Kakes by Katie did a fantastic job with our wedding cake!!! I got a three layer cake with red velvet, almond, and pink champange. Katie was flexible with the guest counts changing due to COVID. We sent her a picture of how we wanted the cake to look and she replicated it exactly the way we wanted it. My guests raved about our cake! We were originally going to the save the top layer for our one year anniversary but we loved the cake so much we ended up eating it already and plan on ordering another cake for our one year. Katie was amazing! She is such a skilled baker, creating unique and delicious flavors. We wanted a fairly simple 3 tier cake, with each tier a different flavor, and she definitely delivered! Her decorating was simple, tasteful, and just what we envisioned. She delivered and set up the cake for us, and even placed flowers from our florist here and there on the cake and placed our cake topper for us! She truly went above and beyond and created a cake that was both aesthetically pleasing and delicious. The entire process was easy and stress free! Highly recommend!

Katie's two tier cake was beautiful and all our guests raved about how delicious it was. It was so good, we're going to order another smaller version of our cake to have more of it.

My husband and I were so shocked when we tasted Katie's cakes. They are INCREDIBLY TASTY! Cake was soft and the flavors came through. We got a very simple white cake with five tiers and it turned out PERFECT! I have no complaints! The white amaretto cake and the key lime cake were my favorites. We had four different flavors and she was super flexible with what we wanted! Best tasting cake and the most reasonably priced!

Katie was so kind and easy to work with. She gave me exactly what I wanted. She even went above and beyond to give me my own personal tasting of cakes! My cake was so amazing I couldn’t ask for anything better. It was very simple looking but it’s exactly what I wanted. She even drove all the way out to Gainesville to deliver my cake. Would absolutely recommend!
