Hi! I’m Kari Gibbons, Owner of Everlasting Elegance, a wedding planning business based in Cumming, Georgia. First of all, congratulations on your upcoming wedding! This is such an exciting time in your life, and I am honored to be considered to join your vendor team. Hiring a coordinator or a planner is one of the best things you can do to ensure your planning and ideas come to fruition. I can’t wait to learn more about your upcoming wedding, but first, let me tell you a little bit about me.

I graduated UGA in 2015 with a degree in Public Relations (GO DAWGS!) and began working in the PR field right after graduation. Within the field of PR, I always gravitated towards projects that involved event planning. I switched career paths and spent two year working for venues to gain experience. I opened my own planning and coordination business in 2020, and have had the opportunity be a part of many amazing couples' big days!

Launching my business has changed my life. I’ve been blessed to help couples make their wedding dreams a reality. I get so much joy from helping couples create and execute one of the most special days in their lives, and I hope to be able to join you on your wedding journey.

Services Offered

I offer both Month-of Coordination, Partial Planning, Full Planning. I am also happy to work with couples in creating a customized package that fits their needs exactly. Let's chat and see what level of service is the best fit for you!

Month-of Coordination: For the couple who wants to ensure nothing has been overlooked. By bringing in a coordinator a month before your wedding day you can rest assured that there won't be any detrimental surprises or details that got overlooked. Having someone to go over your plans this far in advance allows you to implement or improve anything that may be lacking or missing. Enjoy the excitement that comes in the weeks leading up to your wedding, rather than stressing about what could go wrong.

Partial Planning: The perfect compromise if you can't decide between Full Planning and Month of Coordination. You want to take the lead in planning your wedding, but you still want someone to make sure you're doing it right. With partial planning you get the process started and you decide at what point we start assisting and how. Think of this package as having a personal wedding assistant!

Full Service Planning: For the couple who needs help planning the majority of their wedding. Ideal for the couple who is overwhelmed by wedding planning or are simply too busy to successfully plan a wedding on their own. We'll walk you through it every step of the way. We start with setting a budget and figuring out what is most important to you on your wedding. From there we can help you with vendor selection, ceremony and reception design, budget management and everything in between. We help keep the to do list manageable and you on track.

Event Design: Does the idea of trying to figure out how to decorate your venue stress you out? Let us step in and help eliminate that stress. Not only can we come up with the ideas and show you how to execute, but we can also provide all the elements including the florals. This package is frequently paired with Month of Coordination!
