Hotel Wedding Venues in Honolulu

For an all in one experience that was easy and seamless - exceptional value, beautiful resort. Only drawback is they do not have transportation from the airport and while leaving was easier to find something, arrival of guests was pretty much on their own without assistance even when asked multiple times. Gave them that feedback to improve the service. Other than that, very happy with everything.

I live in Atlanta and we did our entire wedding from the phone and email. Savannah responded via email and immediately answered my immediate questions. She then turned me over to Emily who handled EVERY detail including changing the space because of the high winds. Listen, THE FOOD!! OMG! For $90 a head was amazing. We got married at Magic Island and went over to the Prince for reception! USE THEM! They were amazing

We are SO HAPPY we found the Royal Lahaina given we were planning a destination wedding and all of our guests were traveling from out of state. From the very beginning, Amy, our coordinator, had a way of making everything feel easy and effortless. She brought such a sense of calm to the planning process and made what could have been an overwhelming experience feel completely stress-free. Amy handled everything...Booking vendors, communication, set-up, décor, and thoughtful suggestions along the way. On the wedding day, I felt zero stress and was able to simply enjoy every moment knowing she had it all under control. The venue grounds are absolutely stunning, and the hotel’s partnered vendors were all incredible. Sunya’s Florals – we didn’t meet our florist directly, but Amy provided them with photos of what we wanted and they delivered even better than we could have pictured. The florals were gorgeous and added so much to our ceremony and reception tables. KCK Entertainment, DJ Chris – incredible! Truly no words. We sent him a Spotify playlist to give him an idea of music we liked and he ran with it. He was fun, energetic, a great MC, and kept the dance floor full all night long. Kaena Music – the kindest human and so very talented. We actually happened to meet him at Monkeypod one evening a few months before the wedding. He was incredibly nice, and his music made our ceremony beautiful and emotional. Amy herself is laid back, organized, and so willing to go above and beyond to make sure you get everything you’ve dreamed of. Our day turned out even better than we imagined, and we can’t recommend the Royal Lahaina (and Amy!) highly enough to anyone planning a wedding.

The manicure and pedicure were amazing. The make up artist gave me a natural look knowing I don’t wear makeup! It was beautiful!

I recently celebrated my wedding at Leahi Room & Lanai by Deck, and I can confidently say it was the perfect choice for our special day! From the moment we arrived for our initial tour, the stunning views and elegant atmosphere captured our hearts. The Leahi Room itself is beautifully designed, combining modern elegance with a touch of island charm. The large windows provide breathtaking panoramic views of Diamond Head, making it a picturesque setting for both the ceremony and reception. We chose to have our ceremony on the lanai, and the backdrop of Diamond Head and the sunset was nothing short of magical. The staff at Leahi Room & Lanai were incredible throughout the planning process and on the big day. They were attentive, professional, and genuinely invested in making our wedding a memorable experience. From coordinating with our vendors to ensuring everything was set up according to our vision, their support was invaluable. The catering was another highlight of the evening. Our guests raved about the delicious food, which featured a delightful blend of local flavors and international cuisine. The presentation was equally impressive, and the team was great about accommodating our dietary restrictions. One of the best aspects of hosting our wedding at Leahi Room & Lanai was the seamless flow of the day. The indoor and outdoor spaces worked perfectly together, allowing guests to enjoy cocktails on the lanai while we took photos. When it was time for dinner, everyone moved inside effortlessly, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. Overall, our wedding at Leahi Room & Lanai by Deck exceeded our expectations in every way. The combination of stunning views, exceptional service, and delicious food made for an unforgettable celebration. I would highly recommend this venue to any couple looking to create lasting memories on their special day!

Mauna Kea Beach Hotel was an absolute dream to work with. The team was incredibly organized, professional, and thoughtful. They provided clear outlines, timelines, and layouts that made planning virtually from LA feel seamless. They had a large range of inventory we could use for our events and were open to every idea and suggestion we had. the entire team took great care of us and every one of our guests. If you’re considering Mauna Kea for your wedding, I cannot recommend it more. The location is unmatched, the team is exceptional, and they will make your most meaningful moments unforgettable.

Working with the Royal Kona team (Maura, Pam, and Marites) was a dream! Their team is very communicative and responsive. They were able to help us turn our dream wedding into a reality. This was especially important to use since we were planning the wedding from another state. As soon as we arrived in Hawaii, everything was exactly as we had planned and expected. They truly have a dream team at Royal Kona!

My wife and I had our Hawaiin destination wedding at Lanikuhonua and we worked with our wedding planner, Kim Ross from Aulani. Everything was great and there were no negatives at all. Kim is a truly amazing wedding planner and an even better person. The months leading up to the wedding, she helped book our vendors and planned all the big items to small details of our wedding with us. Any idea we had, Kim made a reality. My wife and I are on the West Coast and even with the time difference, communication was never an issue. Kim is extremely responsive via email, she was punctual on our meetings, and helped calm our nerves and kept our ideas organized. Kim and her team were able to execute our vision completely and we are so grateful that we had her on our team. Kim is also thoughtful and helped us to save money here and there, but not sacrificing our vision. It’s clear she’s very experienced. On the day of our wedding, everything turned out even better than we imagined. Kim had everything set up exactly like she had planned with us. The Aulani staff were so genuinely nice and professional, they made us feel even more loved on our special day. We didn’t have any hiccups at our wedding, if there were, we didn’t at all. After our wedding, multiple sets of family and friends commented about how great our wedding planner was, how professional and nice she is. She definitely left a good impression.
