Cake tasted out of this world. We used three different flavors, one for each layer - grand marnier with orange cream, chocolate with a mocha filling, and fruit cake. All tasted fantastic. The design was also very pretty. We wanted to replicate a henna paisley design we had seen online and it came out so beautiful. I will certainly go with Choux when choosing a cake for my next occaision.

Choux Bakery made a beautiful cake for our daughter's 21st birthday which happened to fall on Thanksgiving day 2011. Tamatha Cain was fantastic to work with and helped me to design a one of a kind cake that delighted our daughter. The cake, besides being beautiful and different, was delicious to the very last bite. Plus Tamatha really went above and beyond for us in that she took time out of her own schedule on Thanksgiving day to personally deliver the cake to the restaurant where we were having the special birthday dinner. I would use Choux Bakery again with no hesitation and highly recommend them!

I have to give Choux Bakery a most outstanding review. After a bad experience with another bakery, we had about a month left before our wedding to order a wedding cake. To make matters more complicated, we needed a very specific wedding cake- a traditional English wedding cake as my husband is British. He was insistent that it is very specifically made and it was very important to him that this specific detail was done correctly and done well. You can understand- he wanted to bring a part of himself to the wedding that was uniquely him, while making his family who traveled here for the wedding comfortable and a feeling of home. My husband found Choux bakery and dealt with them from beginning to end and was always impressed with their professionalism, price and accommodating attitude. The best part of the entire experience was knowing that our cake was being created by someone who had lived in England and really understood exactly what it was that he wanted! The biggest concern is that this cake takes a whole month to make (even more if you have the time) so if it isn't done correctly, there are no "do overs". He worked with the bakery over the web because we live a few hundred miles from the place where we got married and when we saw the cake, it was exactly what we wanted- it couldn't have been more prefect. And to top it all off, it was DELICIOUS and the in-laws said that it was spot on!! We strongly recommend Choux and would do so for friends and family in an instant. Thank you so much for making our special day even more perfect!

I am BEYOND happy with Choux. I cannot stop looking at the pictures of my gorgeous wedding cake Choux created for me. It was breath taking and perfect.
Tamatha (owner) was everything I could ask for: professional, attentive, enthusiastic, super creative, she listened to me and was very responsive.
She is extremely knowledgeable and extremely talented...and downright sweet.
I took Tamatha a picture of a cake I liked and she listened to my ideas, gave a bunch of suggestions and in the end made this beautiful creation of her own that was unique for me. Not only was it beautiful, it tasted fantastic! The quality was phenomenal. She only books one wedding per weekend and she delivers and sets up at your venue...even on Sunday. I would suggest this bakery to anyone and would beg that they look through the photo gallery Choux has on their website of their beautiful works of art.

Tamatha is a doll and does beautiful cakes! Not only did she do our wedding cupcakes, but she also did the cake for one of my bridal showers and the cupcakes for the "girls weekend". She's a small bakery but does beautiful work and VERY reasonably priced!! And another nice thing - when you book for a wedding, you are her only wedding that weekend. She is dedicated to your cake. And her charges to deliver & set up in areas like St. Augustine are very VERY reasonable! I had one location in St Aug give me the same price to go 3 miles that Tamatha did from Jax to St Aug. I would highly recommend her. And I am sure my family will use her services again!

I did not have a Choux Bakery Cake back when I got married, but boy do I wish I had. Ever since Choux Bakery has opened, all of my children's birthday cakes have been done by Tamatha as well as several parties I have thrown for my husband. Her sculptured designs are magnificent. Some of the cakes that she has done for me are featured on her website - www.chouxbakery.com - and as if the design was enough, the taste is fantastic. I look forward to every birthday and event because it's another chance I'll have to get a look and taste of one of Tamatha's cakes!
