We are SO HAPPY we found the Royal Lahaina given we were planning a destination wedding and all of our guests were traveling from out of state. From the very beginning, Amy, our coordinator, had a way of making everything feel easy and effortless. She brought such a sense of calm to the planning process and made what could have been an overwhelming experience feel completely stress-free. Amy handled everything...Booking vendors, communication, set-up, décor, and thoughtful suggestions along the way. On the wedding day, I felt zero stress and was able to simply enjoy every moment knowing she had it all under control. The venue grounds are absolutely stunning, and the hotel’s partnered vendors were all incredible. Sunya’s Florals – we didn’t meet our florist directly, but Amy provided them with photos of what we wanted and they delivered even better than we could have pictured. The florals were gorgeous and added so much to our ceremony and reception tables. KCK Entertainment, DJ Chris – incredible! Truly no words. We sent him a Spotify playlist to give him an idea of music we liked and he ran with it. He was fun, energetic, a great MC, and kept the dance floor full all night long. Kaena Music – the kindest human and so very talented. We actually happened to meet him at Monkeypod one evening a few months before the wedding. He was incredibly nice, and his music made our ceremony beautiful and emotional. Amy herself is laid back, organized, and so willing to go above and beyond to make sure you get everything you’ve dreamed of. Our day turned out even better than we imagined, and we can’t recommend the Royal Lahaina (and Amy!) highly enough to anyone planning a wedding.

We had such a great experience booking with Makai! Their event planner, Kaye, was so wonderful to work with - her communication was quick, clear and she had incredible ideas along the way. From the very beginning, we described our vision to Kaye and she provided the most insightful ideas for us making this process even more enjoyable from afar. She truly makes you feel like you are her only clients. Highly recommend booking this venue and working with Kaye!

I live in Atlanta and we did our entire wedding from the phone and email. Savannah responded via email and immediately answered my immediate questions. She then turned me over to Emily who handled EVERY detail including changing the space because of the high winds. Listen, THE FOOD!! OMG! For $90 a head was amazing. We got married at Magic Island and went over to the Prince for reception! USE THEM! They were amazing

I was looking all over Maui for one that fit my budget and yet was amazing view And great quality. It was all that and more! It was everything I dreamed of. The people there were easy to work with.

The manicure and pedicure were amazing. The make up artist gave me a natural look knowing I don’t wear makeup! It was beautiful!

The oceanfront scenery at The Private Garden Aloha Ke Akua was breathtaking—lush gardens, turquoise waves, and mountain views made our wedding photos stunning. The service staff was warm, attentive, and truly made us feel like family all day long. Our wedding planner was very responsive and accommodating, handling every detail with ease and aloha spirit. A perfect, stress-free day in paradise! 🌺

My wife and I had our Hawaiin destination wedding at Lanikuhonua and we worked with our wedding planner, Kim Ross from Aulani. Everything was great and there were no negatives at all. Kim is a truly amazing wedding planner and an even better person. The months leading up to the wedding, she helped book our vendors and planned all the big items to small details of our wedding with us. Any idea we had, Kim made a reality. My wife and I are on the West Coast and even with the time difference, communication was never an issue. Kim is extremely responsive via email, she was punctual on our meetings, and helped calm our nerves and kept our ideas organized. Kim and her team were able to execute our vision completely and we are so grateful that we had her on our team. Kim is also thoughtful and helped us to save money here and there, but not sacrificing our vision. It’s clear she’s very experienced. On the day of our wedding, everything turned out even better than we imagined. Kim had everything set up exactly like she had planned with us. The Aulani staff were so genuinely nice and professional, they made us feel even more loved on our special day. We didn’t have any hiccups at our wedding, if there were, we didn’t at all. After our wedding, multiple sets of family and friends commented about how great our wedding planner was, how professional and nice she is. She definitely left a good impression.

Getting married at Turtle Pointe by the ocean was an absolute dream come true for our Sikh wedding of nearly 200 guests. The setting was breathtaking, and our reception, which seamlessly transitioned between the indoor ballroom and the adjoining courtyard, became an unforgettable experience. Our guests loved having the open space to continue the celebrations well into the night! Our pre-wedding events—Maiyan, Choora, and Jago—held outdoors at the Plantation Estates under the stars were nothing short of magical. The entire experience was elevated by the incredible professionalism, kindness, and expertise of our wedding coordinator, Yvette. She was beyond remarkable, anticipating our needs before we even realized them. Her attention to detail, deep knowledge of wedding logistics, and unwavering support made the planning and execution effortless. The Fairmont Orchid itself is a stunning property, exuding authentic Hawaiian charm that blended beautifully with the energy of our vibrant celebrations. The food was simply out of this world, and months later, our guests still rave about the experience. Pulling off such a large Sikh wedding so seamlessly was no small feat, but Yvette and the Fairmont team handled it flawlessly. The fact that everything was so well-organized and on time (which is a major achievement for an Indian wedding!) speaks volumes about their expertise. The hotel’s preferred vendors list made everything easy—we found the perfect makeup and hair artist, lighting and tent providers, and florists all in one place. Any minor hiccups were swiftly handled, and we felt truly taken care of. If you’re thinking about getting married in Hawaii, the Fairmont Orchid is the place to do it. Their commitment to excellence, customer care, and creating unforgettable memories is unmatched. We will absolutely be booking with Fairmont again in the future! Our experience with Cafe Julia and Elijah was nothing short of exceptional. Living in Canada, all of our planning was done over email and one visit to Cafe Julia over 2 years! Elijah and his team were great at communication, ease of planning, open and honest feedback with any questions, we truly could not have had a more pleasant planning experience.

Beautiful venue, supportive staff that made everything smooth and seamless on our wedding day. We encountered zero issues and the wedding planning staff made everything seem easy before/during/and after the wedding. We had alot of compliments on the food which I was very happy about.
