We hired Chris from Charlotte Phinney & Co. for my bridal hair & makeup. I was so happy with the results from my trial, so it was a no-brainer to hire them for the day-of! Chris & Shari were incredible, were right on schedule, and had the best vibes to keep things calm in the morning. By the time I was getting my hair & makeup done, I was relaxed and chilled out thanks to their calming expertise. Chris was especially accommodating and welcoming to my family and my grandmother, which was so sweet and made the day that much better. She helped me narrow my vision from my inspiration photos and did a great job with everyone's makeup. Absolutely Amazing Experience!
Charlotte and her team were the absolute best! I have truly never felt more beautiful than I did on my wedding day.
From our very first phone call, Charlotte was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and kind. Throughout the entire year of planning, she was always quick to respond — which made navigating all the details so much easier and less stressful!
The hair and makeup team — Gianna, Bob, and Dee — were not only exceptionally talented but also such a joy to be around. We had so much fun getting ready, and their calming, upbeat presence was just what we needed.
Gianna did both my hair and makeup, and I was absolutely blown away by how perfect everything turned out. I had done a trial with her beforehand, and on the big day, she recreated it flawlessly. She completely understood my vision and made sure I was 100% happy every step of the way. She even secured my veil perfectly. On top of that, she has a fantastic personality and made the whole experience so enjoyable!

Charlotte Phinney was extremely easy to work with and always responsive to all questions. Charlotte was very helpful when I was figuring out the services I needed and putting together a timeline that kept us all on track on the actual wedding day.
For the actual day, we had Rachel, Kerry, and Norma who were all a delight to work with. Rachel handled the bridal trial and bridal makeup. I had a great trial with her and she was receptive to all my feedback and incorporated it on the actual wedding day. I recently had the privilege of using Charlotte and Company for my wedding hair and make up, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. From start to finish, it was simply amazing.
First and foremost, Charlotte herself is a true professional. Her efficiency and responsiveness were unmatched. She made the entire planning process seamless and stress-free. It was reassuring to know that I could rely on her expertise.
On the big day, I had the pleasure of working with Sareva and Shari. They were both sooo talented and not to mention, they made my wedding experience even better with their warm , fun and laid back energy.
My hair and make up looked absolutely stunning! I received numerous compliments throughout the day, and I owe it all to Charlotte and her talented team. They truly are the best in the business.

Working with Charlotte was absolutely wonderful, she was so responsive and flexible and made selecting services a breeze. We worked with Mercedes on my wedding day and it felt like having a friend over with us as we got ready. She made me, my two bridesmaids, and my mom all feel stunning and my flower girl even got a little blush and felt like a princess. I was very happy with my decision to work with Charlotte & Co. for my November 2022 wedding day hair and makeup. Charlotte was very responsive throughout the planning process, which was important to me when selecting vendors. In terms of hair and makeup, I worked with Anna, who did an excellent job doing hair and makeup for my mom, my sister, and myself! Leading up to the wedding, I did one hair trial and two makeup trials with Anna, which made me feel very comfortable leading up to the wedding day that I would be happy with my hair and makeup. On the day of the wedding, my mom, sister, and I were all very happy with the end result. Anna was really friendly, punctual, and made us all feel very comfortable. Overall, I would absolutely recommend Charlotte & Co. to anyone looking for wedding day hair and makeup in the Boston area. -

Perfect Airbrush Makeup, Hair, and Staff
I loved working with Charlotte & Co for my winter wedding in Feb 2022. I needed hair and make-up for my wedding for myself and 9 other women and I specifically wanted airbrush make up because of how long lasting it is. We had Giana, Ann, and Bob and they made the day fun, upbeat, and were so helpful. They all were flexible with the different styles of hair and make-up my bridal party wanted. I highly recommend Charlotte and her team. I wanted someone to do both hair and makeup since I didn't have a bridal party, it was just me, my mom, sister and a friend. It was critical I could find someone to do both at my home. I did a trial with Shari and she was absolutely amazing and so talented! She listened to me and helped me decide what to do for hair and makeup as I really wasn't sure. She traveled to my home on my wedding day and she was so friendly and was a calming influence. She was so fun and kept things light and helped me to relax!! I don't usually wear a lot of makeup so her encouragement and friendly words really meant a lot to me on my important day! If you are looking for hair and makeup, book them now! Charlotte was amazingly helpful in planning our day to ensure we could fit in all the services. I really appreciated her direction and experience! Charlotte's team were easily the smoothest part of our day and they made us all feel absolutely beautiful! For starters, Charlotte herself is extremely responsive and helpful when planning for the big day. The team she sent, (Emma, Amber, Shannon, and Norma) were all extremely nice and got all of our looks exactly how we wanted. They got in 11 girls following the schedule perfectly and each girl simply showed them inspo pics minutes before the artists were able to recreate them. If anyone had requests for readjustments or touch-ups, they were happy to help and use the feedback. Most importantly, they made us all feel how we wanted. Some girls wanted more glam looks and they could accomplish that, a lot of us (especially myself) wanted more natural looks and they nailed it. I couldn't recommend Charlotte and her team more!!! -

HIGHLY recommend Charlotte Phinney & Co!!! I had an amazing experience working with Charlotte and her team on my wedding day and all the months leading up to the day. Giana did my hair/makeup and it came out absolutely stunning. She made me feel so beautiful and confident throughout the entire day! I got so many compliments on my makeup (the airbrush makeup is literally perfection). Erin did all my bridesmaids hair and it looked perfect and gorgeous!! The girls were so nice and professional the day of and made us all feel so great. Charlotte is so responsive and helpful and she responds to inquires/questions almost immediately. I will forever recommend CP to all of my friends and future brides!! -

Bob, Ann, and Nicole were SO fun to get ready with and made all us girls feel so gorgeous. Charlotte and her team are fantastic! Charlotte was one of the few people who responded to me when I was looking for hair/makeup services for my wedding in September 2022. She is quick to respond and was always very helpful whenever I had questions. Her services are reasonably priced and she offers a trial run for hair and makeup before the event. I used them for bridal makeup/hair for myself and my bridal party. We worked with Norma for makeup and Dee for hairstyling. They were both punctual, professional and easy to talk to. Everyone in my bridal party looked phenomenal and had hair/makeup styles that worked well for their complexions/hair type. Norma and Dee are clearly experienced at working with people from all backgrounds which is a huge plus in my book. I cannot recommend Charlotte & Co enough!! -

The best hair and makeup company EVER! Charlotte was simply WONDERFUL to work with, wow! She was right there answering any questions I had within a heartbeat. She made the planning process extremely easy, which is a huge stress reliever on your big day!! Any time I had to change something, Charlotte responded within minutes confirming everything. Now, I have no idea where to even begin with the hair and makeup artists. One word to describe them… OUTSTANDING. But I can’t stop there. Marvelous, excellent, amazingly impressive - are only a few extra words to describe the entire process we experienced with Ann, Bob, Sareva and Camryn! Ann and Bob did my mom and I’s hair and makeup trial run and they were THE BEST! They listened to everything we wanted and perfected it beyond imagination. Both were so friendly and FUN, and you can tell how much they LOVE their job and that brought such an energetic, happy vibe to not only the trial run, but the wedding day!!! The morning of, even though the house may have been hard to find LOL, Ann, Bob, Sareva and Camryn showed up early, with huge smiles on their faces ready to get started. All 10 of us ladies who got our hair and makeup done looked absolutely BEAUTIFUL!!! Their expertise shined through and created the most magical memories for my special day that I will truly never forget. We all had SO much fun getting ready and celebrating beforehand with the staff, and my bridesmaids were all asking for Ann, Bob, Sareva and Camryn’s contact information so they can use them in the future. Would Definitely Recommend!
I couldn’t recommend Charlotte and her stylists any more! I was nervous going into the hair and makeup aspect of the wedding as I wanted to look as natural as possible, but Sophia heard my requests and concerns and was a dream to work with. Our stylists/makeup artists did a beautiful job, worked quickly leaving us ahead of schedule, and helped make the atmosphere such a laid back, relaxing one. I had two make up/hair artists, Carolina and Giana come to my Mom’s house to get myself, my bridesmaids, and the Mom’s ready for the wedding! They were both fantastic! Carolina did a trial for me, gave me an incredible look, and made all of the changes I asked for when it came to my wedding day (they were very small, different type of braid for my updo, more defined curls, different eye shadow colors). They were on time, professional, and fun to work with! Such a great beauty team, after doing some price shopping, I also found the prices very competitive, and they worked for me and my bridesmaids!

We had Nina, Mercedes, and Sareva as our hair and makeup artists for a July wedding in Canton, MA and they killed it! Charlotte was easy to communicate with and provides a schedule for the day of so that you don't have to worry about it. Artists showed up to the hotel right on time, and provided hair and makeup for 6 bridesmaids and two mothers. Everyone looked amazing and was happy with their styles. The 3 artists together were friendly and fun. Extra shout out for Nina who went above and beyond during the trail run, but also in helping me to find additional vendors between the trial and the wedding day. Would definitely recommend Charlotte and her team to any bridal party! -

From day one Charlotte and Company made my hair and makeup experience so smooth and day of was fun. Charlotte provided excellent communication and her girls, beautiful looks.
Jai, Maria, Angela, May and Michelle absolutely killed it on my wedding day 4/30/22. The girls stayed on schedule and absolutely delivered amazing looks to me, my 12 bridesmaids, and two family members. Everyone looked so gorgeous.
May did my hair and makeup for my welcome night and wedding day and let me tell you, she SLAYED!! I feel like I looked like something out of a magazine.

I absolutely loved working with Anna from Charlotte and Co. for hair and makeup on my wedding day. I did a hair and makeup trial a few months before my New Year's Eve wedding day and loved my makeup. Anna even taught me a few things that changed the way I do my day to day make up. I have very thick long hair and knew ahead of time that my Hollywood glam waves may not be doable for the time needed for a wedding. I was absolutely blown away with the results on my wedding day. I used Charlotte's team for my wedding this past weekend. Shari, Sarah, and Rose came to our hotel room to do hair and makeup for my bridal party and me. I absolutely loved my hair and makeup (done by Shari). It was exactly what I wanted and held up the whole night. My bridal party was also very happy with their hair and makeup. The artists were on time and very easy to work with. Sarah was great at doing my 5-year-old niece's hair (who had a little trouble sitting still)! I would definitely recommend them. -

I had the best experience with my make up/hair artist Ana. I have to admit I am a scared of make up artists because they love to use ALOT of make up. I like a much more natural look so and our ideas of how my make up should be usually differ. I ended up needing two makeup trials to figure out the best look for me, but on the day of the wedding I felt Ana really captured the look I was going for. I felt so beautiful and my look was timeless. Ana was so professional throughout and didn't get offended when the first trial wasn't exactly what I had envisioned. That speaks to the artist she is in that she will listen to her clients to help them feel perfect on their day. Charlotte was also great! her emails were clear and directions were specific making the whole process easy. Not only that but her emails were always timely which I really appreciated. -

She came to my house for a trial a couple weeks prior, and I was able to use that to fine tune how I wanted my hair and make-up for the big day. Communicating with Charlotte and Co. was so easy, and flexible - Charlotte was extremely responsive and paired me with Sareva. Sareva is extremely nice and so fun! She was a delight to introduce to my wedding party on my wedding day. Each of us girls had completely different hair types and lengths, and asked for completely different hairstyles, and Sareva DELIVERED. We all could not be more happy with the results! Charlotte and Co. did my hair and make up for my wedding day and my entire experience from start to finish was nothing short of amazing. Leading up to the wedding, Charlotte was helpful and responsive, guiding me through the whole process and making everything clear and simple. I contacted many companies about doing my hair and makeup and Charlotte has the best customer service and professionalism BY FAR. My hair and makeup artist was Nina and she was so wonderful at our trial. I rarely wear makeup and did not want to look like I was wearing a ton of makeup and she did a perfect job. She also worked with me to create the perfect hair style. I had pictures of something similar to what I wanted but I wanted certain aspects changed, and she knew exactly what I meant and offered suggestions and created the most beautiful style for me. On my wedding day, Nina also did hair for my in-laws as well as hair and makeup for myself and my MOH. She went above and beyond to ensure my special day went smoothly. Nina was kind, patient, and flexible, accommodating my in-laws and shielding me from unnecessary stress. Despite everything, she still kept everything on time and helped me feel relaxed and able to enjoy the process. Nina is expertly skilled, working with a wide variety of ages, hair styles, and complexions, and everyone looked gorgeous. And my hair and make up were PERFECT - Nina made me look and feel more beautiful than I could have imagined. My hair and makeup also stayed in place throughout the whole day and night, despite warm weather and being on the dance floor! I am so grateful I chose Nina and Charlotte and Co. to do my hair and makeup for my wedding day. -

I'm not one for heavy makeup, so I was a little nervous about the prospect of having my makeup done. Chrissy was FANTASTIC! She took all of my inspiration looks and turned them into a reality. I have never been more impressed with a company that is so organized, accommodating, and professional. In addition, all of my bridal party looked absolutely stunning on my wedding day. I worked with Sara and Ann and it was an absolute pleasure. From scheduling the Bridal Trial to the day of the wedding, everything was easy. Charlotte runs an amazing company, and I would highly recommend her to anyone!
Ann made me feel so comfortable. I was sitting there getting my hair started, and I started to feel some anxiety coming on, but she was able to talk me down and really start to enjoy the moment. She was complimentary and so sweet. All of the bridal party absolutely loved their hair and she made sure of it. Each one of the girls showed up with a picture of what they wanted and that is exactly what they got. Ann is such an amazing hair stylist. She offered ideas, thoughts, and her overall expertise and every single one of the girls looked beautiful and all loved their hair.
Sara is a true artist. The airbrush makeup was flawless. In addition to her makeup talent, she was so easy to talk to. All of the girls showed her pictures of what they would like and she executed with such ease. The makeup stayed on all night and that is saying a lot when you are getting it done at 7:45 am! She did such a beautiful job!

I hired Airbrush Makeup & Hair by Charlotte & Company for my micro wedding on Oct 3rd. Marissa was our hair and makeup artist and she was great! She did an amazing job on my sisters and myself. She was very professional and my whole family enjoyed talking with her! She did my hair with extensions and my makeup and made me feel like a princess! Thank you Marissa! -

My experience working with Charlotte and her team was fantastic! Charlotte was extremely helpful in planning trials and services, and finding the perfect hair and makeup artists to fit my wedding vision and style. Ann was extremely easy to work with, and listened to my requests for my bridal hairstyle. We tried a number of different things through trials, and she gave me many suggestions and ideas. Camryn was fantastic, as well, taking my ideas as well as making suggestions for what would work best for me. On August 22, 2020, my wedding day, both Ann and Camryn were excellent to work with. They followed safety protocols, while still making me and my bridal party feel comfortable and special. Both women were so accommodating to meet everyone’s needs, and remained on schedule throughout the day to have us ready right on time! I loved my look- the hair and makeup were even better than I had hoped. I could not have been happier with their services, and my bridesmaids and mothers agreed! -

Charlotte and Company was amazing to work with! My emails were answered very promptly and I had a lot of changes due to covid so they were very flexible. Nina did my make up and it came out amazing. I would highly recommend, you will not be disappointed! My makeup stayed perfectly in the humid weather. -

My wedding party and I had a great experience working with Charlotte & Co! Leading up to the wedding day, Charlotte was very easy to work with; she was always available for questions and replied almost immediately! Shari, Angeline and Sara were our artists on the day of. They did a wonderful job, we even finished with some time to spare! They listened to my wedding party and were able to create beautiful, individualized looks. A couple of my bridesmaids weren’t in love with their first hair choice, however the artists were more than happy to re-do them to get things just right. Shari was my artist for both hair and makeup. After our trial, I was afraid I had too much makeup on and didn’t quite feel like myself. On the day of the wedding, she listened to my concerns and asked each step of the way if I wanted to go darker or not. In the end, my hair and makeup turned out AMAZING and I felt like the most beautiful bride! I would highly recommend Charlotte & Co! -

Jai and Maria were great! The airbrush makeup is not for everyone, I had a really hard time not smudging it because I’m a face toucher! But it looked FLAWLESS. Jai has a great personality and adapted to me and my bridesmaid’s wishes on the day of event. Both were on time and on schedule! -

Exceptional talent and service
Charlotte and her team are absolutely amazing! Charlotte was so organized and easy to work with. She helped me get the scheduling right to make sure all the ladies in the bridal party would have enough time to get primped and pampered without feeling rushed. Her team (make-up: Maria and Meagan, Hair: Jai) were friendly, talented and very professional. Everyone looked fabulous and had a great time getting ready on our wedding day. Thank you ladies! -

I cannot say enough about how absolutely wonderful it was to work with Charlotte and her team for my wedding. I had my hair and make-up (as well as the hair and make-up of my bridal party) done by Charlotte's team and everything came out STUNNING! I don't know how they did it, but somehow everyone's hair and make-up looked GORGEOUS from the beginning of the day to the end of the night. Special shout out to Sophia and Kristen who made my hair and make-up absolutely PERFECT! Everyone was so nice and accommodating, and took the time to make everyone's hair and make-up visions come true. I honestly cannot recommend them enough. -

I worked with Charlotte and company for my wedding day hair and makeup. I knew I only wanted a few services (just me, my mom, and mother in law) and I had a hard time finding an artist who would work a small number of people. My artist was Chris and I knew from my trial I would love working with her. She was super responsive to my ideas and concerns and when I couldn't decide she helpfully weighed in with her opinions. I was hesitant about airbrush makeup, but it feels so light and smooth! I wanted to look like myself on my wedding day; for my hair to look how it looks on a "good" hair day and my makeup to look like an "enhanced" version of daily me. Chris nailed it and I couldn't be happier with how the look came out.
