The most magical day ever!
I owe my life to Kim and Kalena! They both made our day so special, so memorable and just so perfect. Kim, who I believed to be my fairy godmother, understood what we wanted and was super supportive about staying within our budget. I have always wanted to be a Disney bride/princess going up, and they both made it happen. All the staff were amazing. The food was amazing. All the vibes were amazing.
I was a destination wedding bride, and I thought planning the wedding was going to be so stressful. I am a type A person, but allowing Kim to do her thing, felt so stress-free (and knew we were in the right hands). Every month, every video call meeting, and every little detail, was so worth it. I can’t thank Kim enough. You will forever have a place in my heart.
And Kalena, you are an angel. I appreciate you so much!!
I hope future Disney brides have the chance to get married at Aulani. It was the best day and trip ever. I can’t wait to come back to Aulani to have some rest and relaxation! -

The Disney wedding team based in Aulani was incredible to work with! Shoutout to Kim, Nicole, and Kalena for their amazing support throughout the entire process. They were so easy to communicate with, and planning everything with them felt seamless. They truly understood our vision and brought it to life perfectly. Our day wouldn’t have been the same without them and their entire team—we couldn’t have pulled it off without their help. We’re so grateful for the guidance, care, and support we received. We had our wedding at Disney Aulani, and honestly, it was the best day of our lives.
From the very beginning, Nicole and Kim made everything feel easy. Planning a destination wedding can be stressful, but they were always on top of things, super responsive, and just genuinely great to work with. We always felt like we were in good hands.
And somehow, the actual day was even better than we expected. The entire Aulani team went above and beyond in every way to make it the best day ever. Everything came together perfectly—the setting, the timing, the details—and we didn’t have to worry about a single thing. We were actually able to be fully present and just enjoy it, which meant everything to us.
What really stood out was how much the team cared. It didn’t feel like just another event—they made it feel personal and special, and that made all the difference.
We’re so grateful to Nicole, Kim, and the entire Aulani crew for making our wedding unforgettable. -

My wife and I had our Hawaiin destination wedding at Lanikuhonua and we worked with our wedding planner, Kim Ross from Aulani. Everything was great and there were no negatives at all. Kim is a truly amazing wedding planner and an even better person. The months leading up to the wedding, she helped book our vendors and planned all the big items to small details of our wedding with us. Any idea we had, Kim made a reality. My wife and I are on the West Coast and even with the time difference, communication was never an issue. Kim is extremely responsive via email, she was punctual on our meetings, and helped calm our nerves and kept our ideas organized. Kim and her team were able to execute our vision completely and we are so grateful that we had her on our team.
Kim is also thoughtful and helped us to save money here and there, but not sacrificing our vision. It’s clear she’s very experienced.
On the day of our wedding, everything turned out even better than we imagined. Kim had everything set up exactly like she had planned with us. The Aulani staff were so genuinely nice and professional, they made us feel even more loved on our special day. We didn’t have any hiccups at our wedding, if there were, we didn’t at all. After our wedding, multiple sets of family and friends commented about how great our wedding planner was, how professional and nice she is. She definitely left a good impression. -

Hawaiian dream wedding
Kim Ross was absolutely amazing! We didn't have an exact budget, but we knew what we wanted to include in the wedding and what we didn't. Every question we asked, Kim answered quickly and helped us create our perfect wedding. She asked questions based on our wants and things we didn't even know we wanted. She knew exactly how to calm our minds with all of the details that are included in making our day great. She even took the time to answer questions that we had about the other Hawaiian islands for our honeymoon. We can go on and on about the amazing team at Disney and how easy they made everything for our special day. -

Everything went so smoothly with the help of our planner Kim. My bridesmaids said they've never seen a wedding so organized! We had monthly meetings with Kim until the month of the wedding, and Kim was always very responsive and made sure everything was done right. Kim also helped us register the marriage license which made things so much more convenient. Both my husband and I are Disney fans, and we couldn't be happier and more grateful to have our wedding at Aulani! The place was absolutely stunning, and my guests had so much fun staying at the resort, especially the kids! Highly recommend Aulani to be your destination for wedding!! -

Beyond Perfect, Thanks to Nicole
My wife Nancy and I had the most memorable experience in Hawai‘i this September, and our wedding day truly could not have been more perfect. A huge part of that was due to how organized, attentive, and supportive Nicole was throughout the entire process.
From the very beginning, the months leading up to our wedding felt effortless. We had small planning milestones each month, and every question, no matter how small, was answered quickly and clearly. Nicole made us feel confident and prepared every step of the way.
On our wedding day, we experienced an unexpected rain shower. What could have turned into a stressful situation was handled with complete grace. Nicole immediately had umbrellas ready, and what we thought might be a problem actually turned into one of our favorite photo moments. It became a fun, spontaneous, and unique memory that we will cherish forever.
The ceremony itself was beautiful. Our officiant brought both of our families together in a meaningful and heartfelt way. It was everything we dreamed of and more.
After the ceremony, Nicole continued to guide us seamlessly through photos and the rest of the schedule. We never once felt lost, rushed, or overwhelmed. We were able to stay present and simply enjoy the day.
Nancy and I could not be happier with how everything turned out. It was not only a perfect day with our families, it felt like a celebration shared with the wonderful Aulani team, especially Nicole. By the end of the night, she did not feel like just our coordinator, she felt like a true friend. We are incredibly grateful for her dedication, kindness, and the heart she put into making our wedding unforgettable. -

It was a true fairytale wedding, a dream come true! The attention to detail, vendors were incredible and Kim was so attentive and helpful. When we first started working together with Aulani and our planner Nicole, we had no idea about anything, and she really guided us through all of it. Professional, effective, warm, and supportive. It was like planning the wedding with your friend who has the knowledge of ChatGPT 😂😂 Nicole stayed on top of all the timelines and coordination, and she helped us find vendors to satisfy special requests as well. She even took the extra mile to solve a last minute seating chart issue for us and somehow stayed so positive and calm in the midst of the wedding day. We truly appreciate Nicole and all of the staff at Aulani from the bottom of our hearts.
Everything turned out so much better than we could ever imagine. The guests had a BLAST, the food was amazing, and the wedding was so beautiful. It was honestly the best night of our lives. We highly recommend couples who are looking to have their wedding in Hawaii to book with Aulani. It will be your most magical experience. -

Five stars isn’t enough!
The staff at Aulani were truly amazing and took the time to take care of us and our guests throughout our event. They were well prepared and created an intimate and comfortable environment. We planned our wedding from across the country and never saw the venue prior to, but the cast members exceeded our expectations. Nicole was simply the best and most prepared wedding coordinator. She kept our stress levels low and helped bring our vision alive. I cannot recommend this venue enough! -

I wanted to surprise my wife with a vow renewal on our 38th anniversary and we had already decided to visit the Aulani Disney property so I reached out to the wedding planning department at the hotel. I had no idea how to proceed or what was needed for an event of this nature. Some background on me: I own an event company based in Las Vegas that does large events from presidential inaugurations, Super Bowls, the three largest trade shows in the world, and other major sporting events. But I was in an element I had never dealt with before and I was very nervous to say the least. This was personal and I needed it to be perfect. Nicole Tam from the Aulani Wedding and Events Department was absolutely brilliant. She walked me through every detail including the room block and she even was onsite during the ceremony to make sure everything was perfect. Everything was amazing and exceeded my expectations by leaps and bounds. We have been home about ten days and I’m still smiling about how great this experience was. -

It’s been about four months since our magical wedding at Aulani and we are still in awe of how perfect it was. We didn’t originally plan on having a full-on wedding ceremony, let alone a destination one. But our mutual love of Disney and the husband’s fond memories from his Navy days, Aulani was the perfect choice.
Kim Ross, our coordinator, was truly exceptional throughout the entire process. From the very first video call, her professionalism and knowledge eased our anxiety of planning a destination wedding. She went above and beyond to make sure our wedding day was seamless and stress-free. Kim truly brought our vision to life, better than we had ever imagined. Behind the scenes, she was the glue that held everything together, letting us focus on enjoying every magical moment without a single worry.
We can’t help but gush over how special our day was at Aulani and we owe that to Kim and the Aulani team. Their experience and expertise shone through in every detail. We appreciated the vendor recommendations and it was clear how seamless they worked together. We highly recommend our team of vendors: Photography/Videography – Visionari, DJ/MC/Photobooth – Hawaii Events Unlimited, Florals – Sweet Pea and Petunia, Hair & Makeup – Faith & Beauty.
It was truly an unforgettable day. The ceremony on the ‘AMA ‘AMA patio, with its stunning ocean view, made for picture-perfect wedding photos. The 1-bedroom suite was ideal for getting-ready photos, and every part of the day, from the delicious food to the gorgeous cake, exceeded our expectations. Of course, having Mickey and Minnie there to celebrate with us was the cherry on top of our Disney fairytale.
Our experience at Disney Aulani was nothing short of magical. Kim Ross and her incredible team turned our dream wedding into a reality, and it’s a day we will cherish forever. If you’re dreaming of a Disney destination wedding, Aulani is the place to make it happen! -

Aulani is one of our favorite Disney resorts and getting to host our wedding celebration there was a dream come true! From the beginning of the destination wedding planning process, Nicole Tam, our wedding coordinator, made it a smooth journey of helping to organize which tasks were the first priorities; and all along the way, she kept us on track with the next steps of the planning process. She offered excellent recommendations on outside vendors to help make our wedding vision a reality. She listened to our vision carefully and helped us to stay within our budget. Nicole was very friendly, patient, kind, professional, detail oriented, and organized! Even though we live in CA and were planning from afar, Nicole kept us in the loop with our phone call meetings and email updates. Our vision came true on our special day and we had a wonderful time celebrating with our family and friends.
On the day of the wedding, Nicole was the critical source of helping everyone stay on time and setting up our vendors for success for a smooth day. Our photographer/video team was great at helping us capture the photo ideas that we had in mind. Our floral team made beautiful arrangements that helped to decorate our reception space with our favorite colors. Our food and catering team provided excellent service for our guests and everyone was raving about the food. Our DJ kept the party going with a fun mix of music. From the beginning, my wedding journey with Disney was nothing short of magical. My wedding coordinator was Nicole Tam and she was the absolute best! She was super knowledgeable about the resort, flexible with phone calls and emails, and was always on time for everything. I wanted a stress-free tropical destination wedding and that is exactly what I got. It could not have been more magical. From the first contact through to the end of our wedding day, Nicole handled all the details leaving me free to enjoy the experience. It’s hard to believe that we can say we had a Disney fairytale wedding, but our wedding planner, Nicole Tam, made it happen! From day 1 (1.5 years out) to our wedding day, she provided exceptional guest service from vendor recommendations, countless floor plan adjustments, and a friendly face that helped us through all the busyness that comes with wedding planning. Our wedding day was only possible due to Nicole and the rest of the Aulani team working the event. The food was amazing (highly recommend the Hawaiian Lu’au buffet) and the Cast Members were continuously attentive to our guests throughout the night. I can’t express my appreciation and gratitude enough to all the Cast Members who took such great care of us during our wedding and our stay at the Aulani resort afterwards, they truly are the reason why we had such an amazing wedding experience! -

My wife and I searched for months for a venue and planner that would meet our needs, and when we found Aulani it was a done deal. Nicole Tam was an incredible planner that met with us almost every month for the 16 months leading up to our wedding. She helped us in so many ways, from making our timeline, creating our layout, and helping us coordinate/find vendors. I honestly don't see how we could have done the wedding to even half the quality without her! Aulani was also an incredible venue to stay at. Our ocean side rooms and parlor suite were incredible, with the service of the hotel being nothing short of the best. Our guests also had an incredible time enjoying the resort!
We booked Lanikuhonua as our venue but the Disney experience at that venue was so incredible. The staff was excellent. Randy (our ukulele musician) is so talented and his performance during our ceremony had the crowd in tears. The dining staff was so good as well! The food was all the rave and the staff made sure we always had adequate food and drink! There was a point where my wife and I stepped away from the table to take sunset photos, and when we were walking back there was a staff member standing over our food to fan it and make sure no flies landed on it!
I can't recommend Aualni enough as a place to get married; and if you have Nicole as your planner you will have nothing to worry about! -

Let me start by saying that Kim Ross is the absolute best wedding coordinator we could have asked for. She made just about every over the top thing we wanted happen with the exception of a helicopter. Now looking back at it, it may have been for the better. LOL. She communicated every detail, every change, made suggestions and her response time was the absolute best. We consider her family now. That's how comfortable and confident she made us feel. The Aulani is a beautiful family friendly resort. They are very attentive. We stayed in one of the Villas and it had everything we needed for our stay. We have intentions of returning for vacation next year. The only thing we didn't like but that wasn't a deal breaker is they don't offer room service. However, no biggie because they have so many dining options. If you're thinking about having your wedding here or just visiting on vacation, I strongly encourage you to. -

Truly a magical fairytale experience with Aulani Disney
Our wedding at Aulani Disney Resort was nothing short of magical, earning an easy five stars for their service, response times, venue, coordination, and food quality. Our wedding coordinator, Kim, was incredible, with monthly check-ins that kept everything on track. She went above and beyond, even coming in on her PTO to assist with last-minute adjustments. The day of the wedding went extremely smoothly, creating a truly magical experience. The officiant Kimo and the Chandelier Ballroom were both stunning and added to the beauty of our day. All the recommended vendors were fantastic, and the food was excellent, with guests commenting it was the best wedding food they've ever had. The resort itself is breathtaking, with photos not doing it justice. Being at Aulani felt like stepping into a fairy tale. Mickey and Minnie’s presence added a magical touch, making it the most memorable day of our lives. We loved all the little details, from the swag gear to the hidden Mickeys scattered throughout. Overall, the first-class service and magical ambiance made our wedding at Aulani an unforgettable experience.

Nicole Tam was my wedding planner and let me just start off by saying how amazing she is. Nicole and her team were so helpful, organized, nice, patient, understanding, and so much more. She made it so smooth and easy for us and I cannot thank her enough. All of the cast members that were at our wedding were so friendly and positive to everyone (shout out to Jamie, girl you were like a ray of sunshine!). I got so many comments on how it was the most beautiful wedding that they've ever been to and that the food was the best as well.
I know a lot of people say "it'll happen fast" and I definitely took that lightly. It was like a blur and if I could relive that fun and emotional day, I would. It was absolutely perfect and it wouldn't have been a dream come true if it wasn't for Nicole and her team.

It was indeed magical and the Disney fairytale wedding of our dreams!
We are so happy that we chose Disney Aulani Resort to have our wedding. We both love Disney, and having our wedding at this resort has made our Disney experiences even more memorable. Our wedding was an evening ceremony in January 2024 at the Laniwai Spa. This is a lovely, enchanting and private outdoor venue made unique for each ceremony with perfect lighting and beautiful decorations of your choice. We decided after much thought that an intimate elopement would be perfect for us.
Our coordinator Kim Ross was amazing! She took care of all of our concerns during the planning process and stayed with us throughout the ceremony making sure it went smoothly. Aulani makes the planning process very simple! They have several venues to choose from. Kim helped us get in touch with the vendors they use and/or recommend for the various services. We were able to choose our specific ceremony type, music, decorations, flowers, leis, cake, and hair and makeup services. Kim coordinated our photographer, videographer, dining reservations, and wedding timeline for the day as well as taking care of the wedding license. This was a huge help to us and made the day as stress free as possible. We have to give a shout out to Randy our musician and Kimo our officiant! The atmosphere they created made us so comfortable and able to enjoy and cherish our ceremony. We are so so happy with how our wedding turned out and thoroughly enjoyed meeting and working with the vendors for our various services. They are truly professionals are we were blown away by their work! We cannot say enough how happy and thankful we are for how everything turned out. We are already planning to return for anniversary trips as we love everything about the resort! We had very good experiences at the beach, the pools and every restaurant. Our room was lovely and all the staff are extremely kind and accommodating. Disney Aulani is highly recommended for your wedding or stay!

Our Disney Aulani Wedding
Working with Disney's Fairytale Weddings at the Aulani Resort & Spa was beyond what we could have imagined it to be. This was our first wedding, so we had no idea what to expect but our wedding planner (Kim Ross) helped us in every way possible to give us the best experience. She was incredible to work with, from the quick response times, to the monthly Zoom meetings (since we weren't local), to the day we arrived on the island for our wedding weekend festivities; it was truly a smooth wedding planning process for us. If you are thinking about having a Disney wedding or a Hawaii wedding, definitely check out Aulani Resort & Spa! Their Fairytale Weddings team (services, communication, attention to detail, knowledge, contacts with vendors, etc.) to the Aulani resort itself (views, experiences (luau), rooms/villas, atmosphere, etc.) were tremendous and we have zero complaints. So many of our wedding guests said, "This wedding was a movie." or "This was the best wedding I have been too." This brought us joy and happiness, all thanks to Kim and all of her hard work! We can't truly thank her and everyone enough for bringing our fairytale wedding to life!! This was a milestone moment, that we will remember for the rest of our lives!! -

There are not enough words I could use to describe how wonderful my experience with Nicole Tam was.
On our first call, she was clear with understanding my wants and my concerns, helping to make me feel that my dream was possible.
The planning process went very smoothly. That, I can’t emphasize enough. She made me feel that I was in control the whole time, no need to rush things giving me plenty of time to research.
I have a tendency to micromanage, so the feeing of being in control was very important to my confidence during this experience.
Planning a wedding from a different state is complicated and difficult, and even though she was able to make me feel confortable about the choices i made, I was still scared of the outcome. And let me tell you something, I’m hard to impress, but there was not a single thing that didn’t exceed my expectations. All the details were even more than I could have dreamed. Everything was perfect and delicious.
Due to the distance, I hadn’t tried any food beforehand, and every single thing from the appetizers, to deserts, to drinks was absolutely not only very beautifully displayed, but more importantly it was utterly delicious. I had people saying “It was the best sushi I ever had”, “the best margarita”, “the best mai tai”, and “the best cake”. The buffet had endless choices, and everything very well done.
I would like to give a shout out the team Nicole was able to put together. The attention they paid to all of the guests was very much up to Disney’s standards. We had a person dedicated to serve just us (the bride and groom) and I thought this was an amazing detail. My cup was always full and there was always something available to eat.
It was a night to remember. Like my cousin said “I haven’t seen a wedding like yours, not even in the movies.” Nicole Tam…you were born to make dreams come true.

My husband and I knew we wanted a Disney wedding, and we’re thankful we decided on Aulani! We had never been to Hawaii before and figured it would be the perfect place for our destination wedding and honeymoon.
We connected with Candice, who was welcoming, kind, and instrumental in helping us decide on Lanikuhonua as our ceremony and reception venue. Initially, we aimed for the 'Ama 'Ama patio or the Rainbow Reef Patio, but those were already booked on our date. As it turned out, this worked to our advantage, as we later discovered those locations weren't as private as we hoped.
I was thrilled when Nicole was assigned as our wedding coordinator, having heard she was the best (and she certainly lived up to that reputation). Working with her was an absolute joy as she guided me through every step of the planning process. Our monthly phone calls felt like conversations with a friend. Nicole streamlined the entire experience by presenting choices for DJs, floral arrangements, hair/makeup, and photography. When I encountered challenges securing a limo and ordering leis just days before the wedding, Nicole took charge, arranging for the limo company to contact me and even handling the lei order.
On our wedding day, Nicole and Kamalani were on hand to ensure everything ran seamlessly. It seemed Nicole had shared some insights about my husband and me with the vendors because they all knew our story and our likes. With our intimate gathering of around 30 people, everyone remarked on the lovely and relaxed atmosphere. It's often said that the bride and groom are too tired to eat, but my husband and I were able to sit down and truly enjoy our meal.
Planning any wedding can be stressful, especially a destination one, but Nicole's expertise made it remarkably smooth. Aulani is fortunate to have her as a wedding coordinator, and I would wholeheartedly recommend anyone considering a wedding at Aulani to go for it! Our wedding was an absolute fairy tale thanks to Nicole and her team! -

I had originally heard of Disney Weddings when my sister got married at the Grand Californian hotel. When I talked to her about her experience with the the wedding planning she said it was more so of just choosing everything she liked and they handled the rest.
When I started planning my wedding I knew I wanted to have my wedding at Aulani! I had such a great time working with Kim Ross as my wedding planner, she was super organized and we walked through each step of the planning process together. It's nice because Disney has a set list of approved vendors you can choose from so it made the stress of researching vendors so much easier.
I highly recommend if anyone is thinking about doing a Disney wedding to go for it! The whole property is gorgeous and I had an amazing time. -

Nicole was recommended to me by another Disney bride so we requested Nicole from the start of our wedding planning journey. I can see why Nicole was so highly recommended because she's not only professional but also incredibly kind. Throughout the planning process, she kept us on track with our wedding tasks during our monthly calls and also helped us stay within our ideal budget. We felt so comfortable working with her since she was receptive to our feedback and helped us with all of our questions and custom requests! For example, we requested to do our tasting/tour earlier than expected due to our travel plans, and she was able to accommodate us! Meeting Nicole in person was also such a treat - she has an incredibly warm energy and we really felt welcomed onto the property. Nothing but great things to say about the wedding team at the Aulani resort. From the prompt replies when first inquiring up until the day of our vow renewal, our experience was absolutely great. Our coordinator Nicole was always a phone call/email away with any questions or anything involving our event.
We had a small but intimate 10 year vow renewal ceremony on the sunset alcove of the Aulani property. We had a great view and the setup was just perfect for our group of family in attendance. We wanted to keep it on the minimal side and it worked out just perfect. The flower arrangement was from sweet petunia was beautiful. We wanted to take it home. Our ukulele player Randy set such a great ambience and is a very talented musician. Bianca our photographer was very knowledgeable of the property which made it easy to get to the spots for photos within our given time.
I can’t stress enough that the wedding team at Aulani is beyond amazing to work with. They made our small intimate ceremony feel like a grand event. Thank you Nicole ! -

This is a long overdue review. We got married February 18, 2023 at Aulani and it was the MOST MAGICAL day ever. We had initially looked into a couple of other hotels, but felt like we didn’t connect with the staff but that all changed when we met Nicole! Nicole was absolutely phenomenal to work with. She listened and understood our vision for our wedding and how it ran. She took care of our timeline and literally I had no stress that day because of her. We did not have our ceremony at Aulani as we are Catholic and got married at our local church, but Nicole took care of everything while we were at our ceremony and the transition was so smooth to get to our reception. She also made sure that my husband and I got to enjoy some of our appetizers before the reception doors opened. Which we so appreciated as, I did not eat cuz of pure excitement and adrenaline, haha.
The staff at Aulani was amazing. The food EXCELLENT. We got so many compliments. Thank you to Nicole and the rest of the Aulani staff for taking care of us for our special day. Definitely highlight of our life. I wish we could get married all over again to experience this magic again. 🤍🤍 -

We visited Aulani for the first time in 2021 and absolutely fell in love with the place. After we got engaged in 2022, we knew we wanted to get married at a Disney property in 2023 because we knew we were going to get exceptional service in addition to being huge Disney fans.
The setup / contract:
We decided to go all out and go for the Aulani for a wedding of 80 people. We reached out to Disney Fairytale weddings online and a representative from Disney got back to us quickly. We got connected with Candice who was super helpful in walking us through the logistics of all the packages and options that were available. We worked with Candice for about a month, signed the contract, and we were connected with our incredible Wedding Manager, Nicole Tam.
Wedding Planning:
We weren’t sure what to expect when trying to plan a wedding at Aulani from California but I know it would not have been possible without the incredible Nicole Tam. From our very first meeting, my husband and I knew we were in very good hands. We wanted to have a wedding that blended our Jewish and Japanese backgrounds and Nicole listened to all of the ideas we had and found ways to make it happen. Nicole also gave a ton of her expertise in giving us suggestions which made our big day even more special or easier. Nicole even helped book reservations for the Luau for our welcome dinner and secured dining reservations for the day after the wedding. She makes you feel so confident going into the day of the wedding and is there every step of the way. Also, the Aulani team is absolutely incredible and so much fun. Our guests had such great things to say about every interaction they had (they raved about the food for a few days after.)
Nicole was so thorough during our monthly meetings making sure we were on track and was extremely communicative outside of the meetings. What was even more helpful is the communication and relationship Nicole has with the Aulani approved vendors, and how she works through the timeline with them.
The Tasting:
We were able to visit the Aulani for a menu tasting a few months before the wedding, and I knew from that experience that the wedding would be perfect. If you can make it out for a tasting, I highly recommend it. We reworked a lot of our menu, including the cake flavors, because we fell in love with a few dishes we had in person. A big plus also is Aulani bakes in the cost of the tasting into your package unlike other venues that charge you for the tasting.
The vendors:
The Aulani has an approved vendor list which is great. Note that you can also use your own outside vendors but will cost you extra vs. using the vendors approved by Aulani. For us, we had an amazing set of vendors Photography (Bianca Photography), DJ/MC/Lighting/Photobooths (Hawaii Events Unlimited), and Flowers (Love Letter Weddings), all highly recommended.
The Big days:
We had our welcome dinner at the Kawa’a luau the night before the wedding, had the ceremony on the stunning AMA AMA Patio facing the beach, cocktail hour on the Kipuka Lawn and reception in the Kaiona Ballroom. Nicole was all hands on deck for us the entire day and made it so easy the day of the wedding as well as the days leading up to the wedding. We wanted to create a magical and unique experience for our guests, and the way it turned out was beyond what we even thought possible. Nicole made It was a truly unforgettable experience and the cost itself was well worth it just to have Nicole work with us. I would tell anyone that if you are thinking of getting married at Aulani, just do it.

Best Day of Our Lives
We had the wonderful opportunity of working with Kim as our wedding planner. With her steady guidance we were able to plan our wedding relatively stress-free and when our special day came, every single thing went without a hitch. We don’t understand why anyone would have a traditional wedding when you could visit this beautiful island instead and work with such fantastic people. Highly recommend! -

Our wedding at Aulani was just the most magical day we could have ever imagined.
We flew over with our closest friends and family from England.
Our planner/ Co-Ordinator was the brilliant Kim Ross. She was incredibly efficient the entire planning process as well as emailing after our planning sessions with up-to-date budget costing, vendors, and ideas.
We have truly made a lifelong friend in Kim. She went above and beyond to make our day special and unique to us. We even asked for special requests such as having a special character attend our wedding and she was able to talk to the right people to make it happen. We were lucky enough to be the first couple to have Goofy attend our wedding at Aulani.
We planned a wedding with an 11-hour time difference, but communication was never an issue, zoom calls were scheduled that worked for both of us along with constant email communication.
On the day Kim was just amazing, we knew everything would run smoothly.
Our ceremony was at Ama Ama Patio at 9am, followed by a mimosa hour on the lawn and a sit-down brunch in the Ballroom. They catered to our special food requests, so we had magical touches such as mini breakfast burritos and spam hash. The cake not only looked beautiful but both layers tasted amazing. The bar staff as well as the food staff and our shaved ice station were brilliant, incredibly attentive, and friendly.
We used Imaginewurks for videoing the ceremony and they were brilliant.
Randy was our musician and just wow! Honestly, he is just the most amazing ukulele player our guests can’t stop talking about how brilliant he was.
Make-up and hair- Perfectly made, Erika and her team are just brilliant.
Floral was sweet pea petunia and just wow. I sent over lots of reference photos and ideas on what I wanted and on the day was just amazed what a beautiful display they had created. It lasted in our room for the next week and half and was such a beautiful reminder of our special day.
Kimo our officiant, he was just the nicest guy and gave us the perfect ceremony, he kept us both calm and during the rehearsal the day before ran through everything with us.
We are so grateful to have had to most magical day, so thank you Aulani weddings/ Disney fairy-tale weddings.

There is not enough time and not enough words to describe how amazing our experience was with hosting our Wedding Ceremony and Reception at Aulani, Disney Resort.
Our Coordinator, Nicole, was so delightful - Our months of planning from the Mainland to Hawaii went so smoothly. Nicole is amazing at what she does, and we loved our entire wedding planning experience with her. Our Day Of Coordinators were Kim and Kamalani. Kim was absolutely amazing, and we both got along with her so well. We can genuinely say we made a new friend. Kamalani is also amazing, she works so hard behind the scenes to make sure everything ran smoothly. The Aulani Team really is a Dream Team and honestly, as a Type-A individual and Bride, I couldn't have asked for a better team!
Our Venues were 'AMA 'AMA Patio and Halawai Lawn, and both were so beautiful and perfect for our Ceremony and Reception Dinner Celebration. The food was so good, and the food and beverage staff were so great.

Nicole Tam is a fantastic wedding coordinator/manager for our wedding. She became accomodating to our schedule for meetings and made every meeting personable. She kept us on track with our wedding planning timeline. We were stress free on wedding day as her and her team handled all vendor communication and set-up. If we were to have our wedding (or maybe future vow renewal?) again, we would definitely have her as our coordinator!

We were very happy with our Disney Aulani wedding. The experience was stress free even though we had to postpone twice due to the pandemic. They made the experience very easy for ourselves to reschedule everything as well as for our guests with rescheduling their room block. The wedding itself was beautiful and our coordinator made sure everything progressed in a timely manner that didn’t feel rushed but also allowed us to include everything we wanted in the allotted time. Where to begin, my husband and I have been talking with Nicole Tam our wedding coordinator for over 2 years; FaceTime, calls, emails, she was always there when I had a question or needed something. We live in Florida so the time difference you would think was an issue but worked out fine. We got married on November 4th at AMA AMA ceremony, it was the perfect space, the view was spectacular and their was no guest disruptions, our wedding coordinator Nicole was the best of the best. She made a stressful time for some people go smoothy, even on the day of the wedding I felt relaxed and at ease knowing that Nicole was taking care of all of my vendors and the time. I was able to sit back and relax and enjoy getting ready. She did an amazing job helping me pick out my vendors; Florist(Sweet pea and petunia), Musician(Randy Allen on the Ukulele), Hair and Make up (perfectly made Eika) photographer (Bianca Photography) and videographer (Imagine works) and having the itinerary for the day of sent to us a few weeks before so we could make any modifications we wanted and know the timeline, even though she took care of it. I would of never thought a destination wedding would be as easy as it was all because of Nicole, she made a day that is unforgettable and took it to a level that I would of never expected. It was everything my husband and I could of asked for and even more then our expectations, she truly blew us away. All the vendors were out of this world, the flowers were on point and more then I even visioned. Randy is so talented and was the best choice. Bianca was incredible she knew where she wanted us, what she wanted me to do, did what we wanted to do as well, she was phonomenal. Videographer followed along side with Bianca and everyone was a team.! Made my Disney Fairytale wedding more than I asked for and I am truly thankful for everyone for making our day so magical even with a little sprinkle we received all the blessings and for Nicole being such a Boss! I can't wait to have our vow renewal done with her again! -

An Amazing & Perfect Dream Wedding!
From start to finish, it was such a magical and effortless experience. Nicole Tam and the entire Aulani team went above and beyond to create a magical Disney dream wedding.
We began our journey a year and half ago, Nicole was there for us every step of the way with monthly check- ins and coordinating preferred vendors (all excellent options), making the process effortless. Nicole was very communicative and responsive, responding promptly to emails and texts we would send at all hours of the day.
The wedding was flawless, every detail and every moment of the was executed to perfection, beyond our expectations. There were a lot of moving parts, but I was able to completely relax and enjoy the day, knowing that Nicole had everything completely under control. The ceremony and reception were phenomenal, it could not have gone any better. We received TONS of compliments from our guests that this is the best wedding they have ever attended.
I can not recommend Nicole Tam and the entire Aulani team enough! Our wedding vision was not only perfectly brought to life, but exceeded our expectations in so many ways.

Aulani Disney Hawaii+Nicole Tam+Dream team=Fairytale wedding & happiest moment of my life
Our wedding was everything we wished for times infinity. We don’t think words can describe how much we appreciate Nicole Tam, our wedding coordinator. We all highly recommend her! My husband and I still remember the first time we spoke to her on the phone, we just knew Aulani Disney was the right choice and we didn’t need to call anywhere else. She made us feel really excited and happy after the call and we knew we were in good hands. We were clueless about all things wedding, but she was so professional, caring, and went above and beyond to help us feel at ease throughout this whole process that lasted over a year. One embarrassing moment during my wedding was when the seat cushion got stuck to my dress and I saw her running to take it off. That meant so much to me! I know weddings aren’t always perfect and I was prepared if somethings would go wrong, but we can honestly say our wedding day was perfect and I wouldn’t change anything. Nicole made sure that we received all the items we delivered to Aulani, everything was set up perfectly, and she made sure we all got to the venue comfortably and on time. Nicole didn’t need to, but she made sure my parents got back to the resort safely as well as my husband and me AND a bunch of us. Our friends and family who traveled from all over raved for weeks about how incredible everything was, from the service “with the biggest smile”, to the delicious food, and all the little details. We knew Disney would be amazing, but we were blown away by how great they did. Nicole recommended a list of amazing vendors to choose from and I’m so happy to have chosen the team below. These years have been tough with so much going on in the world, but there was something so magical that Disney provided us and we will cherish it forever. I could honestly go on and on about how grateful I am, and all the little details, but I’ll just end it with a thank you from the bottom of our hearts.

My Aulani wedding was full of Magic and Love! I couldn't have thought of a more perfect place to get married. It is honestly a one stop magical shop for all things beautiful and Disney. Nicole Tam was my wedding coordinator that was heaven sent! She made the planning super easy. I live in California and planned the wedding of my dreams with Nicole's help easily. I never had to stress about any of the details! Even the day of the wedding, I was short a couple of center pieces and her and her magical team set up beautiful crystal castles on the tables that needed something. She literally saved the day! The food was absolutely delicious! Filet mignons and lobster tails cooked to perfection. Beautiful 2 tier Hawaiian Princess wedding cake with hidden mickey pearl details. To top if off we had the shave ice cart after dancing! I would do it all over if I could! I loved the entire Aulani Experience! -

We began this journey in 2019 when we flew over to Aulani from the mainland to see if a Disney Fairytale Wedding at Aulani would interest us. Well, it did! Aulani took our breath away, the wedding options, the property, the subtle Disney touches mixed with the traditional Hawaiian theming and the professionalism of the entire staff were unmatched. Then the pandemic hit! We had to postpone not once, but twice, in 2020 and 2021! It broke our hearts, but Aulani helped mend it! They honored everything that was originally contracted two years prior and Nicole Tam, our wedding planner and her amazing team of professionals completely understood the vision my fiancé and I had for our ceremony and reception and wonderfully helped us produce our dream wedding! The food was delicious, and we were fortunate enough to have Chef Carolyn, who appeared on Food Network's Spring Baking Championship last season, prepare our wedding cake and the desserts for our guests, which were utterly divine! If you are thinking about having a Fairytale Wedding at Aulani...don't think...just do! You will not regret the decision and your guests will love it as much as you will! -

We started planning our wedding in 2019 with the original date set for April 2020. We had to postpone 4 times and finally had the wedding April 2022!
Words can’t describe how exceptional and amazing our coordinator, Nicole Tam, and her team were. They were so flexible, kind and understanding. Nicole handled all the date changes with our vendors and did absolutely everything she could to make our lives easier - she is the magic! Nicole gracefully dealt with my mother who is particular and has a lot of requests. Nicole listened to everything we said over 3+ years and turned our dream in to an actual real life fairy tale!
Disney allowed us to keep our original pricing for our wedding package, menu, cake, room block, etc. - all of which the price had significantly increased on over the years. When our Sept 2021 date was cancelled, Disney (thanks to Nicole) allowed us to keep our room block so anyone that still wanted to travel, due to non-refundable flights or whatever, could do so. Hubby and I took advantage and we we’re given a second menu and cake tasting which was so nice!
If you can, I highly recommend planning a wedding with Disney Fairy Tale Weddings; if you do it at Aulani, try to plan with Nicole! -

Nicole was amazing to us and made wedding planning so easy and less stress. We had to reschedule our wedding 3 times due to Covid. She was never rude and helped us extremely. The place was so beautiful and I’m so sad that the day is over. She made the experience wonderful and enjoy full. Always checking on us and all the vendors she recommend rock as well. I loved everything about our magical Hawaiian wedding at Aulani! Nicole Tam is an absolute gem to work with as well. Having our wedding postponed because of covid was a bummer, but Nicole helped us reschedule and plan seamlessly. The food and cake were a hit! Multiple guests said this was the best wedding ever! That speaks volumes because only MOH is an event Director for a prestigious county club! This definitely was the best day ever. -

I cannot say enough nice things about Nicole Tam, Aulani's Wedding Coordinator. We admired especially her professional guidance to our daughter to ensure our daughter was very happy with our ceremony! We loved every vendor chosen to help us achieve the desired result, and the flexabilty shown navigating Covid changes! Nicole helped schedule outings for our guests, set up cabana usage and the Luau for our guests. Our event was a true dream come true in paradise! -

Everything Was Amazing!!
I don’t know where to start! Everything was amazing! From start to finish, the experience was perfect. I got to plan just enough that the ceremony was truly our own and was very personal, but I didn’t have to bother with the logistics and the details of the planning. Christian Courtney was our planner. That man is amazing! He just handled everything and was so supportive and helpful! I was never stressed or worried about anything because of him! I used the aulani spa for my hair and makeup, that was one of the best decisions I made! They were fantastic as well!! Bianca Photography was our photographer. Her and her team where amazing to work with!! There were so many people that went in to making our wedding perfect! Our wedding was exactly what we wanted and I can’t recommend having a wedding with them enough! I would do it all over again in a heartbeat!! -

Our wedding was everything we dreamed it would be, and it's all thanks to Aulani's wedding team!
After my husband, Dustin, proposed to me back in Jan 2019 at none other than a Disney park, we chose to plan our wedding at Aulani because of our love for "relaxing in the summer sun", and everything Disney. We made an inquiry on disneyweddings.com, set a date for Feb 2, 2020, and never looked back! We set a budget for our big day, got our RSVP's back, and took on the challenge to plan a fun celebration for us and our 80 guests. The logistics of planning a party like this would seem so daunting, but oh my, Aulani's wedding team is simply amazing at making sure all goes smoothly as possible. They set you up with a great planner/coordinator to go through every thing from florals and photography/videography to food and decorations. They have a list of expert vendors who are familiar with the premises at Aulani, and all we had to do was just pick and choose depending on our budget. They follow up with you constantly to make sure we were making our deadlines, even though we were in different time zones.
With our experience, we met with our original planner (Rei) in June 2019, and she showed us the beauty that is Aulani Resorts. We chose the Ama Ama Patio (with the wonderful beach view) for our ceremony, and the Ballrooms for our reception. She also did an amazing job answering all the big questions about how our day would run, what sort of food and cake we could have, what decorations (for tables and linens) we could choose from, but she never pressured us to choose any thing right at the spot. She gave us enough choices and time to make the planning process as comfortable as possible.
However, with about 4 months left to our wedding, we were told we had a change in wedding planners! Although we thought this would be the bump in our planning process, we were still given the opportunity to work with yet another amazing planner (Christian)! He followed through with all our requests (even when some were terribly last minute - forgive us!) and made sure all was going to go according to plan on our big day. He executed our simple and fun "Up" theme wedding so perfectly, and everything was simply seamless... He coordinated everything with our photographers/videographers, florists, officiant, and wedding party... so Dustin and I just had an adventure of our lives that day!

Once upon a time there was a little girl that dreamed of becoming a Disney Princess. Well that dream didn't come to fruition, but she did become a Disney Bride! This was all thanks to the amazing team at Aulani, A Disney Resort and Spa and their fearless leader Nicole Tam.
365 days before our October 2019 wedding, we called the Disney Fairytale Weddings team and the rest was happily ever after! Working with Nicole was a dream, she answered every question, anticipated my needs as a picky bride (and dare I say bridezilla at times) and executed a wedding even more magical than we could have ever hoped for. We can't thank Nicole and her team enough for all the blood, sweat, and tears (minus the blood and plus lots of happy tears) that was put into making our wedding the most amazing and beautiful day of our lives. -

Hawaiian Disney Wedding Fairytale
When my now husband and I thought wedding planning we were stressed before we even began. We started with entertaining the thought of a destination wedding. Since we live in CA and Disneyland is our 2nd home, got engaged at Disney world, we thought Disney Aulani should be one to look into. Started on their website and requested for more info. Nicole the event manager from Disney Aulani reached out to us. She is amazing! She answered all my questions. Explained the difference between the 2 packages: Escape and Wish. I took the info and explained all to my fiance. We decided on what is important to us (intimate ceremony, cake, food, pictures) and picked the Escape package. The rest was easy. Nicole was always 1 step ahead. Communication was clear and thorough. Discuss, select, move on. Repeat. From February when we decided on Aulani, most details were worked out via email and within the 1st 2 months. Then again in July to confirm all and make payments. Then October came, we arrived and the next day 10.22.19 we met Nicole, got a tour of our venue, she took care of our marriage license. Later that evening all the vendor( referred by Nicole, and also amazing at what they do) came thru. The photographer, videographer, hairstylist, florist, officiant, and of course Nicole supervising all was a dream. We had the best time and the entire experience from planning to actual day was seamless and perfect! Stress from February to the day of was zero. The large chunk of time in between months was perfect. No one bothered us, we were left alone to focused on our attires and flights. Sat back and just waited for our vacation. There is not one thing I would change about our wedding or the entire experience. Coming from the wedding industry and meeting so many stressed brides I just knew going in to this there has to be a certain mindframe to hold so that I dont get stressed out and become bridezilla. Thats no fun and I still have work to focus on. Never did I expect such a wonderful process and wedding. Everything that was important to us came to fruition and better than expected. Our sunset photoshoot was fun and beautiful. Our ceremony was glamorous and intimate. The restaurant AMA AMA worked up a delicious menu just for us. Our cake was too pretty to eat. Thank you to all involved in the Disney Fairytale Wedding, especially Nicole! -

From the very beginning Nicole was amazing every step of the way. From our first meet and greet, my husband and I knew it had to be her. She was so organized, communicative, passionate and kind. The location was simply gorgeous and she helped us envisioned everything.
We exchanged hundreds of emails and calls on a weekly basis. She was able to accommodate every detail and request. We are from San Diego, California so planning a destination wedding could have been stressful or difficult. However, Nicole was so wonderful to work with, and she made it simple for us. The recommended vendors were the top choices and as kind and provided the best work.
We were luckily enough to visit Hawaii to choose the venue, then return a second time for the menu and cake tasting. It was a great experience both times! At each meeting Nicole gave us wonderful ideas to add that Disney touch to the wedding.
Nicole was in constant communication with us the entire year and we couldn’t have asked for anyone more amazing. Nicole and her team made our vision come to life. She was the most attentive, happy and helpful at all times.
The night before the wedding, Nicole accommodated last minute changes to the seating arrangements and rehearsal dinner. She was always so positive and calm and the day of the wedding she made everything stress free. I couldn’t have asked for a better day. Not only did she attend to my husband and I, but my family members too. She went above and beyond making sure she knew exactly what was needed and making sure the vendors and bridal party knew where to be and when. Her organization really helped to keep me stress free and able to enjoy our wedding.
I would 100 percent recommend Nicole and her team at the Aulani for their wedding. The staff at the Aulani resort was amazing as well, the vendors, waiters and bartenders were awesome! Always providing the best customer service.
The whole experience was magical and it was a memorable life event for the both of us.
I wouldn’t change one thing, It was truly the wedding of our dreams. -
