Chateau was the perfect place to have our reception! Everything was amazing from the first email to the last email. The sales manager I had originally booked my wedding with left Chateau and didn't inform me, but Amanda stepped in when I had some questions and was AMAZING! I had tons of ideas\questions and requests and she took care of them all- I don't know how I would have done it without her. Everything was simply perfect, I had a lot of small special request and they were all filled without any issues. The attendants for me, my husband and parents were great and they were so attentive. At the end of the night everything was loaded in the car perfectly and it was labeled to my surprise, it was such a nice touch. There is not one bad thing I could say about my experience at Chateau.

We held our Class of 1991 Reunion Gala at this venue, and overall, it was a great experience. The venue was beautiful, clean, and had the perfect setup for our event. The customer service was amazing. The staff was helpful, professional, and attentive. The owner was also wonderful to work with and truly helped us make the event happen. The only issue was the food. Some of our classmates were not pleased with it. However, we chose the minimum food package to stay within our budget, and the venue provided what we selected. Overall, we appreciate the owner and staff for working with us and helping make our reunion a success.

We decided to have my brother and his wife’s wedding here. We were impressed with the how organized and professional everything was. The day I met Lori she understood what we were trying to do. Knowing this was a huge task, she was up for it. Working daily with Logan as he took the lead gave me comfort as he was easy to work with. Logan knew what we wanted from the start and he went over and beyond. My brother and his wife were not only happy but they raved about how everything went from the food, hotel stay, cleaness, and experience overall. The guest raved about how easy it was to check in and be welcomed throughout their stay. I was not only nervous when I was put up to the task to put together this wedding but I had to do it with both my brother and his wife not living in New Orleans. Logan and Lori made sure to over communicate to make sure everyone was happy. The best part of it all, we all had the vision, but the execution was perfect! I have already recommended others here and I know I will be back for others who decide to get married. Thank you Crown Plaza. Most importantly, thank you Logan and Lori for taking on an event this big.

Event: One tasting and we were hooked. Not only did they cater three events during our wedding weekend (welcome reception / wedding / farewell brunch), but we also went to stay at the hotel that they service (One11). We had our wedding and associated events at Chateau LeMoyne. Most of the folks that were involved in planning the event and organizing the space/timing/etc. were from Messina’s. For anyone looking to have a wedding in New Orleans, I would recommend looking into where Messina’s caters to - and planning the venue around them. Truly we couldn’t be happier with them! ///////// People: We had a little turnover during our planning (started working with them in March, we got married in December). We initially worked with Maria - who we absolutely fell in love with! - but then we worked with Stacey. She was so helpful, calming, and patient with us! We loved working with her, Lydia, and Logan. And let me tell you - if you add Chef Mark to that team, you’re truly in the best hands. Chef Mark is a culinary artist and you+your guests will fall in love with anything that he makes! ///////// Food: We tried to have it all! In fact, after we had our venue reception tasting with Messina’s, we immediately added two events so we could have more of them. True story! But I’ll keep it brief: you’ll be extremely happy with anything you choose! You can’t go wrong. ///////// Experience: Couldn’t be better. Best decision - stop searching and call Messina’s. You’ll be so happy you did!
