Mansion Wedding Venues in Honolulu

The weekend started off slowly, but the staff really did a great job of rallying together to get everything we needed in place. By the day of the wedding, everything was how we imagined it would be! Most importantly my wife thought everything was perfect and couldn't have asked for a better day. The only thing prettier than the venue was my wife!

My husband and I had our wedding (~100 guests) at Honuala'i, and I honestly can't imagine a more spectacular venue for an event! The house itself is gorgeous, and just spending the morning in the guest suite with my bridal party was a fantastic experience in and of itself. The house opens up to a gorgeous lawn with breathtaking views every direction you look -- our guests couldn't stop marveling at the views! In the middle of our planning, the Honuala'i house manager position transitioned from Louise to Jenn, and Jenn was incredibly helpful and easy to work with. She (and the entire house staff) were accommodating with our requests to hold a rehearsal on the lawn the day before the event as well as allowing us to begin getting ready a couple hours earlier than the standard time on the day of our actual wedding. If you're considering having your wedding here, definitely do it! We knew we wanted a wedding on the coast, but wanted something that felt more intimate than the resorts, more private than a public beach, and could accommodate a large-ish guest list, and Honuala'i was perfect.

Absolutely stunning place to get married and stay. It feels like old, true Hawaii. I loved it even more once I saw it in person. It’s definitely no luxury resort. It’s not hvac and brand new. It’s totally on the rustic side but it’s not uncomfortable. I’m so glad we had our wedding here because of the sheer beauty and charm.

We loved the Maui Tropical Plantation as our venue and caterer! They made the entire process to easy leading up to the wedding and both Patty and Roland (our contact people for the event) as well as all of the staff, are so incredibly nice and more than willing to help in order to better accommodate our needs for the wedding. I would definitely recommend this venue, especially for the brides planning their own wedding. This venue makes everything so easy to plan and the food is DELICIOUS!! My only regret is wishing I had more time to sit down and enjoy the food more! Another great thing about this place is that they set up and clean up for you!

I had the most extraordinary experience with Elias and La’akea Ocean Weddings. Just 30 days before my wedding, I had to change my original venue. Elias immediately put me at ease by researching different venues and negotiating to stay within my budget. He took over communication with my existing vendors and booked others that I hadn’t yet arranged, making me regret not having done everything through him from the start. On the day of the wedding, we faced a few hiccups, including my mistake of getting the guest count wrong by 10. Elias remained calm and quickly found extra tables, chairs, and tableware. He was a lifesaver throughout the entire experience. Moreover, he is such a nice guy. His staff was attentive and did a fantastic job delivering the most extraordinary wedding I could have asked for. Thank you to the entire team—you made my dream come true.

Absolutely beautiful estate that accommodates up to 400 people. The only draw back is that you don't have access to inside of the house, just 2 guest rooms for the bride and groom to get ready. The property manager can provide you with a list of preferred vendors but they are also pretty open to any vendors that you want. Check it out, you won't regret it!

Any photo of Hale Aloha (http://www.vrbo.com/60741) will not do any justice to the reality of how beautiful this estate is. The landscape that it is surrounded by is gorgeous! It's tremendous grand lawn is breathtaking. The pond and gazebo truly are unique and add to the beauty of this special place. If you like what you see in the pictures of Hale Aloha, be prepared to fall in love with it in person. From the initial booking, contract signing to wedding day, Gregory was very kind as well as straightforward about everything involved with the estate. He exceeded our expectations by preparing the house for our entire family to stay in and the grounds were maintained very well and beautiful! We ware so happy that Hale Aloha Estate and Gregory could be apart of our special day. Gregory, as well as the caretakers on property were very kind, respectful and So helpful. I can still see Gregory running (literally running) to notify our photographers that we needed a car so we could take beach pictures. He even offered to drive us! Everyone involved with Hale Aloha was there to help us and we are so thankful for this. Everything from the house to the grounds and pond area were clean manicured and beautiful for our wedding day. Everything was perfect! The fact that everyone who attended our celebration said that this was the best wedding they have ever been to speaks a lot of how important our special day was to the management of Hale Aloha. We really couldn't have done it without Gregory and his team who keep this place so beautiful.

We are under new management as of December 2016 and are focused on providing wonderful stress free event planning. Specializing in beautiful weddings and private parties, Nutridge Estate no longer has a regular luau event.

Hale Wailele was the perfect venue for our wedding of 65 closest friends and family. The sunsets out the back are etched in my memory forever, and served as the perfect backdrop for our wedding and reception. The property is kept in incredible condition, the property manager Annie was so helpful, responsive, friendly, but also gave us our space. Especially having planned this all from afar, rest assured that the photos are accurate (if anything, they don't give justice to how beautiful it actually is!). The green-lined driveway provides an amazing entrance, through beautiful wooden gates, into a serene pathway floating above an impressive koi pond. The house is perfect for having a few family members or close friends stay or get ready with the bride & groom, and the large kitchen has everything caterers need. The side lawn and lanai serve as versatile spaces for different parts of the wedding. And the pool was a fun gathering space for everyone before/after the wedding. We hope we can return one day to celebrate an anniversary or family reunion again!
