I knew it looked so good. Louise will be doing the makeup for my sister's upcoming wedding and I am really, really excited to work with her again.

Louise did my make-up as well as my mother and my mother in law. My make-up lasted the whole day...from 9 am to 2 am. I did minor touch ups on my lips but that was it. My make-up was flawless. We did a trial run and I loved it and I loved her. She was professional yet very caring and managed to keep me smiling!
