Facilities and Capacity
Aulani, a Disney Resort & Spa offers 13 venue spaces for your wedding ceremony and reception. One of the more intimate venue options is the 'AMA'AMA Patio. This versatile open-air space offers breathtaking views of the white-sand beach and gorgeous palm trees. 'AMA'AMA Patio sits among the tranquil vistas of Ko Olina’s lagoon and can accommodate up to 60 guests for ceremonies and up to 30 guests for receptions. The Halawai Lawn is a larger, outdoor venue option and is Aulani’s premier wedding venue. Halawai Lawn is surrounded by swaying palm trees along with an abundance of other native trees and shrubs, adding a true Hawaiian ambience to your wedding event. Halawai Lawn is able to accommodate up to 180 guests.
The Kaiona Ballroom is one of the indoor spaces that this venue offers. This regal room is very flexible and you're given the ability to add as much or as little décor as you wish. With a total of 4,590 square feet, this warm-hued ballroom can accommodate up to 180 guests. The Rainbow Reef Patio is a fantastic option for a dinner reception and is able to accommodate up to 50 guests. This raised-deck patio space gives a relaxed, yet romantic feel and looks upon Oʻahu's only private snorkeling lagoon. Lanikuhonua is another lavish outdoor venue. The beauty and privacy of Lanikuhonua is unbeatable. You can choose where you want to stage your wedding and reception from a variety of options and due to the large expanse of land, you can easily expand your guest list to fit up to 180 guests.
Services Offered
Aulani, a Disney Resort & Spa offers two main wedding packages to choose from. All packages are inclusive of event planning through a Disney Weddings Consultant. There is the option of availing of the in-house catering and the bar. You can arrange for outside vendors, if you wish to. Needless to say, celebrating here will add so much more magic to your special day.

The most magical day ever!
I was a destination wedding bride, and I thought planning the wedding was going to be so stressful. I am a type A person, but allowing Kim to do her thing, felt so stress-free (and knew we were in the right hands). Every month, every video call meeting, and every little detail, was so worth it. I can’t thank Kim enough. You will forever have a place in my heart.

Best Day Ever
From the very beginning, Nicole and Kim made everything feel easy. Planning a destination wedding can be stressful, but they were always on top of things, super responsive, and just genuinely great to work with. We always felt like we were in good hands.
And somehow, the actual day was even better than we expected. The entire Aulani team went above and beyond in every way to make it the best day ever. Everything came together perfectly—the setting, the timing, the details—and we didn’t have to worry about a single thing. We were actually able to be fully present and just enjoy it, which meant everything to us.
What really stood out was how much the team cared. It didn’t feel like just another event—they made it feel personal and special, and that made all the difference.
We’re so grateful to Nicole, Kim, and the entire Aulani crew for making our wedding unforgettable.

Kim is also thoughtful and helped us to save money here and there, but not sacrificing our vision. It’s clear she’s very experienced.
On the day of our wedding, everything turned out even better than we imagined. Kim had everything set up exactly like she had planned with us. The Aulani staff were so genuinely nice and professional, they made us feel even more loved on our special day. We didn’t have any hiccups at our wedding, if there were, we didn’t at all. After our wedding, multiple sets of family and friends commented about how great our wedding planner was, how professional and nice she is. She definitely left a good impression.

Beyond Perfect, Thanks to Nicole
From the very beginning, the months leading up to our wedding felt effortless. We had small planning milestones each month, and every question, no matter how small, was answered quickly and clearly. Nicole made us feel confident and prepared every step of the way.
On our wedding day, we experienced an unexpected rain shower. What could have turned into a stressful situation was handled with complete grace. Nicole immediately had umbrellas ready, and what we thought might be a problem actually turned into one of our favorite photo moments. It became a fun, spontaneous, and unique memory that we will cherish forever.
The ceremony itself was beautiful. Our officiant brought both of our families together in a meaningful and heartfelt way. It was everything we dreamed of and more.
After the ceremony, Nicole continued to guide us seamlessly through photos and the rest of the schedule. We never once felt lost, rushed, or overwhelmed. We were able to stay present and simply enjoy the day.
Nancy and I could not be happier with how everything turned out. It was not only a perfect day with our families, it felt like a celebration shared with the wonderful Aulani team, especially Nicole. By the end of the night, she did not feel like just our coordinator, she felt like a true friend. We are incredibly grateful for her dedication, kindness, and the heart she put into making our wedding unforgettable.
