From their bakery in Hastings, Florida, ChocoLattes creates gorgeous custom-made wedding cakes and desserts. Their experienced bakers & wedding specialist work with couples to create their ideal cakes, no matter their style. Making everything from scratch, their bakers provide delicious, hand-made treats to clients in the local area!

Services Offered

Chocolattes begins with a phone consult with our wedding specialist to get a run down of your prefered style and information on your venue, what you're looking for, and to see if we'd be the right for your special day! We enjoys hosting tasting sessions for their clients, letting them learn more about their style and approach, we also offer TO-GO style tastings for those on the go! Once a design has been decided, their bakers will work to create an ideally-crafted creation just for you. On the day, they can deliver and set up your custom-made cake at your venue. They are happy to cater to all kinds of dietary requirements, working often with vegan and gluten free clients and strive to use organic, local products when possible.

Phenomenal Wedding Cakes and Desserts - Professional and Experienced Bakers

Sarah baked a phenomenal wedding cake for our wedding on February 11, 2022, placed the flowers on our cake, created a beautiful design, and delivered our cake to the venue. It was the best-tasting cake I have ever had! She designed the cake within our budget and offered a cake tasting to help us decide on the style, flavor, and fillings. The cake was fresh, and they were easy to work with. Their wedding business is relatively young compared to some of the other vendors we researched, which is why they do not have too many reviews just yet on the major websites. Still, I guarantee their experience, and technical expertise is unmatched for the quality of their wedding cakes! In addition, the bakery itself makes great food and is in a great location. My husband and I stop by Choco’Lattes every time we visit St. Augustine and order a small version of our cake because you can’t beat the freshness and taste! I recommend Choco’Lattes for every couple planning a wedding or any other event; you will not be disappointed! They will bake a fresh, top-layer cake for your celebration of your wedding anniversary. I’m not sure if other vendors do this, but we found this a great tradition and kind gesture.

Absolutely Amazing Cake

They were absolutely amazing! Sarah was responsive when I emailed with questions. They worked hard to make sure the cake was exactly what I wanted. The tasting box was great, allowing us to try different cakes with different frosting. The final result was a beautiful yet simple cake.

Cake & Desserts to Remember

We chose Choco-lattes because this place has always held a special place in our hearts as a couple. We love their coffee, desserts and the homey atmosphere of this place. So when we got engaged, we couldn't think of a better place to get our wedding cake and desserts from. And we are so thrilled we did! Our tasting with Sarah was so much fun and everything was delicious. And then when we saw our beautiful cake and desserts, we knew our vision came to life. Honestly, we thought we may have over ordered desserts, but by the end of the evening, almost everything was gone! And people haven't stopped talking about how delicious everything was. We are so happy we could have Choco-Lattes as our wedding cake vendor!

Yummy and delicious

I stumbled upon this shop and made a tasting appointment. This place didn’t disappoint. The cakes were amazing, and the variety of fillings was delicious. We decided on a small 2 tiered cakes, lots of cupcakes with 4 flavors, and mousse cups. I had lots of compliments on the flavors. They were everything I could ask for. Thanks for making our dessert table dreams.
