We genuinely could not have navigated the wedding planning process without Emily and Mikey. From the very beginning, Emily brought thoughtful recommendations, from vendor selections to design details to the flow of the day itself. She anticipated needs before we even realized them, and her attention to detail was impeccable.
Throughout the planning process, Emily was consistently communicative, organized, and responsive, always following up faster than anyone we’ve ever worked with. She made what could have been an overwhelming process feel manageable and enjoyable.
On the wedding day, guests repeatedly shared how impressed they were with Emily’s calm, confident presence and her ability to keep everything running seamlessly behind the scenes.
Not only are Emily and Mikey exceptional planners, they are also wonderful people. It was an absolute privilege to work with them, and we are incredibly grateful for the role they played in making our wedding day truly unforgettable. -

We cannot say enough amazing things about Emily and Mikey from MOSAIC! We worked with them for over a year leading up to our wedding, and choosing the half-planning package was one of the best decisions we made. They truly went above and beyond for us in every way.
I was in medical school and my husband is a pilot, so we had very little time to manage all the details. Emily and Mikey made the entire process feel easy and stress-free. They were always responsive, incredibly organized, and constantly put our minds at ease throughout the planning process.
On the wedding day, everything ran so smoothly. Even when a small hiccup came up, they handled it so seamlessly that it felt like nothing ever happened. If anything went wrong, we had absolutely no idea — they made sure we could just enjoy our day and be fully present.
We would recommend them to absolutely anyone getting married. The first thing you need is a wedding planner, and MOSAIC truly has the best team ever! 💕 -

Working with Emily was THE best choice we could have made in our wedding planning process. We chose her coordination package, but from the very beginning it felt like we were receiving her full planning services. Emily went above and beyond in every possible way—she was always there to answer every question I had, coordinated details we never would’ve thought of, kept communication seamless with every vendor so that we could be stress free the month of, and even made a last minute photo booth happen for us (using her team members) when I wanted to add it on the week before! Her and her team also set up all of our DIY items themselves including ALL of our florals which was no small task.
Her guidance throughout the entire process was truly priceless. Emily and her team were always so positive, supportive and you could tell they genuinely love what they do. I seriously lost count of the times she stepped in before we even realized we needed something. I also strongly recommend using Mosaic's in-house rental items. We used so many of them from signage to candles to dance floor items. All of the rentals turned out amazing. Emily and her team set them up themselves which was so helpful to not have to hire another vendor for these items. We absolutely could not have done it without Emily and her team, they are all amazing!! -

Emily and her team made our day, and month of planning seamless. She was attentive and on top of every detail from big to small, even things I would’ve never considered. We felt immediately comfortable with her team and knew we were in good hands. The professionalism and communication was top tier throughout the entire process. I would HIGHLY recommend Mosiac for future couples. Weddings can be stressful regardless, so do yourself a favor and hire a team that will take 99% of that weight off your shoulders. -

Emily was a huge help throughout the entire planning process! She took my vague ideas and made the wedding of my dreams happen! It was so helpful to have her be the main point of contact for all of our vendors and her honest reviews of vendors we were deciding between. Any random questions or ideas I texted he about she would immediately respond and get quotes for me. We are so beyond grateful for everything Emily, Channing, and the rest of the Mosaic team did for us and for making our wedding the most special day for us. -

Emily is the BEST!!
From day 1, Emily made my mom and I feel right at home. She truly became a best friend to us during the wedding planning process. She listened to our vision and made it even more beautiful than I could ever imagine. The attention to detail that girl gives, deserves a medal. She made our wedding feel so personal and thoughtful. She was always one step ahead - willingly being able to answer any and all of our questions and concerns. I love Emily not only as our wedding planner but as a person and I low key miss our weekly touch bases. You truly cannot go wrong trusting her with your wedding! -

Amazing experience with Mosaic!
Emily and Channing were INCREDIBLE! I feel like they always anticipated everything I needed before I needed it, and were just so on top of things! Even guests commented on how helpful they were and everyone was so impressed by their execution of the whole day. The Mosaic Weddings Team is also so fun to work with and extremely professional. I would definitely recommend them to anyone! -

We met the owner and head planner at a wedding they were working in Italy and immediately became friends. We were so impressed by their work energy that we hired them for our wedding March 29, 2025. We selected the Month of package for planning and I have not and will never regret this! I wish we would have met earlier and I would have done full or partial planning! Mikey, Emily, and Channing were amazing to work with! If anything went wrong on my wedding day, I still don't know because they fixed it. My concern with hiring a planner was my specific vision and style that I wanted to execute and I could not find one that understood my vision until I met with Emily! I would recommend them a million times!!! I don't have any pictures yet since I got married a few days ago! -

What do you say about a team that literally took care of everything so that you could completely enjoy everything about your daughter’s wedding? That is what Mosaic Weddings did for us. I don’t think people realize how much detail is needed to pull off a great wedding. Having a seasoned planner provides resources and experience for all the things you don’t even think or know about. They coordinated everything so well that no one had to interrupt or bother me or the bride the day of the wedding. Everyone knew to go to Emily and Mikey so we could literally enjoy every single second of the day. It is money very well spent. I highly encourage you to budget for Mosaic in your wedding budget. My daughter’s wedding was flawless, it was perfect, and I give a great deal of credit to this team to make the day everything we imagined it could be! -

Words cannot express how much we love and appreciate everything that Emily and Mikey at Mosaic Weddings did for us! We hired Mosaic Weddings to do partial planning - one of 3 options (full, partial, month of) - and honestly I felt like we got full planning. Emily did so much for us, from reviewing contracts, to coordinating vendors month of, to creating signage, to fetching sneakers for my daughter, the bride, when her feet wore out from dancing. I can't imagine planning a wedding, much less a large scale wedding like my daughter's, without Emily's help, words of encouragement, expertise, can-do attitude, and her beautiful presence in our lives the past several months. There were countless times throughout the process where she took the reins, but most importantly, she was magically present everywhere she was needed on wedding day. Thank you SO MUCH for being you!! -

I'm incredibly grateful to Emily and Mikey. Being a busy law student, I needed a wedding planner, and booking them for full-service planning was worth every penny.
From our first call, we clicked. Despite many planners turning us down due to our budget, they assured me they could make it work. And they have such great personalities! Throughout the planning process, I changed my mind endlessly, had a lot of budget constraints, and texted Emily constantly. But she stayed so patient and organized, rarely letting anything slip through the cracks. They both came with us to all of our venue tours, Emily came with me to one of my dress shopping appointments. It's thanks to them we were able to find our dream venue and dress! She took care of all communication with the vendors, saving me tons of time and advocating on our behalf, and with our guests, sending out RSVP reminders, etc. She designed everything from save the dates to signage, offered tons of money-saving tips, and recommended vendors with great value. She gave her honest opinions when helping me decide bridesmaid dresses, color scheme, decor items (she even sent me second hand items people were selling on Facebook while I was looking for cheaper stuff...she really looks out!), floor plan, order of events. Every recommendation she gave panned out so well, even if I was unsure about them at first. She knows what she's doing! When things inevitably started going wrong the week of, Emily helped me put out all the fires. The only thing she doesn't handle is buying and bringing items unless rented from them, so keep that in mind if DIYing decor/stations.
For the wedding day itself, everyone told me that it went so smoothly. I was lowkey a crazy bride and had a million things for Emily and Mikey to do all day. They not only executed all of my requests FLAWLESSLY but they went above and beyond. For example, I brought flowers from TJ's and she used those to decorate the venue. She broke down my bridesmaids' bouquets for the reception tables to make the perfect minimalist look I was going for. I didn't love how my bouquet turned out because the florist put greenery when I requested there to be none (I don't recommend using Zanna Bell), but Emily took time before the ceremony to take out all of the greenery from all the bouquets, making them beautiful for our photos. She broke down my bouquet in half during the reception so we could give them to our moms. They even found lodging near the venue for the night before so Emily could come early and steam my dress since my bridesmaids had not seen it yet. Mikey saved the helpless groomsmen by doing their bowties. Emily was there at all our first looks to take photos and videos for me. She made a well-thought-out timeline that accommodated for delays without rushing pre-ceremony photos or first looks. More proof that she thinks of so many things you wouldn't think of! She and Mikey thought on their feet, making tough, but smart decisions without stressing me. For example, they chose to reduce to one bar because the second bar provided by the venue was not sturdy enough. And at the end of the night, they packed and organized everything that we needed to take home.
Post-wedding, Emily supported me in resolving vendor issues. From start to finish, an amazing experience. And they did all of this with the most positive attitudes and smiles on their faces. I will be forever grateful to Mosaic! -

We cannot recommend Mosaic enough. We went all in for the “full planning” option and it was worth every penny. Mikey and Emily were there every step of the way, not only doing their job as planners, but were also there to support with any questions and give us good advice/recommendations. The cherry on top was the organization starting with our final walkthrough and the sheer excellence in the execution of the day of. Even our guests complimented us on how good our planners were! Trust them with your big day, you won’t be disappointed. -

Hiring Mosaic Weddings as our coordination team was hands down one of the best decisions we made for our big day. They were professional, organized, and thorough, but also made our planning experience fun and exciting! Emily and Mikey will go above and beyond to help their couples have a seamless wedding weekend experience. They are extremely responsive and always got back to me when I needed something. We specifically had a last minute issue with our venue regarding seating, and they jumped into action to get us a last minute vendor contract to solve the problem!
After the wedding, all of our friends and family commented on how our planners were the best they had ever seen. They echoed how we felt - that they were professional AND fun people to work with. I would recommend Mosaic Weddings to any couple looking for a stellar planning or coordination team! -

Mosaic Weddings - Flawless Day-Of Coordinating!
Mosaic Weddings made our day go more perfectly than I ever could have imagined! Mikey and Emily assisted us with planning our wedding day all the way down to the smallest details and were accessible and willing to help throughout the entire process. Their expertise was a blessing as they helped us consider various different things that slipped our minds. We had a short engagement (3.5 months) AND live in a different city from Mikey and Emily, but they managed the process flawlessly. While we hired them for day of coordinating services, they assisted us throughout the whole process of planning. Most of all, their coordination with *all* of our vendors was so helpful in the final weeks before the wedding. We and our families were able to enjoy the wedding day without any stress, knowing that things would go smoothly behind the scenes thanks to Mosaic Weddings! -
