Childhood fantasies needn’t end there. Louisiana Castle has a secret love story of its own, and since 1999, we’ve been adding love stories to our list.
From Juliet’s balcony, you, the beautiful Bride, have a spectacular view of the Ceremony site and picturesque scenery as your guests arrive, and of course, your Prince Charming who awaits you. Your audience is captivated as you descend the 48 steps from afar. And the Groom is always left breathless. (And we mean… ALWAYS…)
Your wedding will possibly be the most mesmerizing, magical moment in your lifetime. Spanning 24+ years of weddings at the Castle, we can cater to whatever your needs are. We are almost all-inclusive, and what we don’t handle, we have professional vendors we recommend and trust with experience who are familiar with our castle. Should you prefer a different vendor, we can accommodate this as well.
WEEKDAY WEDDING PACKAGES: Monday – Thursday (You select the time from 1:00 pm– 9:00 pm)
We host any size wedding or elopement during the week. You can have a complete micro wedding with up to 30- 35 guests Monday – Thursday for under $5,000. (The number of guests included in that price depends on the year chosen.) Considering more guests? That’s fine. We can accommodate up to 350 guests any day, or evening. Additional guests are priced per person.
Perhaps you seek a smaller wedding, but still with a ceremony and reception. We also have a package for that! Our Limited Ceremony & Reception includes up to 20 guests with a sit-down dinner for under $4000. Additional guests are priced per person.
WEEKDAY ELOPEMENT PACKAGES: Monday - Thursday
We have 2 Elopement packages; both include an overnight stay in the Castle and are priced for the Couple only. Additional guests are extra. We allow up to 30 guests at the Ceremony only for an additional charge per guest. There is no reception, just the Ceremony and then the Bride and Groom are left in the Castle to make their own “party of 2.”
The most common Elopement package selected is our Princess Elopement. This includes a 1-hour reception with light Hors d’oeuvres, soda, and a small wedding cake. This is priced under $2600, but for an additional fee per guest, you may have up to 30 guests. The DJ is included in both packages, as well as our standard elegant white and silver décor, and our coordinator who will ensure things run smoothly.
WEEKEND WEDDINGS: Friday and Sunday, (Your choice of time between 1:00 pm and 9:00 pm), and Saturday at 1:00 pm
For our Friday and Sunday Weddings, there is a minimium 50 Guests. You select the time on Friday and Sunday between 1:00pm and 9:00 pm, and you may include an overnight stay at the Castle for the additional fee.
Our Saturday daytime wedding is a little different as it begins at 1:00 pm and it is the one wedding there is no guarantee of the Castle being available for an overnight stay. Saturday at 1pm is also for a minimum of 50 Guests. Friday, Saturday (day) and Sunday Wedding Packages begin at $6,800 in 2024 and $6,950 in 2025. You may include up to 350 Guests for an additional price per guest. The ONLY criteria that changes in these packages are the additional price per guest each year, and for the Saturday daytime wedding, the Castle is (usually) not available for an overnight stay. You may still have 350 guests on Saturday day, however. This is why the wedding commences at 1:00. This allows us time to prepare for the 7:00 pm Saturday wedding.
SATURDAY EVENING: 7:00 pm
For our most requested and booked Wedding, Saturday evening, our minimum is 75 Guests. This Wedding Package starts at $8,700 for 2024 and $8,950 for 2025. Additional guests are priced accordingly.
We have recently seen more larger weddings being requested (and we can accommodate up to 350 guests), but for now, are still also doing Micro weddings for our clients. We are trying to be inclusive of everyone. Should the shift in weddings occur and larger weddings become the norm again, we reserve the right to change our prices and minimum guest numbers. We will always honor all contracts we have,
While we can’t deny there are many places in the United States that are beautiful venues to consider, we have no doubt our Castle is special. Facilities and Capacity
The Louisiana Castle can accommodate up to 350 guests. The entire Wedding Castle with its beautiful grounds, decorated ceremony stage, large Pavillion, elegant Ballroom, Throne Room, Groom's Lounge, and Juliet Suite are all yours for your special day. So many perfect places for photos that you cannot find at any other venue.
Services Offered
All the wedding packages include the decorated ceremony stage, use of the Juliet Suite and Grooms Room, DJ and event coordinator. Packages that include a reception also include the ballroom with tables, chairs, linens, chair covers, silver bands, floral centerpieces, DJ and in-house catering. The Louisiana Castle is a almost full-service wedding venue.. The services include:
- Juliet Suite and Grooms Lounge for the Couple and their wedding party to get ready in and then the Juliet Suite for the Couple to spend their wedding night. Everyone else leaves and the Couple has the entire Castle including a screened in Jacuzzi for their wedding night.
- Decorated ceremony stage and benchesseating
- Dj for the Ceremony and Reception
- White linens, white chair covers with silver bands, centerpieces of guest tables, and large florals throughout
- In-house catering
- On site manager/event coordinator
- Set up, serving and cleanup provided
- Acres of convenient parking provided
- Numerous beautiful photo areas
Cuisine
Couples can choose from buffet, plated, and hors d’oevures for serving options during their event. Any dietary restriction can be accommodated for upon request. The following cuisine styles are available:

They made my dreams come true!
Dolly is so sweet and makes sure that your financials are on track without being overbearing. Mary was instrumental in making the day go smoothly. My side of the family has a language barrier, and even they thought she was amazing and so easy to work with. She took care of so much and used her experience to make everything run well while also allowing us to do what we wanted as the bride and groom. Our bartenders were running late due to a van breakdown, and the Castle staff got all hands on deck to unload the alcohol and make sure that cocktail hour would still happen as planned. The views here made for the most incredible photos. Even better was staying at the Castle overnight – we got to walk around after all the guests had left, and the views from the Juliette Suite the next morning were gorgeous. The cleanup staff were so considerate and had taken their shoes off so that they wouldn’t wake us up while they cleaned the ballroom! Overall – we had a dream wedding and can’t recommend Louisiana Castle enough.

OWNER:
Dolly (the owner) and Mary (the manager/day-of coordinator) made planning SO EASY and happily answered the many, many questions we asked along the way. (Did I mention we had SO MANY QUESTIONS?!) Our minds were at ease knowing that Dolly & Mary were readily available to ensure our day was truly enchanting. They are so sweet and so kindhearted!
REHEARSAL:
The rehearsal is a quick walk through for the bridal party. The Bride/Groom, Parents, & Flower Girl/Ring Bearer are not part of the rehearsal, but it worked for us with our ceremony!
Honestly, I loved being able to watch the rehearsal from the Juliet Suite's balcony with the ring bearer and flower girl. It’s one memory that I’ll always cherish.
VENUE:
The castle & grounds are so beautiful and made for a magical, fairytale wedding! Our guests were in awe of how beautiful the venue was! We truly felt like we were in the midst of a fairy tale.
The fact that Louisiana Castle handles decorating, a DJ, AND catering was a massive bonus! Their decor is incredible and utterly stunning. The DJ did phenomenally & worked with Mary to ensure that the ceremony music transitioned right on time. The food is also INCREDIBLE.
We were also able to schedule arriving to the venue a few hours early to get ready, have our first look, and take portraits. An amazing option I recommend if it’s available for your ceremony! The extra time in the castle was amazing. Having portraits done before the wedding meant we had extra time to thoroughly enjoy our reception & take in the beauty of the castle!
CEREMONY & RECEPTION:
The ceremony and reception flowed extremely well & Mary took the time and care to ensure our day went smoothly. I felt at ease knowing that our special day was in amazing hands! She was patient and ensured that our first dance & cake cutting went amazingly well.
CASTLE COTTAGE:
Highly recommend renting out the Castle Cottage on your wedding weekend! This charming 2-story house is the perfect place to get ready prior to your ceremony & can fit 10-15 people. It was a great option for some of our bridal party to stay for the weekend!
JULIET SUITE:
We loved being able to spend our wedding night in the Juliet Suite! It’s magical, lush, and full of charm.
VENDORS:
We wanted to add that the vendors Louisiana Castle recommends are phenomenal! I love that they take the recommendations of past Castle Couples to ensure incoming Castle Couples have the option to select vendors that have worked with the castle already!
• Marguerite’s Cakes came highly recommended by the castle and the cakes were delicious and decorated so beautifully. Knowing that our bakery has worked closely with the venue aided in a stress free day!
• Bar Chicz kept the drinks flowing & Jamie was so fun to work with! Absolutely incredible bartenders that we highly recommend.
• Fab Felt Hat Bar made the most incredible flat brim hat that I wore for ALL my wedding events!
All in all, we’d relive our wedding day all over again if we could! A truly magical day.
