This intimate venue is an unforgettable place to celebrate any occasion. While you can decorate the venue as you wish, the setting has beautiful ambiance that exudes character without having to decorate. We chose this cool facility to host a college graduation party for approximately 90 guests. The owner, Leesaw, did an amazing job meeting all of our needs. She was very responsive and friendly. I can't imagine a better experience. The booking process was super easy. And, we loved that we were able to bring in our own vendors for everything! As an aside, there’s a great prep kitchen that our caterer loved.

From the moment we arrived for our rehearsal, we knew we were in extraordinary hands. The sacred, uplifting energy that radiates through the garden is palpable—it immediately puts you at ease and makes the entire celebration feel meaningful and elevated. The grounds are immaculate, and it’s clear the groundskeeping team pours real care, artistry, and intention into every inch of the space. Every single detail of our wedding day and night was handled with grace, precision, and heart. The behind-the-scenes magic, the thoughtful accommodations, and the warmth and attentiveness of every team member made the entire experience feel effortless for us as a couple. That level of excellence doesn’t just happen—and as wedding vendors ourselves, we were genuinely impressed by the caliber of professionalism, coordination, and care across the board. You run an exceptional ship. The food and bar deserve their own standing ovation. We had countless guests come up to us throughout the night saying, “This is the best wedding food I’ve ever had.” And they meant it. The quality, execution, and flavor were truly Michelin-star worthy—which is incredibly difficult to achieve on a large scale. What sets this culinary team apart is that everything is plated fresh—not banquet-style, not mass-produced. You can taste the intention in every bite. Guests were eating hot, beautifully executed food while still fully immersed in the flow and joy of the night. Karen and the coordination team were exceptional—calm, intuitive, deeply capable, and genuinely invested in making our day feel personal, joyful, and seamless. We are endlessly grateful that we ended up with your team for our big day. It truly could not have gone more wonderfully in anyone else’s hands. If you are considering this venue and team: book them without hesitation. We will be advocating for this institution forever and actively looking for reasons to work together again. 5 stars doesn’t cut it! When I tell you that Rami (event coordinator) goes above and beyond to give you EVERYTHING you want for your wedding, I f$&@ing mean it!!! We wanted to do things a little differently than most traditional Nola weddings and she didn’t even flinch. Just “Of course” responses across the board and she executed everything in a miraculous fashion. Even when we had a couple of vendor issues, she knew what to do, and made sure to protect us and our special day from any stress. We didn’t know about the problems until after our wedding… because she’s THAT GOOD!!! I could rave about Rami’s superheroness all day, but the venue deserves a shout out as well. The food, the ceremony, the music and band setup were phenomenal. The bartenders and wait staff were amazing, and our wedding was nothing short of magical. I honestly wish I could do it all over again, because I wouldn’t change a damn thing. Thank you again Rami! You’re my hero!

We are so delighted that we chose the Civic as our wedding venue. Cali was amazing to work with and very helpful in navigating a date change with us. Cali and her team saw our vision and worked with us and all of our vendors to create our perfect day. Mike, Winter and the rest of the team at the Civic were also phenomenal to work with, and so helpful in making our perfect day come together. I work in production and was able to meet with Mike and his team to explain our creative vision and they truly went above and beyond to make it special for us. This is hands down the best venue in New Orleans to create a unique and special day! 

I want to start by saying how well of a job the staff did! Your organization is impeccable! Our Family and friends had an amazing time! Thank you for making this day as smooth as possible!! We truly enjoyed ourselves! The food was amazing, the drinks were flowing and the venue was absolutely gorgeous!!! My day was perfect because of you!! ❤️ 10/10 recommend.

We got married at the House of Blues on March 25, 2023, and it was nothing short of amazing! We got married in the Voodoo Garden and had our reception in the Parish Room. This place EXCEEDED our expectations! Jeanne and her staff are a god send, absolutely amazing! They were all so helpful and attentive during our wedding day, no detail was missed. Everything from flow of the ceremony and reception, the food, the set up, the design of our spaces, all were top notch. We worked with Jeanne for a year and a half planning the most absolute bad ass wedding, and she was such a pleasure to work with. No request was unmet. She made EVERYTHING happen for us. She definitely went above and beyond for us. They really can turn this venue into the most beautiful and intimate space for a wedding. I HIGHLY recommend this venue and it's staff for a wedding, or any party or gathering. I promise you, they will not disappoint. I wish we could do it all over again!

The Tree of Life was more than we could have hoped for. We added a few decorations but really, none were needed.

The Moore Venue stepped in 3 weeks before our wedding and exceeded all expectations! From the first conversation, Amanda was engaged, she worked with us, and made a crazy COVID19 wedding a true reality. Truly an Angel. Changing our venue so close to the date was nerve wracking to say the least but she put us at ease and handled everything with grace! We had an amazing wedding and one couldn’t even tell everything that went into putting this day together. Our wedding was flawlessly executed and Amanda is a large reason for that being the case. Our guests loved the food, especially the beignets and boudin balls. The Moore Venue is an amazing venue with a wonderful staff who truly will work to create a top notch experience for you.

We had both the reception and ceremony at the NOCCA Institute. The NOCCA Institute was absolutely beautiful and unique on our wedding day. Rachel is a delight to work with- super easy to communicate with and very prompt. We highly recommend the venue for any event!

If I could give this venue 10 stars I would. We held my daughter’s reception here and it was absolutely amazing! From meeting with Lane on our first tour of venues to the second we walked out at the end of the reception, everything was fabulous! Lane was very helpful and gave me so much advice and suggestions, and this was before we even decided to book. We toured a few venues, but none compared to what The Jaxson offered. If you’re looking for an all-inclusive venue, this is the one you want! Once we booked, Lane and Anthony were always there to guide me and answer all of my questions and I had lots of them. They had so many suggestions and they were spot on!! My guests have all raved about the food, the venue, the staff, the drinks and the execution of the entire event! The attention to detail that they put into the display of the food was incredible! I think guests thought we paid a florist to decorate all of the food stations, but that was included in the price. The view of the river is stunning! We were also allowed to take pre ceremony photos outside of The Jaxson and I’m sure that was an inconvenience for them, but they never said a word! This place is everything and more, if you’re considering it for a reception or event! If I had to say 1 small negative thing, it would be the personal attendant for the bride and groom and their families, but I honestly think she had a hard time finding us or getting to us. Keeping up with 7 people, who never stopped moving, is no easy task! But it was easy getting a drink at the numerous bars when needed. She was always offering us something to eat though, but when you’re having so much fun, sometimes you forget to eat! My advice to anyone who books The Jaxson, eat at the reception, because the food is some of the best you’ll ever have. We did get some leftovers and they were just as good the next day! Thanks again to Lane, Anthony, Terry and your entire staff for helping me give them the wedding of their dreams! If we could do it all over again, we wouldn’t change anything!!
