I cannot recommend Mosaic enough. They were the best team we could have ever asked for both during planning and day of. The first thing I did after getting engaged was look for a wedding planner because I knew I wanted an incredible wedding but didn’t have any clue where to start. I didn’t want this season to be stressful on me, my mom, or anyone else so I knew a wedding planner was a must.
When I met Emily, everything just clicked. She understood what I was going for and executed it perfectly. I was there to approve what she suggested, and it made the process so fun because I was involved without being overwhelmed! I wanted a dinner party vibe for our reception and that is exactly what I got. Emily knew the right people when it came to catering, rentals, entertainment, and every vendor was incredible.
Leading up to the wedding people kept asking how I was feeling, and I always said that I was just excited! I didn’t have any stress because I knew the Mosaic team had my back and everything was going to be great! My mom’s friends were shocked at her lack of stress during my engagement, and it was all because Emily does her job so well. Emily was there whenever I needed a question answered or had a new idea and I never felt like she didn’t have time for me. By time we got to the wedding it just felt like having my friend there running the show.
Day of was so much fun. Emily handled everything and we got to just enjoy every moment. She kept things moving and we didn’t have to worry about what happened when because Emily was there to make sure we were where we needed to be.
Our wedding was the best day of our lives and it’s all because we got to enjoy every second and didn’t worry about a thing thanks to Emily. I can’t wait to follow along Emily and Mikey’s journey because I know they have such a bright future in the wedding industry!

There is a reason why Mosaic Weddings has only 5 star reviews- they are a team that delivers well past 5 stars consistently and effectively. I jumped into wedding planning with zero understanding as to how to do it. As a couple, we had a lot of big and untraditional ideas + wishlist items- we mapped everything out and hoped for the best. After a few months panic set in that we had no idea how to actually execute on these big ideas. We reached out to a few day of coordinators and (I think we scared some lol), but Emily and Mikey were the first to hype us up and celebrate our ideas, immediately we knew we had to book them.

In this process I've often seen the saying of "Remember that no one knows the wedding you planned in your head", and given that I myself had no idea how a Margaritaville-Formal wedding would turn out, I found great solace in this quote leading up to the day. I am now here to confidently say, Emily pulled exactly what was in my head (and my husbands!) and made it happen in real life.

I cannot express how beautifully smooth and fun our wedding day was. Without a doubt, Mikey and Emily will be your brain and heart, your body guards and confidants, and your biggest cheerleaders for you throughout your wedding journey. Thank you Mosaic Weddings!!! - The Scheyers :)

We cannot recommend Mosaic enough. We went all in for the “full planning” option and it was worth every penny. Mikey and Emily were there every step of the way, not only doing their job as planners, but were also there to support with any questions and give us good advice/recommendations. The cherry on top was the organization starting with our final walkthrough and the sheer excellence in the execution of the day of. Even our guests complimented us on how good our planners were! Trust them with your big day, you won’t be disappointed.
