I cannot recommend Mosaic enough. They were the best team we could have ever asked for both during planning and day of. The first thing I did after getting engaged was look for a wedding planner because I knew I wanted an incredible wedding but didn’t have any clue where to start. I didn’t want this season to be stressful on me, my mom, or anyone else so I knew a wedding planner was a must.
When I met Emily, everything just clicked. She understood what I was going for and executed it perfectly. I was there to approve what she suggested, and it made the process so fun because I was involved without being overwhelmed! I wanted a dinner party vibe for our reception and that is exactly what I got. Emily knew the right people when it came to catering, rentals, entertainment, and every vendor was incredible.
Leading up to the wedding people kept asking how I was feeling, and I always said that I was just excited! I didn’t have any stress because I knew the Mosaic team had my back and everything was going to be great! My mom’s friends were shocked at her lack of stress during my engagement, and it was all because Emily does her job so well. Emily was there whenever I needed a question answered or had a new idea and I never felt like she didn’t have time for me. By time we got to the wedding it just felt like having my friend there running the show.
Day of was so much fun. Emily handled everything and we got to just enjoy every moment. She kept things moving and we didn’t have to worry about what happened when because Emily was there to make sure we were where we needed to be.
Our wedding was the best day of our lives and it’s all because we got to enjoy every second and didn’t worry about a thing thanks to Emily. I can’t wait to follow along Emily and Mikey’s journey because I know they have such a bright future in the wedding industry!

Emily and Mikey are truly the best. I worked with Emily for the majority of my planning process and she is truly amazing. From last minute phone calls, late night texts, and emergencies, she was there through it all with a smile on her face. She made sure my husband and I were able to enjoy the day of the wedding from beginning to end and everything went so smoothly. I truly can't recommend them enough!

What do you say about a team that literally took care of everything so that you could completely enjoy everything about your daughter’s wedding? That is what Mosaic Weddings did for us. I don’t think people realize how much detail is needed to pull off a great wedding. Having a seasoned planner provides resources and experience for all the things you don’t even think or know about. They coordinated everything so well that no one had to interrupt or bother me or the bride the day of the wedding. Everyone knew to go to Emily and Mikey so we could literally enjoy every single second of the day. It is money very well spent. I highly encourage you to budget for Mosaic in your wedding budget. My daughter’s wedding was flawless, it was perfect, and I give a great deal of credit to this team to make the day everything we imagined it could be!
