My experience: Katherine was extremely friendly and so easy to work with. I LOVE her! Not only that, but she refused to accept any kind of payment from me until I had gone with her to her provider to see the quality and freshness of the flowers for myself. We walked through the warehouse together, and she snapped photos of the flowers I liked and didn't like. Then we went through half a dozen books and talked everything from scent to color to size and shape of all of our arrangements. Again, she marked what I liked and didn't like. Talk about thorough! I love how I was able to provide her with a vague idea of what I wanted and for the first time ever, the tangible result was better than what my imagination could create. Simply stunning arrangements.
And even more amazing, Katherine had the forethought to call me the morning of our outdoor wedding and talk to me about the rain and see what I wanted to do. After delivering the flowers, she then offered to stay at our venue and help change things around and set up to avoid the weather issues. Because of her help, not only were my flowers PERFECT, but a potential disaster was easily avoided and our suddenly indoor wedding turned out beautifully.
The price was amazing, the flowers were just WONDERFUL (I wish I could post a picture!!!), and Katherine was an absolute Godsend to me. She went above and beyond what I could have ever expected. She's more than a great vendor. I'd like to think of her as a great friend. And I will be sending any and all business I come across straight to her.
