Kari was amazing and saved my wedding day! I am so beyond thankful for her services and am glad that I chose her as a wedding planner. Not only was she extremely professional in dress, appearance, and coordination, but she was so easy to work with and was the most affordable option out of the handful of wedding planners that I reached out to in North Georgia. Not to mention she had to travel almost 1.5 hours to the venue and even STAYED THE NIGHT between my rehearsal and wedding day!! Since I was planning my Georgia wedding from Texas, I had to choose a lot of my vendors and services based on reviews. Kari and Everlasting Elegance lived up to their reputation. Kari took over my wedding rehearsal when it appeared the church coordinator was extremely overwhelmed and disorganized. I knew as soon as Kari stepped in that all of my worries and things I wanted would be taken care of that moment. I met with Kari twice prior to my wedding day and she was extremely helpful and put my mind at ease. After the rehearsal, Kari stuck around to ensure that the florist cordoned off the pews with lace (because of COVID). This was something she didn't have to do but did it anyways without my knowledge and without anyone even asking her to do it! On the day of the wedding, there were a few things that were missing like the flower crown for the flower girl, my husband's brother who couldn't find his bow tie and vest, and the fact that I left my fur shawl at the church during my outdoor portraits. Kari handled all of these little hiccups with ease and again without my even knowing any of it. I'm sure there were so many more little things that she took care of that I'm not even aware of to this day. Kari was overly prepared and organized with multiple bags of little emergency kits filled with things that a bride or groom might need. For example, I had forgotten to shave my armpits and put on deodorant the morning of my wedding and Kari had everything I needed to take care of that within a moment's notice. She also had makeup remover wipes for the little spots on my dress and literally everything else you can imagine! Kari also ensured that everything I wanted to be set up at the reception was exactly where I wanted it. Kari and her team truly went above and beyond. I would HIGHLY recommend Everlasting Elegance for any event. They are a must! ❤️😊

Kari with Everlasting Elegance was so helpful with bringing our wedding together! We hired her as a month-of planner and she was willing to jump right in slightly before so we could have her at a meeting with our venue. She was easy to reach, quick to reply, and an absolute delight to work with! Leading up to the event, she took a load of tasks off of our plates so we could enjoy more time together being excited about marriage and not get overwhelmed with little details. Day-of, Kari and an assistant were there and taking care of all the details we had talked through in meetings. She was thorough and we didn't have to worry about a thing! Even after that day, Kari took care of us by following-up with a vendor that didn't quite meet everything they agreed to on their contract with us. Couldn't have asked for a better person to handle logistics and details!

If you're considering which planner to hire or even if a planner is necessary, I highly recommend having one and can't recommend Everlasting Elegance enough!

We got married in September at the start of the busy wedding season. Kari helped us plan out a very detailed timeline for our big day. Kari was the absolute best vendor by far during my wedding! There was a major crisis that had me super emotional and all over the place and Kari was so sweet, comforting, and helpful during the morning as I was dealing with the crisis. She gathered almost everyone who was willing to help with getting the last minute stuff together and was just a literal angel on earth who truly saved the day. I had planned to have time to do put together the seating chart, table numbers, runners, gifts together and with everything going on there was no possible way that I could get that done but Kari made the best executive decisions and made it all come to life. I truly don’t know what I would’ve done without her by my side that day!!! I can’t recommend this beautiful soul more and thanks to her and everyone she was able to lead to help make the day absolutely perfect after the fiasco. We hired Kari as our month of coordinator and she exceeded our expectations. She helped with anything I asked for to the best of her ability through the wedding day. The actual wedding day she went so far above and beyond for us. Both straps broke on my dress at different times and she was right there to sew them for me. She made the day go seamless and smooth.
