I had an amazing experience hosting my graduation party here! Everything was beautiful, clean, and organized, and the atmosphere was perfect for my celebration. She was very understanding, helpful, and responded very quickly throughout the entire process. She truly brought everything to life exactly how I wanted it, and made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. My guests had such a great time, and I’m so thankful for all the hard work that went into making such a special day so memorable. I would definitely recommend this venue/service to others!

It’s such a joy getting married here! The venue is of course beautiful and had many of our guests going “What? A castle?” Everyone loved the experience of being there and being able to take photos on the Castle steps. Yes, it is far from the city, but we warned our guests and they were okay to drive home. This venue was a lot cheaper than others in New Orleans and the food was good as well. We wished we could have tried the food options prior to making selections, but it ended up fine regardless. Dolly is so sweet and makes sure that your financials are on track without being overbearing. Mary was instrumental in making the day go smoothly. My side of the family has a language barrier, and even they thought she was amazing and so easy to work with. She took care of so much and used her experience to make everything run well while also allowing us to do what we wanted as the bride and groom. Our bartenders were running late due to a van breakdown, and the Castle staff got all hands on deck to unload the alcohol and make sure that cocktail hour would still happen as planned. The views here made for the most incredible photos. Even better was staying at the Castle overnight – we got to walk around after all the guests had left, and the views from the Juliette Suite the next morning were gorgeous. The cleanup staff were so considerate and had taken their shoes off so that they wouldn’t wake us up while they cleaned the ballroom! Overall – we had a dream wedding and can’t recommend Louisiana Castle enough.

5 stars doesn’t cut it! When I tell you that Rami (event coordinator) goes above and beyond to give you EVERYTHING you want for your wedding, I f$&@ing mean it!!! We wanted to do things a little differently than most traditional Nola weddings and she didn’t even flinch. Just “Of course” responses across the board and she executed everything in a miraculous fashion. Even when we had a couple of vendor issues, she knew what to do, and made sure to protect us and our special day from any stress. We didn’t know about the problems until after our wedding… because she’s THAT GOOD!!! I could rave about Rami’s superheroness all day, but the venue deserves a shout out as well. The food, the ceremony, the music and band setup were phenomenal. The bartenders and wait staff were amazing, and our wedding was nothing short of magical. I honestly wish I could do it all over again, because I wouldn’t change a damn thing. Thank you again Rami! You’re my hero!

Everyone at Forrest Grove was amazing! Shelly is so sweet and so patient. She really cares about what your vision is and she’s very flexible with any ideas that you may have and Jessica, the wedding coordinator, was so sweet and helpful! Absolutely loved this venue. My husband and I had our wedding here at the end of last year. The garden is what made me confirm to myself that this is where we will get married at. Christi is very organized and had everything flowing while we were enjoying our wedding. The garden was absolutely beautiful even though it was close to winter. The food was amazing, a ton of options to chose from and everybody keeps telling me about it. You have to see this venue for yourself to really see how truly gorgeous it is. Our wedding day was prefect and I would not change anything about it, and Christi and the Gatehouse is the reason why. A big contributor to our decision to pick this venue was the price. We had a small wedding but didn’t want to spend ~$15,000 for just the venue. The Gatehouse offers everything you need, food, drinks, reception hall, the wedding cake, etc. in the price, and it didn’t break the bank.

My daughter and her groom were married this past weekend at the Hilton BR Capitol Center. It was everything we planned for and more. From the beginning we dealt with Jaynie and she was amazing to work with. She answered every question, and they were many and she put my mind at ease. At the reception, the tables and chavari chairs were set up as planned, the uplighting was beautiful and the bars were fully stocked. The food was better than we could have planned. There were so many choices and we had a great time at the taste testing back in February. The chef really out did himself. The hotel appeared to be sold out, but the bellman and valet's are to be commended on a job well done. Although, we had no control over a hot steamy night, it cooled down a bit and we saw the most amazing sunset over the Mississippi River bridge. It just added to our perfect evening. Leslie and Ellie assisted in the final preparations and we so pleased. I would highly recommend the Hilton for your "big day"!

We absolutely loved this place. Everyone was so available and willing to help us with any need we may have had. Jordan was awesome from start to finish with helping plan and organize even through the pandemic. Alexa stepped in and assisted in every way that she could to make sure that any decor and fixtures were set up and placed where they needed to be. The scenery was so beautiful at this venue, we didn't have to do much to decorate. Actually, we only had to bring the bare minimum because it was naturally beautiful. We loved it here. Food was delicious and everything we imagined it to be.

Wow. Southern Oaks completely exceeded anything I had in mind for my wedding. Everything from planning my wedding to execution on the day of was flawless. The communication with them was so easy, they answered every call, question, and email promptly. I was planning this wedding from Texas and they made it as seamless as possible. Many of my guests were from out of town and they were In awe of the property and food. Many of my guests say it was the most beautiful wedding they have been to and the food was exceptional. I wish I could re live my day. I am forever grateful to southern oaks for giving me my dream wedding.

My daughter chose House of Broel because of the courtyard ceremony and the beautiful house inside besides the fact they did everything and all you have to do is show up for a destination wedding. Ms Broel keeps great communication every step , comes to the wedding and gives a guided tour to your guests of her dollhouse museum that she handmade each one and tells the history of the family and how she acquired it. There is a frog museum upstairs and it’s rooms are also great for pictures. The entire staff from the servers to the bridal consultants and the food and bar was awesome! The frogs in the courtyard seemed to hold their breath until the ceremony was over and then started singing. Every guest was so happy and said it was a memorable experience. Don’t forget to have a second line band take you through the house and down the sidewalk. I’d highly recommend Kenneth Hagans band . The entire wedding was affordable and right in our budget. You won’t be disappointed.
