As the MOB, choosing Elizabeth ESK Weddings to work with my daughter was the best & most important part of her wedding plans. She worked with a modest wedding budget and planned a beautiful wedding. Elizabeth is very organized, helping to choose the venue & vendors and every detail that made for a beautiful and fun wedding day. As the MOB, I loved that Elizabeth handled the details and I could enjoy every moment. And, we stayed on budget!! Elizabeth is simply the best.

When starting to plan a wedding, the first big decision to make is your wedding planner. If you’re anything like my wife and I, planning a wedding is a very daunting and overwhelming task, and the best decision we could have made was choosing Elizabeth.

From day one, she sat down with us, understood our budget and vision, and had impeccable attention to detail to deliver on our special day. Each month, we were able to avoid feeling overwhelmed by getting a clear set of tasks that we needed to accomplish in order to stay on track with the timeline we had. There’s a remarkable amount of small details to make a wedding come together, and Elizabeth has thought of everyone single one.

When it came time for the week and day of the wedding, if there were any challenges, and I’m sure there were, we didn’t know about them because Elizabeth and her team shielded us from any unnecessary stress, and allowed us to stay fully present and enjoy our wedding day. It really ended up being a perfect day.

This is going to be a long review - but the short version is this: Hire Elizabeth, you won’t regret it.

We hired Elizabeth as a full service wedding planner in the summer of 2024. We had done 0 planning and relied on her to guide us through the entire process from step 1. Over the next two years, we got a front row seat to Elizabeth’s precise organization, endless kindness, and incredible event planning talent.

Elizabeth clearly communicated what she needed from us, told us what to expect and when, was patient and kind when we needed flexibility, and was a genuine joy to work with. She sends monthly check in emails and keeps an updated database of every single detail of your event - you always have access to information about your design, budget, calendar, and more should you need it. More than anything, Elizabeth allowed us the privilege of enjoying wedding planning, while also enjoying the rest of our lives.

In June 2026, we had the most gorgeous destination wedding weekend in Tuscany, Italy. Elizabeth planned and coordinated every detail meticulously. Our 4 day, 3 night wedding weekend for 50 guests at a private Italian villa was no small task. Elizabeth made it look effortless. Neither me, my husband, or our guests had to worry about anything - it was all simply handled. I cannot express how much of a relief it was to just be able to enjoy the weekend we had spent 2 years looking forward to.

This event was seamlessly executed, and was better than we ever could have imagined. That is 100% a credit to Elizabeth’s talent and professionalism. I cannot thank her enough for all of her work in creating our dream wedding weekend. Hiring Elizabeth was one of the best decisions, if not THE best decision, we made. I cannot recommend her enough.

Elizabeth truly helped us plan my DREAM wedding! Everything was perfect and I still can't get over it! From the beginning Elizabeth was very organized and immediately made a wedding design booklet that showed what the vison for the wedding would be. When it was time to choose vendors she would send a list of those she has worked with before and would recommend for what we were going for, and from there we picked! A lot of things in the wedding planning process can get overwhelming because you have so many options, but Elizabeth knew exactly what we were going for and made it so easy to execute. I wanted a glam, over the top wedding and I got that and so much more! Our wedding day would not have been half as beautiful or flow so seamlessly without Elizabeth. She is truly the best and we are so thankful for everything she did for us!

Elizabeth and EKS were absolutely incredible to work with and working with her was undoubtedly one of the best choices we made throughout our wedding process. Elizabeth is incredibly professional, timely, and helpful throughout all aspects of the planning process, and there is nothing she cannot handle in stride. She made sure that absolutely everything went perfectly for us, while simultaneously staying behind the scenes and letting us shine. Due to a sudden downpour on our wedding day, we had to rearrange our reception space day-of, and Elizabeth handled it like she does it every day. There was no need for my wife or I to do anything; she just ran her plan by me and then got everything done. Our guests had no idea! Elizabeth was perfect for our wedding day! From meeting with us, to building our budget, helping us prep for the day, and then executing our wedding day, she was essential to every part of the process. From the bride, to the groom, to the parents, everyone was saying how much we loved Elizabeth and how helpful she was!

As full-time-working mother of a bride who is also 100% busy with medical school, we entered the wedding planning process with agreement that we would need the most capable and patient planner to keep two highly driven and sometimes demanding mother/daughter duo calm and happy. Well we found her. Elizabeth is not only all those things, but she is highly proactive, productive, resourceful and an absolute joy to be around as the friendly and personable person she is.
Since I had already typed an email to her the day after my daughter's most perfect wedding weekend, I thought it might be helpful to share that as I think it hits all the notes I would want to know as we were trying to pick a planner:
I don't know where to start thanking you for all you did to make this past weekend perfect! From the beginning you've been the calm, confidence-inspiring presence that kept us on track and made the planning tasks manageable and not overwhelming. Hannah and I have both commented on how smoothly the process went. We are both highly organized and driven and without a strong planner with such a confident and highly capable presence, chaos may have erupted, haha!

It was quite the opposite. Your meticulous attention to detail made everything run smoothly. You made it easy for Hannah and I, both the planning and wedding day couldn't have been more perfect. You enabled us to focus 0% on making things happen, and instead were only focused on building cherished memories we will long hold in our hearts. Truly you are a treasure and we are so very fortunate to have worked with you!

The best decision I made about the wedding was having Elizabeth help us plan it. I had my dream wedding this past Saturday, and I cannot forget how beautiful it was. Everything was perfect! I don’t think my husband and I could have planned our wedding without her. She made everything so much easier, and her recommendations really helped us decide what type of wedding we wanted. I will contact her again for any future events I need to plan.
