It is hard for me to put into words how absolutely magical and incredible The Beach House venue and team is! My husband and I knew that we wanted to get married in Hawaii by the water (we got engaged on Oahu), so when I started researching I came across The Beach House on Instagram and felt like it was love at first sight by the photos. I also loved that The Beach House is a renowned restaurant, since having delicious wedding food was an important aspect for me! I sent an inquiry and was responded to immediately by Tiffany. We set up an introductory call, and we instantly felt a connection with Tiff and how welcoming she is, you could feel the aloha spirit, and you could also tell she knows what she is doing and she is passionate about making your wedding dreams come true. BEST DECISION EVER BOOKING THE BEACH HOUSE!


The whole planning process was seamless! The Beach House (Tiff, Sylvia, and team) handle all the details, coordination, etc. and they only work with top tier and trusted vendors. I am a very Type A person, but I also know I get very easily overwhelmed. Tiff has the planning process down to make it as straightforward and stress free as possible. I could tell her my vision about color palette, vibe, and floral aesthetic, and she ensured they would bring it to life. They handle everything for you, and you can have confidence that they will not only bring your vision to life, but they will exceed your expectations and give the absolute best service. You basically just have to show up ready to get married!


During the wedding, we were treated like royalty and we always had everything we needed. Everyone on The Beach House staff was so kind and helpful and telling us congratulations.

Frannie was our day of coordinator and she was so sweet and calmed my nerves and always had a drink ready for me (lol).

Jade was our officiant and she led the most authentic and beautiful Hawaiian ceremony. She has a beautiful voice and smile and honestly made the ceremony so special. Guests told me it was the most unique wedding ceremony they ever witnessed.

The food was amazing! Our guests raved about the food and appetizers. Tiff made sure all of our guests' dietary restrictions were attended to. The filet mignon and lobster was cooked perfectly.

We had a coconut pass greeting, and the guests LOVED the experience and the history of the island as the coconuts were being passed out.

The live music and ukulele playing during the cocktail hour was so amazing!

My florals by Dawn at Sunrise Blooms were incredible; she brought my tropical floral dreams to life.

Matt & Tamao from Aya Productions for photo and video were so fun to work with and captured the most beautiful moments. They made us laugh and made us feel comfortable. My husband and I are awkward and don't know what to do in front of the camera, but you can’t tell by the photos!!!

Our DJ played all of my favorite songs and really kept the party going!

The Fresh Shave provided the best and most refreshing shave ice!

The fire dancers put on an amazing and exciting show! Our guests were so surprised and in awe.

The trolley service that transported us and our guests from the Koloa Landing Resort to/from the venue was super convenient.

We still think about our wedding and my only wish is that the day didn't go by so fast! Every single moment was so full of love and pure authentic aloha. We had so many guests telling us that it was the BEST wedding they have ever been to. Our guests are still talking about the wedding and how fun it was.

I reached out to The Beach House back in 2020 and had a wedding planned for December of that year. Then we had family emergencies (during Covid) and had to postpone, just 3 weeks out from the wedding date. Tiffany and team were extremely gracious and understanding and kept me on the books with no definite date planned! We finally made it to Kauai and The Beach House in August of this year (almost 2 yrs later) and we couldn’t have asked for a better team! Huuuge shout out to Fran and Courtney who were AMAZING all through the night, tending to us and taking care of all of us! The Beach House’s lawn is an absolute best and the ceremony and the sunset was priceless! Really, they are the best team and the best food and the best location! Couldn’t ask for a better destination wedding experience!
It’s really hard and stressful to plan a wedding miles and miles away. Tiffany and her team were very quick with their responses and attentive to my needs! They think of everything! I recommend them 10000000% and you won’t be disappointed! You will love working with them!

We are so fortunate to have found such a beautiful venue for our ceremony and reception! All of our wedding planning took place from Los Angeles, but we were reassured by the numerous reviews that mentioned how seamless the process was. We worked with Tiffany, who was amazing and responsive. She met our needs and answered all our questions while providing options for my husband and I. Our first visit to The Beach House was two days before our wedding when we met with the day of coordinator, Erica, who was an absolute delight as well. We were in awe of the ocean view venue and knew immediately that we had made a great decision. The officiant, Kelvin, touched everyone’s hearts and created the most beautiful ceremony. We didn’t spend too much time researching the DJ options, which I would recommend doing, because we did not love ours. Our photographer, Hanakapiai, did an amazing job, along with our videographer, Aya Productions. Overall, we were very pleased with the venue as well as the ease of the planning process because of the amazing team at The Beach House.

My wedding at "The Beach House" was amazing, and the highlight of my 2 week vacation to Hawaii. The setting is beyond beautiful, but it was the attention to detail that made all the difference. Tiffany and her staff are wonderful!

I trusted Tiff and her team 100%. It was so easy and seamless. I was not stressed at all and knew they knew exactly what they were doing. I absolutely recommend this venue. Professionalism, follow through everything was awesome. Photographer and videographer are THE best! It is gorgeous and worth every penny. Can’t say enough good things about Tiff. She is the best!!

Hands down the most magical experience ever!!!! Tiffany was so responsive, literally always and with everything. Everything was so organized which made it so easy and stress free. This all inclusive wedding set up at the Beach House was the best choice ever. Several of my already married guests even said that they wish they could have done their wedding there too. Ladies (and gentlemen), if you are deciding between this and something else, I promise you, you should DEFINITELY go with the Beach House. I will forever remember this magical day. WOW! The Beach House Restaurant ended up being the perfect place for our dream wedding. The location and venue were even more beautiful than we expected based on the pictures. From the beginning of the planning process, coordinators Tiffany and Sylvia were extremely friendly, communicative, and helpful. They made what could’ve been a very stressful year of planning into a smooth and enjoyable experience. Throughout the year leading up to the wedding, they reminded us of certain things we had to accomplish and decisions we needed to make so nothing ever piled up or became overwhelming. Once on the island, they both remained in contact with us to ensure we had everything we needed. Sylvia helped us during the rehearsal and was our point person day of. We received numerous compliments from our guests with the way she was organized and made the day flow seamlessly. The food they provided was by far the best meal I’ve ever had at a wedding. All of the vendors they work with were also amazing and helped to make our day perfect!

I really cannot say enough good things about this gorgeous venue and the rockstar team there. The Beach House EXCEEDED our expectations and provided us with the wedding of our dreams. Our wedding day truly was the best and most magical day of our lives!

When you’re planning a destination wedding and can’t be there to see all the details, it really helps to have an incredible wedding coordinator to help bring your vision to life and make sure that all the small details are taken care of. Tiffany is 100% that person - she is organized, lightning quick with her responses, funny, kind, and just on top of it! She and Sylvia were such a pleasure to work with. The Beach House really has the secret sauce down as far as wedding planning goes. I even second guessed my floral color scheme a couple months into the wedding planning process and Tiffany was so accommodating, flexible, and understanding. And of course, the florals turned out absolutely perfect and everything I had ever dreamt of! They want you to have the best day ever and really do such a great job to ensure that happens.

Aya Productions (Tamao & Matt) provided us with absolutely stunning videography – what an amazing husband / wife duo they are! They really went above and beyond to get picture perfect shots to incorporate in our wedding video and we couldn’t be more pleased with the outcome. Erica was our day of coordinator and was such a kind and calming presence during our ceremony - it rained during our ceremony and the entire team was so quick to get all of us under the tent temporarily in order to continue.

Our guests really enjoyed themselves, felt very well taken care of by The Beach House staff, and especially loved the Mai Tais! A few guests even told us it was the most beautiful wedding venue they had ever been to. If you are even considering having your wedding at The Beach House – just do it, you will not regret it!

I don’t write reviews, but the whole experience was so incredible that I need to. We had a popular venue in Washington booked, and after the 3rd big let down from them, my now wife said no more...the process was ruining all the positives we should have been feeling. Decided for a beach wedding on Kauai with just family, and was pretty short notice by this point. Found the Beach House Restaurant for a nice place for dinner afterward. Tiffany got back to me right away, and was happy to organize just the dinner. But she also offered doing the wedding there. Communication from her was always timely and completely thorough, from the first day to the very end. The entire ceremony and dinner were completely perfect, I honestly don’t have one thing to offer for them to improve on. My now wife was so discouraged from our Washington venue that she almost didn’t even want a ceremony....but from the work that Tiffany and the entire Beach House Restaurant did for us, she was completely stress free and couldn’t be happier. We had 29 guests, and the majority have told me that it was the nicest wedding/dinner/venue they’ve ever seen. Can’t recommend it enough...if you want a happy wife, contact Tiffany at the Beach House.

My husband and I got married at the Beach House this year, and our celebration surpassed our wildest dreams. Our spectacular planner, Tiffany, responded to us instantly- answering every question, adding every detail, and any changes I had as SOON as I contacted her! I’m not sure how she does it, and not sure whether there’s any other place in the world that makes it so easy, stress free and FUN to plan a Marvelous wedding! We had the most magical experience planning our most important day with Tiffany and the beach house team. Our guests were completely awed by the scenic views, the unbelievably delicious food, the FABULOUS service, the beautiful live music and our tear jerking nuptials by our officiant Tommy. Everything about our wedding day was an absolute dream. So easy and turned out soo breathtakingly gorgeous. Highly recommend the Beach House Restaurant to make any future married couples wedding day an event which they, along with their guests, will never forget.
