We hired Chris from Charlotte Phinney & Co. for my bridal hair & makeup. I was so happy with the results from my trial, so it was a no-brainer to hire them for the day-of! Chris & Shari were incredible, were right on schedule, and had the best vibes to keep things calm in the morning. By the time I was getting my hair & makeup done, I was relaxed and chilled out thanks to their calming expertise. Chris was especially accommodating and welcoming to my family and my grandmother, which was so sweet and made the day that much better. I hired Charlotte to do makeup for my wedding and was assigned Patrizia. She was the only artist available on my wedding day, but we were so lucky to have her! She was on time, professional, warm, thoughtful and amazing at what she does. She immediately greeted me with a hug and congratulations. Such a warm and supportive person! She did natural makeup for me, my bridesmaid, my mom and MIL. None of us wear a lot of makeup, but Patrizia did a great job of listening to our desires and graciously making slight adjustments as needed. Charlotte was very responsive, professional and organized. Highly recommend!

I loved working with Charlotte and her team! Emily, Marissa, and Hailey started wedding morning off with a peaceful atmosphere. I (the bride) and the whole wedding party felt so pretty in wedding day! They worked with all our different requests, personalities, and skin/ hair types! The bridal party kept asking how I found this company since the hair and makeup artists were all amazing!

Charlotte was very helpful throughout the planning stages and Jennifer P who did our makeup was fantastic! She helped me narrow my vision from my inspiration photos and did a great job with everyone's makeup. Both my mom and the groom's mom got their makeup done and were happy with how natural it felt since they don't usually wear much makeup

Gianna did both my hair and makeup, and I was absolutely blown away by how perfect everything turned out. I had done a trial with her beforehand, and on the big day, she recreated it flawlessly. She completely understood my vision and made sure I was 100% happy every step of the way. She even secured my veil perfectly. On top of that, she has a fantastic personality and made the whole experience so enjoyable!

Charlotte Phinney was extremely easy to work with and always responsive to all questions. Charlotte was very helpful when I was figuring out the services I needed and putting together a timeline that kept us all on track on the actual wedding day.

For the actual day, we had Rachel, Kerry, and Norma who were all a delight to work with. Rachel handled the bridal trial and bridal makeup. I had a great trial with her and she was receptive to all my feedback and incorporated it on the actual wedding day. Everyone loved the hair and makeup!

Charlotte was excellent to work with. She had scheduling down to a science for all of the bridal makeup and that led to a stress free wedding morning. Bob did makeup for myself, my mom, and 4 bridesmaids for my June 8th wedding. He did an amazing job! He was prompt, easy to work with, listened to exactly what we all wanted, and kept us right on time. I can’t say enough about how excellent he was and how amazing my makeup looked. It also stayed put for 12 hours with no smudging or running. As far as Charlotte phinney as a company they were also excellent. Very prompt with replying to emails and setting up a timeline for the big day. Everything was excellent!
