The Best Wedding Coordinator in ATL!
What really stood out was how calm and in control she was the entire time. If there were any issues (and I’m sure there were, because weddings always have something), I didn’t know about them. She handled everything behind the scenes so smoothly, and that gave me so much peace of mind. I was actually able to enjoy the day, fully present, because I knew she had it covered.
She even took the time to learn the names of my whole wedding party, which says a lot about the kind of person she is — warm, attentive, and genuinely cares about the people she’s working with. She was approachable, easy to talk to, but always professional. It never felt like she was just doing a job — it felt like she truly cared about making the day exactly how we wanted it.

Destination Wedding
Darcha listened to our needs, shared our vision, and gave us exactly what we needed. Initially, we were so worried about the wedding planning since we live in CA and the wedding was in GA (go Braves!) I’m glad we found her. How she managed to always be responsive to our emails and phone calls, I have no idea. And boy did we have a lot of questions 😅. Darcha was always happy to share her suggestions and opinions that helped tremendously made our wedding perfect.
Darcha did an exceptional job in helping plan our wedding, no doubt about it. But their team did even better during the day of the wedding. From directing our guests to coordinating with the vendors, DJ, photographer, to even getting me and my husband food and drinks throughout the day. They had considered everything that we didn’t even know we needed until we did.
