Do not be fooled, ladies. I bought all my bridesmaid dresses from this store and they were wonderful, but I quickly found out that their courtesy ends at the cash register! I've been into the store twice since then, and both times I waited a long time for service, and the "service" I did get was more than extremely rude. The first time was for alterations on one of my girls' dresses, and after being told to come in on a Friday and that it wouldn't cost more than $20 for an inch on the side, I was told "I don't know who you talked to, but our seamstress comes on Tuesday and Thursday, and alterations start at $25". The second time I brought my mother to find a dress, and after being referred to as "the walk-in" among the sales girls and rudely being told not to pull dresses without a consultant (who we didn't see for nearly half an hour). Only after finding my mother a dress did anyone bother to ask when my date was and finding out it's a month away, we were told "Oh! Well you won't be getting your dress from us then". Not a sign of remorse, and this woman spoke to me the whole time, referring to my mother as "she" or "her". Without a doubt this poor excuse for a dress store is the worst retail experience I have EVER had!!

I loved my wedding gown! All the bridesmaids had their gowns from the store. They were a little pricey, but we were very happy with the quality.

The person who helped me pick out a dress was very helpful and listened to what I had to say. I tried on 12 dresses and she helped me with every single one of them. Alterations were okay. A couple of the buttons had to be sewed back on the day of the wedding and some of the extra snaps did not hold very well. My dress was beautiful tho and I did get many compliments. I did make a couple of trips to David's Bridal down the street for my maid of honor and to look at gloves, but the quality of service there was far below that of Alfred Angelo. I am so glad I choose to go there first to look for dresses before Davids Bridal since Davids Bridal was extremely horrible!!!

I Abosulutely Loved my dress! That is the only reason why I purchased it at Alfred Angelo. When I purchased my dress the manager was extremely rude to me and my family annoyed that we were fifteen minutes early for our appointment and were just browsing through the store. Then after my dress came in they made me feel awful when I asked to try on my dress before final payment. The alterations girl Kelly was extremely sweet and most of the sales girls appeared very nice however my luck I got the manager where you would think you would be treated better ,yet I was treated the worst. Other than the dresses and good prices I much rather go with Demetrious who have better customer service. Thats where my bridal party got their dresses.

I live in Florida, but my sisters and mother live in Texas. Alfred Angelo worked with me to find my dress in Texas so my family could be there with me and shipped it to my home and my store in Florida was happy to take care of the alterations. The quality of the dresses are so much nicer than the first place I had looked, and I got numerous compliments on my dress. The seamstress was very nice and worked with me to make sure it was a perfect fit.

I loved the service that I experience at alfred angelo. My consultant was knowledgable and picked the perfect dress for me! She made the whole process so seamless! I had to have alterations and it was perfect the first time! Loved it!

I found a brides maid dress that fit the huge range in sizes that I needed (size 0 to 16) and that looked fabulous on everyone! WHEW! I'm hoping they will where the dress again as they all looked fabulous and received lots of compliments. The dresses fit my elegant and romantic, old hollywood theme. I only recommend that you seek an outside professional to do the altering as it is very expensive to go with Alfred Angelo.

I did not have much of an opinion of Alfred Angelos before I visited the store, but I am so happy that I did!!! I found the most beautiful dress that was retiring and was a floor model for 80% off! What a wonderful savings and I didn't have to get one of those hideous $99 dresses from a certain dress vendor that I will not mention. The staff was absolutely wonderful and helpful. My only gripe: I had a corsetted dress and the privacy panel that was given to me was not big enough. The streamstress was suppose to give me a bigger panel, but I realized on my wedding day that she forgot to switch them out... we made it work, but wow was I stressed!

I loved working with the ladies here at Alfred Angelo! My first time going in was my first time trying wedding dresses on at all and was a bit nervous. Catherine, the store manager, was the associate who helped me the first time and she was great--never made me feel uncomfortable and was never pushy! Went to two other dress boutiques before coming back and purchasing my dress! Had alterations done here and both seamstresses I met with were sweet and patient (I had a lot of questions). My bm's and moh also got their dresses there, the first time we went in, the associate seemed bored and not very professional, but the 2nd and 3rd times, the other girls were much more helpful and all in all the entire dress shopping was a pleasant process

I originally went to Alfred Angelo because I saw a dress online that was gorg and I was lucky enough to have a retail storefront close to my area. I went in for that dress and I ended up finding the dress of my dreams! The saleswoman was so wonderful to work with and she helped my in and out of 5 dresses and back in 3 of those dresses 2 more times to find the right match. The service was wonderful! The price was sooo right and I was in love; With my husband and my dress. Fitting was a breeze and the alterations gal was superb! She had all the right changes and steamed my dress up right before the big day. Alfred Angelo makes stunning gowns and I am so happy I chose them for my big day. I looked fabulous in my beautiful dress and I received so many compliments that I became a walking advertisement for this designer! Thank you for making me look like a movie star!

My dress was perfect and they got me in very fast. I had to have a rush fitting and the seamstress fit me in very quickly and had it done in no time

This store is great, especially if you want to get away from the crazies at Davids bridal. The employee that helped us find my dress was AMAZING. she actually knew what she was talking about and helped me find the perfect fit!
