We are SO HAPPY we found the Royal Lahaina given we were planning a destination wedding and all of our guests were traveling from out of state. From the very beginning, Amy, our coordinator, had a way of making everything feel easy and effortless. She brought such a sense of calm to the planning process and made what could have been an overwhelming experience feel completely stress-free. Amy handled everything...Booking vendors, communication, set-up, décor, and thoughtful suggestions along the way. On the wedding day, I felt zero stress and was able to simply enjoy every moment knowing she had it all under control. The venue grounds are absolutely stunning, and the hotel’s partnered vendors were all incredible. Sunya’s Florals – we didn’t meet our florist directly, but Amy provided them with photos of what we wanted and they delivered even better than we could have pictured. The florals were gorgeous and added so much to our ceremony and reception tables. KCK Entertainment, DJ Chris – incredible! Truly no words. We sent him a Spotify playlist to give him an idea of music we liked and he ran with it. He was fun, energetic, a great MC, and kept the dance floor full all night long. Kaena Music – the kindest human and so very talented. We actually happened to meet him at Monkeypod one evening a few months before the wedding. He was incredibly nice, and his music made our ceremony beautiful and emotional. Amy herself is laid back, organized, and so willing to go above and beyond to make sure you get everything you’ve dreamed of. Our day turned out even better than we imagined, and we can’t recommend the Royal Lahaina (and Amy!) highly enough to anyone planning a wedding.

Beautiful venue, supportive staff that made everything smooth and seamless on our wedding day. We encountered zero issues and the wedding planning staff made everything seem easy before/during/and after the wedding. We had alot of compliments on the food which I was very happy about.

I live in Atlanta and we did our entire wedding from the phone and email. Savannah responded via email and immediately answered my immediate questions. She then turned me over to Emily who handled EVERY detail including changing the space because of the high winds. Listen, THE FOOD!! OMG! For $90 a head was amazing. We got married at Magic Island and went over to the Prince for reception! USE THEM! They were amazing

I recently had the immense pleasure of celebrating my wedding at the Maui Pineapple Chapel, and I couldn't have imagined a more perfect venue for our special day. From the moment we arrived, we were enchanted by the breathtaking beauty of the location. Nestled amidst lush tropical landscapes and offering stunning views of the ocean, the chapel provided a picturesque and intimate setting that felt like a dream come true. The vibrant colors of the surroundings, combined with the serene ambiance, created an atmosphere of romance and tranquility that was simply magical. The chapel itself is a gem, blending classic charm with modern elegance. Although the interior is a bit bare, there is the opportunity to deck it out with bright florals, which really enlivens the space. It’s amazing, also, because you’re able to select your vendors of choice for this venue and don’t have to get boxed into a selection of required vendors. Our wedding at the Maui Pineapple Chapel was everything we had hoped for and more. It was a perfect blend of natural beauty, elegance, and heartfelt moments. If you're looking for a wedding venue that offers a unique and unforgettable experience, I wholeheartedly recommend the Maui Pineapple Chapel.

I was looking all over Maui for one that fit my budget and yet was amazing view And great quality. It was all that and more! It was everything I dreamed of. The people there were easy to work with.

I owe my life to Kim and Kalena! They both made our day so special, so memorable and just so perfect. Kim, who I believed to be my fairy godmother, understood what we wanted and was super supportive about staying within our budget. I have always wanted to be a Disney bride/princess going up, and they both made it happen. All the staff were amazing. The food was amazing. All the vibes were amazing. I was a destination wedding bride, and I thought planning the wedding was going to be so stressful. I am a type A person, but allowing Kim to do her thing, felt so stress-free (and knew we were in the right hands). Every month, every video call meeting, and every little detail, was so worth it. I can’t thank Kim enough. You will forever have a place in my heart. And Kalena, you are an angel. I appreciate you so much!! I hope future Disney brides have the chance to get married at Aulani. It was the best day and trip ever. I can’t wait to come back to Aulani to have some rest and relaxation!

We had such a great experience booking with Makai! Their event planner, Kaye, was so wonderful to work with - her communication was quick, clear and she had incredible ideas along the way. From the very beginning, we described our vision to Kaye and she provided the most insightful ideas for us making this process even more enjoyable from afar. Getting married at Turtle Pointe by the ocean was an absolute dream come true for our Sikh wedding of nearly 200 guests. The setting was breathtaking, and our reception, which seamlessly transitioned between the indoor ballroom and the adjoining courtyard, became an unforgettable experience. Our guests loved having the open space to continue the celebrations well into the night! Our pre-wedding events—Maiyan, Choora, and Jago—held outdoors at the Plantation Estates under the stars were nothing short of magical. The entire experience was elevated by the incredible professionalism, kindness, and expertise of our wedding coordinator, Yvette. She was beyond remarkable, anticipating our needs before we even realized them. Her attention to detail, deep knowledge of wedding logistics, and unwavering support made the planning and execution effortless. The Fairmont Orchid itself is a stunning property, exuding authentic Hawaiian charm that blended beautifully with the energy of our vibrant celebrations. The food was simply out of this world, and months later, our guests still rave about the experience. Pulling off such a large Sikh wedding so seamlessly was no small feat, but Yvette and the Fairmont team handled it flawlessly. The fact that everything was so well-organized and on time (which is a major achievement for an Indian wedding!) speaks volumes about their expertise. The hotel’s preferred vendors list made everything easy—we found the perfect makeup and hair artist, lighting and tent providers, and florists all in one place. Any minor hiccups were swiftly handled, and we felt truly taken care of. If you’re thinking about getting married in Hawaii, the Fairmont Orchid is the place to do it. Their commitment to excellence, customer care, and creating unforgettable memories is unmatched. We will absolutely be booking with Fairmont again in the future! For an all in one experience that was easy and seamless - exceptional value, beautiful resort. Only drawback is they do not have transportation from the airport and while leaving was easier to find something, arrival of guests was pretty much on their own without assistance even when asked multiple times. Gave them that feedback to improve the service. Other than that, very happy with everything.

The oceanfront scenery at The Private Garden Aloha Ke Akua was breathtaking—lush gardens, turquoise waves, and mountain views made our wedding photos stunning. The service staff was warm, attentive, and truly made us feel like family all day long. Our wedding planner was very responsive and accommodating, handling every detail with ease and aloha spirit. A perfect, stress-free day in paradise! 🌺
