We decided to have my brother and his wife’s wedding here. We were impressed with the how organized and professional everything was. The day I met Lori she understood what we were trying to do. Knowing this was a huge task, she was up for it. Working daily with Logan as he took the lead gave me comfort as he was easy to work with. Logan knew what we wanted from the start and he went over and beyond. My brother and his wife were not only happy but they raved about how everything went from the food, hotel stay, cleaness, and experience overall. The guest raved about how easy it was to check in and be welcomed throughout their stay. I was not only nervous when I was put up to the task to put together this wedding but I had to do it with both my brother and his wife not living in New Orleans. Logan and Lori made sure to over communicate to make sure everyone was happy. The best part of it all, we all had the vision, but the execution was perfect! I have already recommended others here and I know I will be back for others who decide to get married. Thank you Crown Plaza.
