Great communication from Junko, who was our main liason on the site and worked fantastically with our wedding coordinator. Venue was gorgeous, both the chapel and the reception area, and well within our budget. We considered a lot of potential options and are so glad we made the right choice with Aloha Ke Akua!

We had an incredible elopement experience at the Ritz. Maryann Blanchard was our event planner and she was incredible! She was on top of every detail. It was so fun and easy to elope in Maui at the Ritz. There was bad weather the week before our wedding and we were nervous. Maryann kept our minds at ease and thought of every detail to make our day special. This will be one of the most beautiful memories of my life. The resort and location is 5 stars all the way! We purchased the $6K package with a few upgrades for the circle arch, an additional hour of photography and a small cake. We did end up eating off property. I wish we would have had the beach shack for dinner! That place is delicious! We can’t say enough great things about MaryAnn or the Ritz.

Mauna Kea Beach Hotel was an absolute dream to work with. The team was incredibly organized, professional, and thoughtful. They provided clear outlines, timelines, and layouts that made planning virtually from LA feel seamless. They had a large range of inventory we could use for our events and were open to every idea and suggestion we had. the entire team took great care of us and every one of our guests. If you’re considering Mauna Kea for your wedding, I cannot recommend it more. The location is unmatched, the team is exceptional, and they will make your most meaningful moments unforgettable.

Our hosts Morgan and Kat were amazing and absolutely a joy to work with through all our planning and especially the day of the wedding! They were so attentive and handled all our needs so efficiently. We had booked another venue that was unresponsive that made us lose confidence in their service, so we canceled and found Haiku Gardens only 2 months before the wedding!!! Miraculously, they had the one day available for us and pulled it all together as if they had all year to plan for it. They helped my daughter so much by communicating all the details and what was next on the agenda so we didn’t have to worry about what comes next. They put the bride at ease and gave her a comfort level that made it a wonderful experience overall. In addition to the staff going above and beyond and just being awesome, the venue itself was beyond expectations and incredibly beautiful! The pics online don’t do it justice. We could not have been more satisfied with how this wedding turned out. A great big thank you to Haiku Gardens and especially Morgan and Kat for making my daughter’s wedding day so special and magnificent! I cannot recommend Haiku Gardens enough for how professional and beautiful they make a wedding!!!!

We are SO HAPPY we found the Royal Lahaina given we were planning a destination wedding and all of our guests were traveling from out of state. From the very beginning, Amy, our coordinator, had a way of making everything feel easy and effortless. She brought such a sense of calm to the planning process and made what could have been an overwhelming experience feel completely stress-free. Amy handled everything...Booking vendors, communication, set-up, décor, and thoughtful suggestions along the way. On the wedding day, I felt zero stress and was able to simply enjoy every moment knowing she had it all under control. The venue grounds are absolutely stunning, and the hotel’s partnered vendors were all incredible. Sunya’s Florals – we didn’t meet our florist directly, but Amy provided them with photos of what we wanted and they delivered even better than we could have pictured. The florals were gorgeous and added so much to our ceremony and reception tables. KCK Entertainment, DJ Chris – incredible! Truly no words. We sent him a Spotify playlist to give him an idea of music we liked and he ran with it. He was fun, energetic, a great MC, and kept the dance floor full all night long. Kaena Music – the kindest human and so very talented. We actually happened to meet him at Monkeypod one evening a few months before the wedding. He was incredibly nice, and his music made our ceremony beautiful and emotional. Amy herself is laid back, organized, and so willing to go above and beyond to make sure you get everything you’ve dreamed of. Our day turned out even better than we imagined, and we can’t recommend the Royal Lahaina (and Amy!) highly enough to anyone planning a wedding.

Our wedding on Halona Kai lawn was absolutely perfect and even better than we had imagined! I worked mostly with Kiana Jepson from the Hyatt events team and Yesenia also helped as well. Both of them really brought our vision to life and it was stunning. They were so sweet and really focused on making the day run as smoothly as possible and it turned out beautifully. We chose all our vendors from their preferred vendor list except for our photographer / videographer. It was so easy to let the Hyatt events team know and they took care of the bookings and details. All of vendors we chose were fantastic! The service staff during the reception were so attentive and ensured everyone had everything they needed. Especially for us! We missed cocktail hour to take pictures but they made sure we got some appetizers and a coconut drink before running out. Many of our guests told us later how blown away they were by the food and service. All of the food was so delicious! Overall, we got our dream wedding and we are so happy we chose the Hyatt! Getting married at Turtle Pointe by the ocean was an absolute dream come true for our Sikh wedding of nearly 200 guests. The setting was breathtaking, and our reception, which seamlessly transitioned between the indoor ballroom and the adjoining courtyard, became an unforgettable experience. Our guests loved having the open space to continue the celebrations well into the night! Our pre-wedding events—Maiyan, Choora, and Jago—held outdoors at the Plantation Estates under the stars were nothing short of magical. The entire experience was elevated by the incredible professionalism, kindness, and expertise of our wedding coordinator, Yvette. She was beyond remarkable, anticipating our needs before we even realized them. Her attention to detail, deep knowledge of wedding logistics, and unwavering support made the planning and execution effortless. The Fairmont Orchid itself is a stunning property, exuding authentic Hawaiian charm that blended beautifully with the energy of our vibrant celebrations. The food was simply out of this world, and months later, our guests still rave about the experience. Pulling off such a large Sikh wedding so seamlessly was no small feat, but Yvette and the Fairmont team handled it flawlessly. The fact that everything was so well-organized and on time (which is a major achievement for an Indian wedding!) speaks volumes about their expertise. The hotel’s preferred vendors list made everything easy—we found the perfect makeup and hair artist, lighting and tent providers, and florists all in one place. Any minor hiccups were swiftly handled, and we felt truly taken care of. If you’re thinking about getting married in Hawaii, the Fairmont Orchid is the place to do it. Their commitment to excellence, customer care, and creating unforgettable memories is unmatched. We will absolutely be booking with Fairmont again in the future! Our wedding at Loulu Palm was truly everything we dreamed of and more. From the breathtaking scenery to the incredible staff, every single detail was absolutely perfect. The venue is stunning, peaceful, and created the most magical atmosphere for our special day. A huge shoutout to Ashley, our incredible wedding planner, who made the entire experience feel effortless and stress-free. She went above and beyond every step of the way, and we genuinely could not have done it without her. Her attention to detail, organization, kindness, and calming presence made such a difference throughout the planning process and on the wedding day itself. Our guests are still talking about how beautiful the venue was and how unforgettable the experience felt. We could not have asked for a more perfect place to celebrate our wedding. Wedding coordinator Michele was well experienced and professional. Worked well with many of local vendors. She also gave a list of recommended vendors. Michele was very responsive and knowledgeable, enjoyed working with her these pat couple months.
