Do you travel to the client on the day of the wedding? If yes, is there a fee? All massages are done in the salon.

Do you charge for trials? We have a free state-of-the-art massage chair and free consultations.

How many customers can you serve at one time, if a bride were to book her entire bridal party? We do four massages at one time. So for 8 people, for example, you could book 4 people at 11am and 4 people at 12pm.

How far in advance should wedding clients make reservations? For larger parties, please make reservations at least one week in advance to ensure availability.

What is your cancellation policy? You must cancel your appointment within 24 hours of the appointment or you will be billed the full appointment amount.

To make sure your experience at Elite Massage is exceptional, all we ask is that you communicate to us what you need.  When you  meet your massage therapist, you will tell the therapist the pressure you want and any problem areas you have.  Each massage is customized to the individual.   No two massages are alike.  One person may want a very deep massage all over with light pressure on their feet.  Someone else may want a very light massage on their arms and legs but a very deep massage on their back.  Like I said, it is totally customized to the individual.  This is YOUR amazing experience!  We are here to make it perfect  for you!  The biggest mistake in a massage treatment is to think the therapist has ESP.  If you want the music softer or louder, let the massage therapist know.  If you want different music, let the massage therapist know.  If you brought your own CD that you always relax to, let the therapist know!  If you want the room hotter/colder, the pressure deeper/lighter, the lights brighter/darker, just let the therapist know.  Elite Massage would rather change something than to think that you didn’t enjoy your experience.  If you are in a session and you booked an hour and realize that you would like to extend to an hour and a half or two hours, just ask the therapist and they can check the books up front to see if there is someone after you or if they can adjust the schedule to accommodate you.  We will work with you any way we can.  This is your special time and we are here to do just that....to make it SPECIAL!

What to expect:

You will be asked to fill out a brief medical history form and introduced to your licensed massage therapist.  Your massage therapist will then leave your private room while you undress and relax onto the table covering yourself with a clean, fresh sheet.  Most people undress completely, though you may choose to wear underwear.  You will be draped at all times, except for the area being worked.  You will be asked what type of massage and pressure you prefer and if you have any problem areas you need addressed.  If you do not know, the massage therapist will ask you some questions and suggest some massage techniques.  At that point, all you do is relax and enjoy while your massage therapist brings your body back to balance.
