We had a wonderful experience with D+D Cake Designs! We met with her to talk about overall ideas and so she could get to know us and Diane listened to all of the things that we were interested in having. We had a tasting on Easter Sunday of 2018. I remember thinking, wow, shes going to meet with us on a holiday simply because that was a day that worked for us! She made us cupcake samples of all her cakes with some of the fillings and frostings that she liked together, and it was a really relaxed nice time. We never felt rushed to make a decision and Diane kept in touch with us over the months of planning and we made our choices, a wedding cake with italian cream filling and buttercream frosting and then a grooms cake of chocolate pound cake with hazelnut filling and chocolate buttercream. On the wedding day, I stepped out of the bridal suite a moment and talked to Diane, it was so nice to see her again! The cakes were wonderfully created, she did an amazing job with our vision and they tasted great too! We got awesome instructions for freezing the top layer and really look forward to that!

Working with Diane was such a wonderful experience. What impressed me right off was that she took the time to make fresh cake samples and didn’t just go get what was left in the back. Her professionalism, flexibility and demeanor were outstanding through the whole process. The cake came out beautifully from both a design and taste standpoint. Miss Diane was absolutely fantastic! We had a VERY unconventional design that my husband created and she did a fabulous job! We had a nerdy cake with a LOT of added details and she knocked it out of the park. Never batting an eye at how difficult it would be to create. The cake was not only beautiful and unforgettable, it was delicious!

Where to start....we can't say enough good things about Diane as she was wonderful to work with. She has a lot of knowledge and gave great ideas. The cake looked just like the photo we showed her. To top it off, Diane made her own marshmallow fondant that tasted amazing. We choose 3 different flavors of cake because we couldn't decide on just one (they all tasted so good at the sampling)!! Every layer of our cake tasted SUPER and the cake was moist and rich. Overall, the cake exceeded our expectations and we couldn't be any happier with Diane's work.

Ms. Diane was phenomenal! Her professionalism, her responsiveness and her presentation is unlike any other I've experienced in this area.very hard to find. My wedding cake was EVERYTHING. No box cake, I'm talking about made from scratch delicious home made goodness. I wish I could post a picture of my cake and my husbands grooms cake. I gave her a vision and she made it come alive.Even though my wedding has passed, my business with her will definately continue!
