The Tree of Life was more than we could have hoped for. We added a few decorations but really, none were needed.

Living in NYC, I debated hiring a wedding planner for our wedding in New Orleans. We shopped many venues and the moment I met Michelle Borchard with Audubon Tea Room we fell in love ..... with the venue and her!

Michelle is a true gem! She provided me with the guidance and information I needed to feel confident about the decisions I made regarding the details. She was reliable, responsive and never made me feel like a Bridezilla. I never hired a wedding planner. No need with Michelle in my corner.

I also cannot say enough about the staff. They were on top of every detail, their calm demeanor put me at ease, and their smiles made everyone feel welcomed.

My guests raved about the gorgeous ceremony, the delicious food (I probably gained 5 pounds I could not stop eating), and the excellent service at ART. It was truly the wedding of our dreams!

Expensive but worth it. Vivian was great to work with - organized and on top of everything. The food was delicious. The Sea Lion exhibit and Tea Room were absolutely gorgeous. I had no problems with this vendor!

There are not enough words to describe how wonderful this venue is, especially the staff! All the guests were talking how beautiful everything was and how good the food was, drinks, etc. All of that is very true but it was more of the "behind the scenes" that I was most impressed with. Kalin went absolutely above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. She was so easy to get in touch with and responded right away. She answered all our questions and even helped with the decorations the day of when things were being delivered. She was so hands on for everything and it showed. I didn't even need to hire a wedding coordinator because she was that good. Tracey was in charge of the kitchen staff and was also amazing. He made sure everyone was taken care of and there was most definitely no shortage of food. They make a great team!! Even the chef was out at the rehearsal and made sure to introduce himself and let me know we would be taken care of. I could not have asked for a better experience and all of my guests can't stop talking about how much fun they had. Another big plus was that the venue provided almost everything and saved me the stress of having to search for different vendors. The food, bar, tables, linens, even chairs! I would do it again in a heartbeat, if I could!

The Tea Room is amazing. The food, staff, beautify of the venue are all perfect. I am so thankful that we had our reception here! Everything was perfect. We couldn't have asked for a better wedding!

From beginning to end, the Audubon Clubhouse Cafe was a joy to work with. Don Byerly, director of the facility, and Jordan Hahn, events manager, were polite, transparent, accommodating, and professional throughout the entire planning process and cognizant of our limited budget. Ms. Hahn picked up the responsibilities of sorting out pricing and details as the event drew closer, and made planning our wedding from out-of-state so much easier by replying promptly to my questions by phone or email, sending cost breakdown sheets, and always being willing to meet with us when we were in the area. She thought of everything from a rain plan for our outdoor reception to providing a timeline for the day of and basically acted as a built-in wedding planner for us. It was much-needed and very much appreciated! The venue itself is just stunning; surrounded by so much natural beauty and 100-year-old oak trees. Since many of our guests were coming in from out of town, having a place where we could have both the ceremony and the reception was important to us to cut down on the need for transportation. If you want to get the true flavor of New Orleans; this is the place to do it - from the setting to the incredible local food options they provided for us. My husband is gluten free and they were more than willing to accommodate any dietary restriction. Anything we asked for was considered thoughtfully and carefully. Though this venue was a little more expensive than others in our price range, the all-inclusive nature of it made it 100% worth it - food, tables, flatware, linens, setup, breakdown, bar, etc were all included in the cost. For the things that weren't included, such as the wedding and groom's cake and the chairs for the outdoor ceremony, Ms. Hahn made sure to get them ordered for us and orchestrated their delivery and breakdown. The day of, she made sure we got a chance to eat the amazing food by providing a selection of the hors d'oeuvres and salad we had chosen as well

My daughter always dreamed of having her wedding ceremony and reception at Audubon Park under the canopy of oak trees. She chose the Audubon Clubhouse for the reception because it was intimate and beautiful. She wanted a place that would be filled by 100 anticipated guests, have a spacious dance floor, and have adequate setting, and a separate area for food service, Audubon was the perfect venue. We first worked with a wonderful planner, Bernadette Walker. She was very knowledgeable and reassuring throughout the planning process. She kept in contact from the time we signed the contract until about a month before the wedding when I started getting emails from Audubon about finalizing plans, but they were from another planner Christine Huner. What I soon found out was that my original planner, Bernadette, had become ill, and sadly, a week before the wedding, she passed away. My daughter and I were both saddened by her family's loss and our hearts went out to her family and co-workers. However, despite the loss of a valued employed, Audubon and our new planner, rallied to make sure my daughter's wedding was unforgettable. The venue was beautiful, the servers and bartenders were genuinely friendly and hospitable, and the food was not only plentiful, it was delicious. I had hired a friend to be there when they were setting up and help decorate the venue with some special decorations and family wedding heirlooms. She said the staff was great. Meade, my florist worked well with the venue and helped set up all my displays and arrangements. Audubon truly made this a memorable night for us, however, we did have an uninvited guest show up the day of the wedding: Hurricane Patricia. It stormed and flooded areas near our home, the route to the park, and areas near the park. We had a tent, but it was too windy so they moved everything indoors. Audubon went above and beyond to make sure everything else was perfect in spite of the weather.

This was the most beautiful and breathtaking place we could have ever said 'I Do'!

We had our ceremony and reception at the beautiful Audubon clubhouse. I was in awe of how beautiful it turned out. The setting under the oaks is just stunning. The food was great! Thank you for giving us the perfect day!

this location is very unique. You cannot reserve the tree (so it's free). You post a sign that says that there will be a wedding at X time and the people in the park (Audubon park) are respectful. It's absolutely beautiful. So easy. A little hard to find since it doesn't have an address, but it's worth it. Just take tchoupitoulas to the park. You really can't miss this beautiful tree. I rented chairs and hired a saxophonist to play some jazzy tunes. It was beautiful.
