    The best bridal salon

    I went to Isabel O'Neils to find my dream dress (a Galia Lahav). Liz was an absolute dream to work with and made sure that I walked out with my perfect dress. They have the most unique gowns and the whole process was great.

    Wonderful Bridal Boutique!

    Isabel O’Neil Bridal Collection was actually the first and last bridal salon I visited during my quest for the perfect wedding dress. The staff was a breeze to work with and their dresses are gorgeous!! I love my dress so much and have no regrets!

    Isabel O’Neil has such a variety of gorgeous dress, that is was hard to not to say yes to all of them! Lizz was amazing, patient and beyond helpful with helping me narrow down my true style and look! Thanks again Lizz!

    I had such an amazing experience at Isabel O'Neil's! I tried on SO many dresses at almost every bridal shop in Tampa + several in Orlando, and the dresses at Isabel O'Neil's were my absolute favorite. I didn't want to take the dress off that I ended up going with, and I love how the consultants kept in close contact with me & gave me updates along the way. I loved how my dress looked on my wedding day, and now my MOH also just bought her dress here as well. Would definitely recommend!

    Isabel O'Neil was the first stop I made on my wedding dress adventure...and the last stop as well. I walked in a knew that I didn't want to go anywhere else to find my wedding dress. The service I received from Alex and Marysabel was more than extraordinary. Each one of them made me feel like I was the most important person in the room. They paid attention to all of the details and made me feel like the beautiful bride you're supposed to feel like when searching for and purchasing your wedding dress. I went in not knowing what I wanted and Alex found my perfect wedding dress for me. My husband could not stop telling me how beautiful I looked on our wedding day, and Isabel O'Neil is partly to thank for that :) Thank you ladies so much for everything, it will never be forgotten!

    The staff is incredible! They were a dream to work with. From choosing the dress to my final fitting, they always took the time to make me feel like one of a kind. Each appointment is dedicated to the bride in creating her perfect bridal vision.

    After going to many other bridal shops in the area, I knew the moment I walked into Isabel O Neil that I stepped into an experience I didn't have at the other shops. For starters, the moment I walked in I was greeted by the owner, MaryIsabel and immediately felt at home. It was a truly LUXURIOUS experience. I was offered mimosas and snacks, something that definitely eased any nervousness. After listening attentively to my wants and desires, she pulled a beautiful selection of dresses that I tried on entirely and she was patient with me throughout my indecisiveness. I finally picked a beautiful Romona Keveza dress-- that was within my budget! I can honestly say that this experience was definitely one of a kind. One that my mother and I will never forget. Thank you MaryIsabel and Alex!!

    Amazing boutique with an exceptional selection! The owner really listened to what I wanted without making me feel pressured and helped me find the perfect dress. I would HIGHLY recommend Isabel Oneil to anyone looking to have a fabulous time while finding their wedding dress.

    I had such a great experience here! We were able to browse the racks at our leisure, and then Alex helped me narrow down my choices. She really listened to my input and also encouraged me to try on some different styles too. We then had the salon to ourselves for an hour as I tried on gowns for my friends/family. My favorite thing about this salon was how Alex was NOT pushy. She gave me space to think about my options, and it was really clear that she just wanted me to find the best gown. (I also appreciated buying my dress during a sample sale--we saved a ton!) I'd definitely recommend this salon!

    Amazing experience at Isabel O'Neil. MaryIsabel was a delight to work with and she was extremely flexible with my schedule staying open a little later. Wide variety of dresses but not many in my budget. However, I would recommend any bride to visit her boutique.

    I ordered my dress for my wedding on 4.21.2018 from Isabel O'Neil. I had been to several boutiques in Tampa and my experience here was by far the best!! They were all so friendly and professional. I really felt like it was all about me. When I was trying on dresses, it was just me, my mom, my sister in law, and the salesgirl in the store and it was a perfect experience! I had my alterations done here as well and they were timely and professional!

    Would not recommend

    Unfortunately despite having some very beautiful options in dresses I had a terrible experience getting my dress from this store.

    I initially started looking at dresses in Jan 2022 for my 12/3/22 wedding. I was told that I should purchase a dress ASAP because dresses ordered at that time were not coming in until June and I wanted plenty of time for alterations. The girl who initially helped me pick out dresses did a great job picking out a selection that fit my description and my price range. I made a decision in February and assumed that meant the dress would be ready in July. I received a text in July that my dress would not be delivered until September. I was very disappointed because my fiancé and I are long distance and I had planned to take photos in the dress after my hair and makeup trial when he was in town in October. I called the store and expressed this and was told that I should have told them I wanted a dress by October when I bought the dress. I said I didn't know you would purposefully order the dress late just because my wedding is on 12/3. They said no no no if I wanted it ready by October (8 months after buying it) then it would be "rushing" the dress. So I deal with it because I have no other option.

    My dress arrived 7 months after buying it and I went in to try it on at the earliest appointment available. The designer sent the wrong size. The girl helping me in the store told me that basically they did nothing wrong so I shouldn't be upset. I said how am I supposed to think you'll have a new dress here in time for me to have it altered for my wedding in 2.5 months if it took 7 months to get here the first time? She just kept brushing off my questions and saying things like "this is normal" and "it will be fine". I asked if I could be remeasured so that we know the dress is for sure the right size because now I'm afraid I won't have time for alterations and she said no because they already measured me 8 months earlier. I have no idea why you would refuse that to a customer. At this point I am almost going to cry because they made me pay the entire cost of the dress before I even got to see it and now I don't even know if I'm going to love it when I try it on in my size. As I am leaving the store she says "we'll call you when your new dress comes in". I said well that's not ideal can you update me of what the timeline is when you find that out? She literally said "No I will not know the answer to that." So I found the phone number of the owner of the store who basically said that they DID purposefully order the dress late because that's what all dress stores do and that this is very normal and I shouldn't be calling her. She said they never order dresses to come more than 2 months before the wedding so mine is actually here early (???). I said can you give me any kind of timeline and she said she would get back to me when she heard back from the designer and that she wouldn't know for several hours because of the time difference.

    I received a call 2 weeks later from a manager saying they had sent the dress back to Europe and so I should have it in October. The end of October rolls around and I have heard nothing. I called the store several times with no answer. I emailed them and they told me "are you sure because we have no record of anyone telling you that." I cannot believe the amount of gaslighting I have been through with this place.

    The dress came in less than 3 weeks before the wedding and the store did not even contact me to tell me it was delivered. The rest of my communications were with the seamstress who was not able to get my dress hemmed properly until THE DAY BEFORE MY WEDDING!!

    The store has done absolutely nothing to ease the stress associated with this experience or to respond to my concerns. They are the only vendor I am not giving a 5 star review to. DO NOT SHOP HERE.

    Avoid at all costs.

    Avoid this bridal salon at all costs unless you want another item to stress about for your wedding!

    Edited for remainder of my experience with Isabel O'Neil Bridal Collection: I've been dreading to come back and update this review but don't want anyone else to experience the hell I went through getting my dress. Liz left the shop so I no longer had a designated sales person. I dealt with different people and the owner. I was told my dress would arrive in February 2021 for my May 2021 wedding. I ordered with plenty of time. It was delayed numerous times, understandably, because of production and supply chain. However, I never received ONE SINGLE notice from the store. I had to call weekly, left messages with sales people, and the owner would RARLY call me back. Long story short, my dress arrived TWO WEEKS before my wedding and still needed to be altered.

    During this entire disaster I also added a custom veil from the same designer. It came back TOTALLY wrong. Not sure if the store messed it up or the designer, but it was fixed, again with days to spare for my destination wedding.
