Mauna Kea Beach Hotel was an absolute dream to work with. The team was incredibly organized, professional, and thoughtful. They provided clear outlines, timelines, and layouts that made planning virtually from LA feel seamless. They had a large range of inventory we could use for our events and were open to every idea and suggestion we had. the entire team took great care of us and every one of our guests. If you’re considering Mauna Kea for your wedding, I cannot recommend it more. The location is unmatched, the team is exceptional, and they will make your most meaningful moments unforgettable.

We absolutely LOVED hosting our wedding at the Westin Hapuna! We have stayed at the Hapuna a handful of times and have always had an exceptional time at the hotel; kind and welcoming staff, unmatched natural beauty and amenities, and comfortable and spacious guest rooms. It was a no-brainer to host our wedding there! We prioritized guest experience, and all our guests loved staying at the Hapuna. It is a really family and group-friendly hotel, and they gave a generous discounted room block rate, which was appreciated. They were able to accommodate different sizes and types of events for us, including a family dinner at Meridia, a rehearsal dinner and Welcome Party at the sister resort, Mauna Kea, and a gorgeous ceremony and reception on the Ocean Lawn and Courtyard. They even hosted an after party in the ballroom that was super fun and not disruptive to other guests. A few highlights. The team that helped bring this event together was great, including the coordinators, the drivers, servers, bar tenders, and every single person who provided services on site throughout the week. It was really easy to plan in partnership with the team! Additionally, the Hapuna (and Mauna Kea) do an excellent job with price transparency and we had no big surprises there. This made real budgeting possible and a lot less scary! Finally, the venue is stunning and unmatched in terms of scenic places to get married.
