Easiest wedding planning experience! Everything was beautiful. The food was Fantastic and the service was so great.

We had such a wonderful experience working with the Omni Royal Orleans for our wedding. We met with several other venues around the city, but we knew instantly the Omni Royal Orleans was our venue! They were amazingly accommodating with all our requests, and such a pleasure to work with. We would highly recommend them to anyone hosting any type of event in New Orleans.

Elizabeth and her whole team (especially Mr. JJ) were simply fantastic. I planned my wedding from another state and Elizabeth was always so helpful. They made sure nothing went wrong from the room blocks to the day of. It was simply phenomenal. It rained when we were supposed to take our pictures outside. Mr. JJ and Elizabeth to the rescue. They found a beautiful room that made up for the no outside photos. There was not a single thing about having my wedding at the Omni Royal Orleans I would change.

The wedding was unbelievable and the service from Elizabeth Lauer and Kayla Nugent was excellent. Everyone that attended the wedding thought it was one of the most beautiful and enjoyable experiences ever. The food was incredible, the venue was unbelievable and the service was beyond compare. As Father of the Bride, and the guy writing the checks, this was one of the best weddings I have ever attended and would recommend the hotel to anyone considering an event.

Elizabeth and the staff at the Omni Royal Orleans truly made our daughter's wedding and reception spectacular. Their service is absolutely impeccable! We can't say enough good things about Elizabeth's ability to handle every detail leading up to the wedding and through the night while still anticipating our smallest needs. The staff is just incredible as well! There wasn't a thing we would change as they made the night perfect.

Everyone at the Omni made our 25th Wedding Anniversary and Vow Renewal an event that EVERYONE in attendance will be able to look back on and absolutely TREASURE the memories of!! From the INCREDIBLE décor of our event rooms, to the masks, to ALL the champagne and food and INCREDIBLE care that everyone paid to all of the details (food allergies, special requests, etc.) and to US ... It was an event of a lifetime!

I really don't know what to say other than PERFECT! Celeste and her team could not have made things more beautiful, easy, fun and incredible. I would literally not change one single thing. Rest assured if you have your wedding here it will be amazing!

The Omni Royal Orleans was an amazing place to have our dream wedding in the French Quarter! We picked the location because of it's beautiful ballroom, and the fact that we could take pictures on the roof overlooking the city. We worked with both Kayla and Celeste, and Ben helped with housing arrangements. Everyone was DELIGHTFUL and pleasant to work with. We planned our wedding from Seattle, Wa so we did all of the communication over the phone and by email. We were able to see the hotel once before the wedding, and Kayla gave us a beautiful tour. This hotel is the reason our wedding went perfectly. Celeste and Kayla assisted us in coordinating with our vendors, and made sure they had all the information they would need to help us. Kayla helped us the day of, as well as other attendants including JJ, who were extremtly helpful in assisting my wife and I with anything we might need. We had both our ceremony and reception here, making it easy for guests. The ballroom had many of the same colors of our wedding (gold and maroon) so we didn't even have to have a lot of decorations since it was already so ornate! The food was SO GOOD, and all of the vendors they recommended were wonderful. I could go on and on, but every step of the planning and our actual wedding day went very smoothly and it was a pleasure to work with the Omni! They treated my family, friends, and I like royalty!

I planned my wedding with Emily from Get Polished and Celeste at the Omni Royal. Both were AMAZING to work with, but I'll dish on the Omni specifically here :)

When we were getting hitched, we knew we wanted a sit down plated dinner, which is pretty rare in Nola where reception style weddings are the norm. So we decided quickly that we needed a hotel venue. My hubby & MIL (who is from Nola) toured like 10 places one day - yes, it was exhausting - and the Omni won hands down. First, it's GORGEOUS. The ballroom is traditional yes, but the open gallery area has these amazing windows that look out onto the quarter which gives the whole space a lot of character. The colors of the ballroom are also diverse without being too much, so you can really work a lot of different styles, themes and colors into the space. It's just a great space!

That said... we were blown away by the service and food. First, the food. IT IS AWESOME. Top notch. I know I am biased but it really is some of the best food I have had in Nola, not even taking into account at a wedding! Wedding food is notoriously terrible but the Omni's Rib room is FABULOUS! We served a soup (the gumbo I believe, delish), a salad (I think it was the Royal salad - super traditional and tasty), and then we had a choice of fish or filet. Both were amazeballs. Our apps were out of this world too - I can't remember exactly what we had, but they rocked - and we had some late night snacks which also tasted superb. All in all - AMAZING food!

Now for the best part? The SERVICE. First, Celeste is a doll to work with. Super organized without being too much - fun and outgoing without feeling suffocating. She was fab to work with. And the rest of the staff at the Omni was top notch - everyone gave five star service all around to ALL of our guests, and they were all so pleasant and happy to be there. It made the weekend all the more special.

Such an amazing, beautiful venue for our reception. The service was OUTSTANDING. Working with Celeste was wonderful, and I was very confident knowing my day was in her hands. The staff at the Omni were so attentive and accommodating. We even had an attendant that took wonderful care of my husband and I during our event. We couldn't have dreamed of a better experience.
