She was professional, you could tell she knew what she was doing, but she wasn’t pushy or trying to make a sale, which was so important to me when making such a big decision. I had such an amazing experience at Isabel O'Neil's! I tried on SO many dresses at almost every bridal shop in Tampa + several in Orlando, and the dresses at Isabel O'Neil's were my absolute favorite. I didn't want to take the dress off that I ended up going with, and I love how the consultants kept in close contact with me & gave me updates along the way. I loved how my dress looked on my wedding day, and now my MOH also just bought her dress here as well. Would definitely recommend!

Isabel O'Neil was the first stop I made on my wedding dress adventure...and the last stop as well. I walked in a knew that I didn't want to go anywhere else to find my wedding dress. The service I received from Alex and Marysabel was more than extraordinary. Each one of them made me feel like I was the most important person in the room. They paid attention to all of the details and made me feel like the beautiful bride you're supposed to feel like when searching for and purchasing your wedding dress. I went in not knowing what I wanted and Alex found my perfect wedding dress for me. My husband could not stop telling me how beautiful I looked on our wedding day, and Isabel O'Neil is partly to thank for that :) Thank you ladies so much for everything, it will never be forgotten!
