My name is Diana. I was born and grew up in Kharkiv, Ukraine. My mom was a seamstress and advised me to take up the same profession. I started learning to sew at 12 years of age. At age 15 I was already making dresses for customers. For my wedding I made my own wedding dress. In Kharkiv I graduated as a professional tailor.
After moving to the United States I continued working as a seamstress all these years.
My 30+ years of experience include:
• Years of work at Nordstrom in Sacramento, CA and Portland, OR where I worked with the men’s suit department and clothing from various brands such as Dolce Gabbana, Gucci and many more
• I owned my own Alterations studio, first in CA and then in WA
• Extensive experience with wedding dress alterations of any level of difficulty, including work at David’s Bridal
• Having recently moved to North Port, Florida, my desire is to serve the needs of people in this community to the best of my ability
