TL;DR - If you want an incredible destination wedding on Kauai - Book The Beach House! You won't regret it!
It is hard for me to put into words how absolutely magical and incredible The Beach House venue and team is! My husband and I knew that we wanted to get married in Hawaii by the water (we got engaged on Oahu), so when I started researching I came across The Beach House on Instagram and felt like it was love at first sight by the photos. I also loved that The Beach House is a renowned restaurant, since having delicious wedding food was an important aspect for me! I sent an inquiry and was responded to immediately by Tiffany. We set up an introductory call, and we instantly felt a connection with Tiff and how welcoming she is, you could feel the aloha spirit, and you could also tell she knows what she is doing and she is passionate about making your wedding dreams come true. BEST DECISION EVER BOOKING THE BEACH HOUSE!
The whole planning process was seamless! The Beach House (Tiff, Sylvia, and team) handle all the details, coordination, etc. and they only work with top tier and trusted vendors. I am a very Type A person, but I also know I get very easily overwhelmed. Tiff has the planning process down to make it as straightforward and stress free as possible. I could tell her my vision about color palette, vibe, and floral aesthetic, and she ensured they would bring it to life. They handle everything for you, and you can have confidence that they will not only bring your vision to life, but they will exceed your expectations and give the absolute best service. You basically just have to show up ready to get married!
During the wedding, we were treated like royalty and we always had everything we needed. Everyone on The Beach House staff was so kind and helpful and telling us congratulations.
Frannie was our day of coordinator and she was so sweet and calmed my nerves and always had a drink ready for me (lol).
Jade was our officiant and she led the most authentic and beautiful Hawaiian ceremony. She has a beautiful voice and smile and honestly made the ceremony so special. Guests told me it was the most unique wedding ceremony they ever witnessed.
The food was amazing! Our guests raved about the food and appetizers. Tiff made sure all of our guests' dietary restrictions were attended to. The filet mignon and lobster was cooked perfectly.
We had a coconut pass greeting, and the guests LOVED the experience and the history of the island as the coconuts were being passed out.
The live music and ukulele playing during the cocktail hour was so amazing!
My florals by Dawn at Sunrise Blooms were incredible; she brought my tropical floral dreams to life.
Matt & Tamao from Aya Productions for photo and video were so fun to work with and captured the most beautiful moments. They made us laugh and made us feel comfortable. My husband and I are awkward and don't know what to do in front of the camera, but you can’t tell by the photos!!!
Our DJ played all of my favorite songs and really kept the party going!
The Fresh Shave provided the best and most refreshing shave ice!
The fire dancers put on an amazing and exciting show! Our guests were so surprised and in awe.
The trolley service that transported us and our guests from the Koloa Landing Resort to/from the venue was super convenient.
We still think about our wedding and my only wish is that the day didn't go by so fast! Every single moment was so full of love and pure authentic aloha. We had so many guests telling us that it was the BEST wedding they have ever been to. Our guests are still talking about the wedding and how fun it was.
We can't thank The Beach House and the entire team for making our dream destination wedding come to life! Put your trust in Tiff and the team and you won't regret it! The Beach House is not only a venue, it is an experience and a FEELING you will cherish for the rest of your life! -

The Best Decision We Made for Our Wedding: Tiffany & The Beach House Team
Wow—where do we even begin? We cannot recommend The Beach House enough for your wedding. Saying they were responsive is an understatement. Tiffany and her team were ON IT from beginning to end.
She listened closely to our vision, helped guide us through decisions, broke everything into manageable steps so we never felt overwhelmed, and executed everything better than we could have imagined.
From the décor and design, to the music (live musician & DJ), food and drinks, guest experience, intimate and special vibes, dedicated service team, incredibly meaningful and spiritual ceremony, and the photos and video—everything was flawless. I could go on and on. They delivered on exactly what we wanted and more.
So many of our guests told us it was the most beautiful wedding they had ever attended, and that is entirely thanks to Tiffany and the Beach House team.
They are more than just a venue—they are true partners throughout the entire planning process. We would recommend them 100 times over to anyone who is looking to get married in paradise and have the party of their lives! -

The Beach House and their incredible team were nothing short of perfection for our wedding. Led by Tiffany, she kept us posted every step of the way with updates and was VERY timely and communicative, which was such a relief as a bride.
They have a very well-structured and thought-out process to ensure you get everything you wish for design-wise, are transparent with their thoughts on how things will look in the space, and ultimately delivered the most perfect night.
Shoutout to Franny and Mollie as well who were our on-site coordinators the day of and made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. Our officiant Jade also made the entire experience of our ceremony absolutely beautiful and our guests are still talking about how wonderful of a job she did.
Living far away from the venue, I entrusted their choice of vendors and they did not disappoint, nor did I have to go looking for any (another way in which they took stress off me).
For any bride considering Kauai, I cannot recommend The Beach House in Poipu enough!!!! They curated the most perfect, stress-free, beautiful day for my husband and I. I'd go with them again in a heartbeat. 10/10 recommend!!! -

We truly could not have dreamed of a better wedding experience at Beach House Restaurant. From start to finish, Tiff and her entire team were absolutely incredible to work with.
Planning a destination wedding felt completely overwhelming to me, but they made the entire process completely seamless. They coordinated contracts with vendors, handled so many of the moving parts behind the scenes, and made everything feel easy and stress-free. I genuinely felt like I just had to show up... and somehow everything was perfectly in place.
I also had a wedding planner from back home who worked alongside their team, and they were so welcoming, collaborative, and kind to her as well. It made such a difference knowing everyone was working together so smoothly.
People keep asking me, “Aren’t you so glad it’s over?” and my answer is always NO!! I would relive that day over and over again. It was truly the best day ever, and a huge part of that is because of this team.
Yes, it is an investment, but you absolutely get what you pay for. Our wedding party was small, which helped keep costs manageable, and there are definitely ways to customize things to fit your budget. And every single detail was worth it.
The food was amazing, the flowers were gorgeous, and the stationery was beautifully done. Truly, every element exceeded expectations. It was hands-down the best way we could have imagined having our wedding.
If you’re considering this venue, do it. You will not regret it. Mahalo again! -

We truly cannot say enough amazing things about our experience. From start to finish, everything was handled with such care, professionalism, and attention to detail that the entire process felt effortless and completely stress-free.
One of the biggest factors for us was that we were planning from a different time zone, and Tiffany, our wedding planner, made it so I hardly had to do anything at all. I didn’t want to feel overwhelmed with decisions or stress, and she completely understood that. The Beach House having their own preferred vendors—and Tiffany taking on all of that communication—was an absolute game changer.
She truly handled everything. I mean everything—the venue, tables, linens, chairs, florals, officiant, musician, photo and video team, menu, bar, cake, transportation… every single detail from start to finish. And not only that, they work with the absolute best of the best. I can’t say enough about Jade, our officiant, Tamao and Matt, our photo and video team, the gorgeous florals, the cake, the menu—I could go on and on. It was all perfection.
The venue itself was absolutely beautiful—everything we envisioned and more. The service was exceptional, the food was incredible, and every single provider we worked with was top-notch.
What meant the most to us was hearing our guests rave about the experience—so many told us it was the best wedding they had ever been to, which speaks volumes about the level of excellence this team delivers.
Our wedding day was more magical than we ever could have dreamed, and we are so grateful for the team who made it all happen. We would recommend them wholeheartedly to anyone looking for a truly unforgettable experience. Truly, my husband & I often say "Can we get married again?" -

I cannot adequately express what our wedding at Beach House meant to my husband and me- it was truly the most memorable and perfect day of our lives. Every detail, from start to finish, was executed flawlessly.
From the very beginning, Tiffany, our coordinator and planner, demonstrated exceptional professionalism, organization, and attentiveness. She guided us through every step of the planning process with precision, ensuring no detail was overlooked. Tiffany was consistently clear, prompt, and thorough in her communications, answering every question promptly, even from a distance, as we were planning our wedding from California. Her responsiveness and guidance immediately gave us confidence in our decision to book Beach House for our June wedding.
The planning process itself was seamless and efficient. Tools such as the Google Form made long-distance planning straightforward and stress-free, and Tiffany’s prompt attention to all inquiries- often within minutes, was incredibly reassuring.
Growing up, my family and I had always cherished the Beach House for its stunning views, exceptional food, and welcoming atmosphere. Experiencing our wedding there was all of that and more, truly exceeding our expectations. On our wedding day, Tiffany was joined by Franny and Molly, whose support and attention to detail ensured that the entire day ran smoothly. Every moment unfolded perfectly, and the setting was even more beautiful than I had imagined.
The food and drink experience was outstanding. Our guests and I still recall the filet and crusted fish as some of the finest food we have ever enjoyed. Every dish was served individually and prepared to perfection, enhancing the overall experience. We even went back to the venue to take it all in once more, a few days after the wedding. Upon arrival Molly was so excited to see us and treated us to some champagne and appetizers to celebrate us once more!! We felt so loved and celebrated from the beginning until the very end.
Additionally, the Beach House’s recommended vendors, including floral designers, photographers, and beauty professionals, were exceptional. Our wedding photos are breathtaking, and the florals were exquisite, creating a scene worthy of a magazine. Not to mention the photo booth that we chose was a guest favorite and it made for a fun time and great pictures that captured the true joy of the evening! We did add some upgrades that fit our aesthetic and personal wants- which added to the cost but we felt it made a huge difference in the pictures!
I am deeply grateful to Tiffany and the entire Beach House team for delivering such an extraordinary and unforgettable experience. Their professionalism, attention to detail, and dedication to excellence make this venue the ideal choice for anyone planning a destination wedding in Kauai. We are counting down the days until we can go back to relive the magic again!! -

Th BEST Experience!
Tiff and her team are truly miracle workers! Planning a wedding out of state seemed so overwhelming at first, but from the moment we started working with her, everything felt easy and stress-free. She was always so responsive and kind, and she completely brought my vision to life, down to the smallest details. She even made suggestions I never would’ve thought of that made the day even more beautiful.
The Beach House is such a dream venue, and what makes it even better is that it’s a complete one-stop shop. Tiff coordinated everything…photography, rentals, music, DJ, florals-you name it. The entire day was seamless and perfect from start to finish. I’ll never forget how magical it all felt, and it’s all thanks to Tiff and her incredible team. My now husband and I got married at The Beach House last year and it was a dream come true. The team at The Beach House are true professionals. From when we first reached out to our actual wedding day a year and a half later, we felt taken care of the entire time. After watching friends plan weddings with multiple vendors and points of contact, I am so so happy we chose The Beach House. They made the planning easy. Tiffany and Sylvia are responsive, dedicated and I really appreciated their attention to detail! I designed our save the dates and invitations and after I sent them the fonts and illustrations they were able to match the style for all of the printed materials for our wedding. We were in Kauai for a week and Tiffany connected me with Ivory at The Lei Collective to help organize a lei po’o workshop for our wedding party. Seeing our loved ones wearing flowers all week is one of our favorite memories. These are just a few examples of how thoughtful the team at The Beach House is. If there is something you want for your day, I guarantee they can make it happen.
On our actual wedding day I feel like I didn’t really have to worry about anything! Our friends still reminisce about the mai tais and the beautiful sunset we had that night. Even my Dad, who is extremely particular, only had kind things to say about the service and food. My sister and my nephews had such a memorable time that we are planning a trip back to Kauai for her birthday next year. The live guitar for the ceremony and cocktail hour was one of my personal highlights. I was/still am obsessed with our flowers! I loved them so much that I went to the trouble of taking my bouquet and lei po’o back home with me. Both dried out nicely and I love having them as a memento.
If you and your fiancé love Hawaii, the ocean and nature, I can’t think of a more magical place to get married. My only sadness is I only get to do it once! To the team at The Beach House, we love you, thank you for making our day so special. -

The best day ever!!
Where do I start this experience was incredible and out of this world! We got married here in September. Tiffany was the most straight forward and thoughtful planner throughout the whole process. She even used our wedding card to make a personalized seating chart and drink menu with the same theme. Every question was answered in minutes and she was very straight forward about what was realistic . We wanted to prioritize dancing so she was honest about timing with adding extra things/ time for speeches. The venue was absolutely stunning. I was worried about the restaurant being open during the wedding but it wasn’t a problem at all - in fact we didn’t even notice restaurant guests. The venue felt so intimate and the closest you could possibly get to the ocean without being married on sand. The photographer - aya photography was unreal. She made us feel so confident, was great in telling us how to pose and she ran the show on the day of by moving things along and being super efficient.
The whole team worked together seamlessly because they work together all the time! Such good vibes throughout and we felt like royalty. Anything we needed at any point was brought to us! Also the DJ was great and played all the music we wanted. The food and drinks excellent. Everything was perfect and I’m so thankful it went so well!!!!!

The Beach House was the absolute best!!!
The Beach House rehearsal dinner that we held for our son exceeded our expectations in every way!!! Tiffany is a true pro and she handled every detail absolutely perfect!! She understood our vision and executed it perfectly- menu, flowers, music, timing, every detail was perfect!! We did not visit Kauai for planning and we couldn't have been more pleased. -

Couldn't Be Happier- Beach House Buyout
I truly don't know where to start- so I'll start off with just how amazing Tiff is. I don't know how she does it. Tiff is organized, the fastest responder, a great listener and a visionary. We had a 200 person buyout wedding and she truly was the heart and soul of it all. We had big asks and she delivered. Thank you thank you thank you, Tiff. The Beach House staff is just as incredible. Erica, Frannie and their team simply cannot be beat. We still have guests raving about the service and how they we're never empty-handed or without a drink. Thank you to Seth who is one of the reasons we decided on The Beach House in the first place, we are so grateful to you and happy that you were part of our big day. Truly, there is nothing I would change about the process or wedding itself. You guys were everything we wanted and more. -

Best day of my life, best people, best venue!
The Beach House Kauai is truly such a magical and special place. Tiffany is a master at her work, and listens to and understands all of her clients needs and opinions. I have never assumed my planning process would be stress free as a bride, but Tiffany made it so. Truly the most seamless and exciting time. The entire staff on the rehearsal day and wedding day made us feel like a true family. Every last detail and thought was met. I will truly be singing their praises forever! If you get the chance to get married here, do not pass it up!
My husband is also a quadriplegic and lives his life wheelchair bound. The Beach House handled all of our accommodations with ease and without hyper focusing on his disability.
As a final note- the food and drink was incredible! Everything came out hot and truly tasted amazing! I feel like this is rare these days.

My husband and I are type A busy business owners that live in Colorado. We have never booked anything like this in our entire lives, sight unseen, and this was PERFECT! The team at The Beach House was on top of everything, from the time we signed the contract until one month after the wedding. We felt like VIP's the entire time. Tiffany and her team are amazing, responsive, organized, and super creative. These things rarely come in a single package but The Beach House delivered beyond our expectations. Tiffany, Fran, Sylvia, Erica and the rest of the INCREDIBLE beach house staff gave my husband and I the dream wedding neither of us knew we wanted, and for that we are forever grateful. From start to finish it was perfect. Throughout our honeymoon we would look at each other and just say 'wow can you believe how amazing everything was'. We feel so lucky and blessed to be able to reflect on such a special day with endless fond memories. Being in Kauai itself was an unforgettable experience but The Beach House (and all their staff) took an already exceptionally beautiful place to a new level.
The things I have to highlight were the decorations and the attention to detail they showed throughout the entire evening and planning process. For Kevin and I it all culminated in the little things. Having drinks for us after the ceremony, saving us each appetizer, getting us a shot after all the photos (haha), having someone who constantly kept making sure we had everything we needed, it made us feel like royalty and above anything we deserved or expected.
The decorations were out of this world! Everything was even better than we could have expected and every little thing was accounted for. Our guests were blown away by the venue and the attention to detail.
The ceremony itself was a dream. We had no idea going into it how it would be but since our wedding I have had several different couples ask me if we could get a script for them because they want to use bits of the ceremony in there wedding!
We personally worked with Tiffany Lee as our direct contact and for anyone reading this know that without a doubt she is the BEST in the business. We could have let her plan the entire wedding without any input and it would have been perfect. She treated us like family and we couldn't have asked for a better experience planning our wedding.
If you are doubting at all where to have your wedding, stop looking. Choose The Beach House. It will be the most stress free perfect day and planning experience you could ask for.
Also, side note, Kauai is gorgeous so your entire trip will be amazing.

My husband Derek and I got married at the Beach House Kauai a month ago, and it was truly the most amazing experience. We knew from the beginning we wanted to have a destination wedding in Kauai where we got engaged, but both of us have demanding jobs so we worried that wedding planning could become overwhelming. As the bride, I still wanted to be really involved in the decision making even though I knew I needed a significant amount of help to happily plan our wedding. Then I met Tiffany from the Beach House and she was the best wedding planner I could've ever asked for. She is the mastermind who made our vision come to life, handling every detail with such ease that the entire process really felt effortless. I never felt worried because I knew Tiffany was handling everything, she seriously is incredible!
One of the greatest advantages of choosing the Beach House Kauai is their network of top-tier vendors. Tiffany and her team not only provided fantastic recommendations but have long-standing relationships with these vendors. This makes a huge difference. Unlike other venues where vendors might meet for the first time, at the Beach House, you're surrounded by a team of professionals who work together often. They had an amazing rapport, and the sense of teamwork and positive energy was palpable throughout the day. I can't say enough amazing things about how beautiful this venue is and how amazing the decor and florals were. The food was incredible just like at the restaurant. We even had turtles surfacing during our ceremony, it is a very special place!
On the day of the wedding, Frannie was our coordinator, and she was a calming, thoughtful presence who ensured we took time to savor the special moments. She was so attentive and brought a sense of calm and joy that made the day even more wonderful. There was a major issue with my dress's bustle and her, and Beth created a new bustle so I could dance in just a few minutes. The kindness and warmth from every member of the Beach House team extended not only to us but to all our guests.
Initially, I worried that I might feel like our wedding wasn't private because the venue is on the lawn of the restaurant, but the way the tent and ceremony site are arranged makes everything feel private and intimate and separate from the main restaurant areas so it wasn't an issue at all. Any interaction we had with restaurant guests or beach goers was so positive; they were genuinely kind and excited to witness the wedding, adding to the joy of the day.
Having attended many weddings, including other destination weddings in Kauai, I can say without hesitation that the kindness, professionalism, and care we experienced at the Beach House was unmatched. If you’re looking for a breathtaking venue with an amazing team and vendors who work seamlessly together, the Beach House Kauai is the perfect choice. They made our day truly unforgettable!"

LOVED Getting Married at The Beach House!
Planning a wedding is a daunting and stressful task, but Tiff and the rest of the staff at The Beach House made my wedding a dream come true! I know that sounds cheesy, but there's just no other way to put it. Tiff was excellent in helping me every step of the way and was incredibly responsive each time I reached out. Every detail was taken into account and every change, modification, or addition was updated almost immediately. I am a very organized person and tend to think things through very thoroughly, so having someone there to help and keep me sane was a must. Her goal was to not have me, or any bride, do too much and to let her do the work. I could tell she genuinely wanted me to enjoy the experience. Tiff truly did such an amazing job and I'm grateful for her and everything she did to make my wedding the best day ever!
As for the venue, I honestly don't know if there is a more beautiful place to get married. The ceremony spot is on a beautiful lawn overlooking the ocean and the reception is under a beautiful clear tent. The setup was beautiful - the flowers, table decor, signage - just everything. It made me, my husband, and my guests swoon over how gorgeous it all was. It's also the most perfect spot to view the sunset! I couldn't be happier with how everything turned out. The Beach House will forever hold a special place in my heart. -

Cannot imagine getting married anywhere else!
We had an exceptional experience for our destination wedding here. The venue itself is beyond beautiful, with breathtaking views of the ocean directly behind our ceremony and reception site (we cannot wait to see our sunset photos on the black rock beach!). Location and views aside, our guests raved to us for days afterward about the quality and deliciousness of the food (including the cake!) and the impeccable service.
The Beach House provides full service coordination and handles all details including outside vendors, which significantly simplified our planning process. Our Beach House wedding planners, Tiffany and Sylvia, are consummate professionals with tons of experience. We were impressed by their knowledge, attention to detail and responsiveness, often getting back to us within an hour (this is not the norm in laidback Hawaii!). Our wedding day went smoothly and flawlessly thanks to their immaculate planning and the assistance of our super-sweet on-site coordinator, Frannie.
It's important to note that you cannot choose your own vendors or DIY any details here. But trust us when we say, it's better this way! There are still tons of ways to personalize your wedding, and the Beach House will easily work with your vision to create the wedding of your dreams. All of their vendors are vetted to ensure you get the best experience, and we could not have been more pleased with our photographer/videographer (Aya Productions), florist, officiant (Jade), DJ, live musician, etc. If you are willing to put the reins into the capable hands of Tiffany Lee and the Beach House, you will be amazed beyond your wildest dreams.

I can't think of any way our wedding could have been better! The Beach House was perfect! Everything from the planning to the day of execution went so smoothly. Since they host a lot of weddings, this venue truly is a well-oiled machine; everyone involved in the process knew exactly what to do to help us have a most special day.
It's not just a beautiful location. Everything from the decor to the customized menus to match our wedding theme, the professionalism of the staff (shout out to Fran!), the quality of the food (I've never had a good steak at a wedding, but the fillet mignon was superb here). The Beach House is the real deal.
Our coordinators Tiffany and Sylvia were absolutely on the ball. I've never interacted with a business that was so responsive to questions, concerns, details, and changes as The Beach House, and all credit goes to these two women, who were in constant contact with us from the minute we booked the venue, up to the day of and during our wedding, and continuing after our wedding regarding photos and the photobooth. My only regret is that I don't plan on getting married again, so I won't have the pleasure of working with them in this capacity again.

Our wedding experience with the Beach House was terrific!
Tiffany did an amazing job in the lead up of making sure our options were explained and questions were answered. Even the different time zones didn’t stop her from replying in a timely manner and we were never worried about any part of the process. She also helped connect us with vendors ahead of time so that we could coordinate with them for a pre-wedding makeup test and photo shoot.
Then, the day of the wedding was incredible! Franny led the charge and she was so on top of it, always making sure we were taken care of and in the know. The venue was absolutely stunning on our day, and we will never forget the scene.
Tommy was our officiant and he also contributed to the memorable experience. Even though we just met him that day, he did a great job of leading the ceremony and it felt like he was a part of the family.
Additionally, the food and drinks were all incredible. I still think of the wasabi-crusted fish from time to time. And of course, the signature Mai Tais were as advertised and the guests enjoyed plenty of them.
We were also so glad we chose the clear tent with the twinkle lights. It made the evening portion with dancing a sight to behold and we still gush over the photos of the beautiful tent.
Extra shout outs to Brady House Photography and Fresh Shave for being part of the day as well. Our photos were jaw-dropping and we look at them all the time and have our walls covered in them. Micah and Dayna were our photographers and videographer and they were a blast to hang out with in addition to taking amazing pictures. Every part of the day, from getting ready and first look to the final dance, were documented and are stunning. And then Fresh Shave is still talked about from our family and friends for how great of an extra treat that was to end the night.
All in all, we are so glad with our choice to use the Beach House for our wedding! We felt no stress throughout the entire process and had a wonderful day, highly recommend for anyone looking for a destination wedding. -

I read so many reviews of wedding venues in Hawaii and I knew I found something special when I found The Beach House. First of all, the director and manager, Tiffany and Sylvia, are absolutely amazing! They book all of the vendors and coordinate every single detail, so I didn’t have to stress at all. Tiffany responds quickly to emails, even with the time difference between Hawaii and California. I know she is coordinating multiple weddings at one time, but she makes you feel like the only bride she is taking care of! Her energy is amazing and gets you so excited for the wedding. Although the inclusive package comes with so much (florals, live musician, DJ/sound, table settings, photographer, etc.), you can add any personalization to your day and they will help your wedding dreams come true. We added shave ice from The Fresh Shave (which our guests loved!) and they made our menus look like our wedding invitation - such a thoughtful touch!
The Beach House itself is a gorgeous venue. We got married in front of the ocean, but on the lawn so we didn’t have to worry about sand. We had a very short moment of rain (in Hawaii it is considered a blessing!), but it was so welcome on the warm day and gave us a double rainbow! The sunset was epic and our guests still cannot stop talking about how beautiful the venue was. Everyone also loved the food and drinks, especially the infamous Monkeypod Mai Tai. Fran was our day-of coordinator and was there whenever we needed anything from bobby pins to Benadryl. She made sure we were on time for each event.
Every single one of our vendors was amazing. Sunrise Blooms did our florals and nailed the peachy-pink color palette. She gave me hair florals too and they lasted all day and night! Freida Gayle was our officiant and she wrote a beautiful ceremony. We spoke on the phone before the wedding day so she could get to know us and what we wanted to include. Paul was great as our live musician for the ceremony and cocktail hour. Ben from Kauai Kustom Sounds kept our guests dancing until the very end.
Special shoutouts to Matt and Tamao from Aya Productions as our videographer/photographer team! They have shot so many weddings at The Beach House and know where the best spots are, especially on the ocean rocks next to the venue. We have only gotten our sneak peeks so far and they are all SO beautiful. We can’t wait to see the full gallery!

Incredible experience

First of all, they are the nicest people you’ll ever meet and extremely easy to work with. Their responsiveness is amazing, the organization and team work they have is second to none. The Beach House was beyond incredible in every way possible. From the very beginning their team responded to us right away and answered all of our questions. They made every aspect of our wedding perfect by ensuring the best vendors for our big day from from the amazing food, beautiful florals, perfect officiant, coolest DJ, and overall great staff taking care of us all day! Tiffany went above and beyond leading up to our big day, we couldn't ask for a better coordinator. Our day of coordinator Frannie was the sweetest person and did her job perfectly. Just Book It!
I will start off this review with some advice I read in another review months ago now. Why are you still reading all these fabulous reviews? Just book the Beach House!!! Choosing the Beach House for our wedding was the best decision we could have made. Tiffany, Silvia, and Franny are the dream team. These three are your fairy godmothers that make all your wildest wedding dreams come true. My husband and I are busy, and I knew I wasn’t the type of bride to want to micromanage every decision. I saw the Beach House online and read all the reviews (I am thorough) and just knew it was going to be right for us. I am sure this will only reiterate all the lovely things you have heard before, but here is what I think is important to highlight:
The Venue: The venue is without a doubt extraordinary. We had turquoise blue cresting waves during the ceremony, a gorgeous sunset for dinner, and a magical lighted tent under the night sky for cake and dancing. Our guests continue to talk about how beautiful the venue was.
The Food: The food was delicious. I heard a lot of different feedback on this one: “The fish was the best.” “The filet was the best.” “The crab cake was the best.” People also enjoyed the beautiful and delicious wedding cake. Go with the lilikoi, you won’t be disappointed.
The Drinks: A resounding “best bar ever!” Apparently, the bartender was working his magic on our crowd. Muddling lime into shots and adding all sorts of special touches to other drinks. Feedback was superb regarding the cocktails. We choose the Mai Tai and the No Ka Oi as our specialty drinks and had zero bar restrictions.
The Music: We sent a list of songs for dinner and dancing to the DJ and the music simply rocked. The DJ did a great job keeping the vibe lively and fun!
The Staff: Everyone at the BH was so kind and helpful. Guests commented on how the waitstaff were happy to get anything they needed, and they were a joyful part of a fabulous dinner.
The Photographer: Sebastian Romero! Sebastian was perfect. Not only do we have hundreds of amazing photos, but he’s just a great guy and he brings a nice vibe to the party—book him!
The Officiant: Frieda is lovely! She got to know us beforehand, and she sent several ceremony scripts to choose from. We mixed and matched and put together an ideal blend that reflected us very well.
The wedding planning process with the Beach House could not have been simpler. They walk you through options and provide expert opinions. We had zero stress on our wedding day and that translated to our guests’ wonderful experience. You can keep on reading more wonderful reviews (there are hundreds!) or stop here, either way, you should book the Beach House—you won’t regret it. If you’re reading this and are considering a destination wedding PLEASE just trust me and go with this venue. The team at the beachhouse is just absolutely beyond incredible. Literally everything from A to Z was covered with so much love and grace. We had our wedding on 2/11/23 and it was truly the most magical day, we hosted close to 90 guests and I’m not lying when I say that each and every single one of them can not stop talking about it.
My husband and I both have very strenuous work schedules and I truly had zero stress during the whole process- I even worked up until the day we left from California to Kauai. I was at peace the entire time (to the point where people thought I was crazy for not stressing over anything). These ladies are busy ok, just follow their lead and know that you won’t need to call them every second to check up on things. I think I had a total of 3 phone calls the entire planning process (but be on top of your emails with them, it will make everything easier for both parties).
Tiffany is an angel- I showed her my vision board and we worked together to make my dream upgrade items fit into my budget. She and Sylvia were both there for me immediately to answer any question or concerns I had by email or text. These ladies know what they are doing- honestly just put your trust in them and show up for the most magical day of your life. Franny was my day of coordinator, I met her at the venue rehearsal and she was also amazing and so fun to work with. Sylvia was there on the day of my wedding as well and made sure everything ran on time and seamlessly.
Our officiant Tommy left everyone in awe!! We didn’t do personal vows (unpopular opinion), but I’m so happy we didn’t because it gave time for our officiant to give the most beautiful and meaningful mini sermon. The FOOD omg. We did the filet mignon and crusted fish duo with several appetizers during cocktail hour everything was DELICIOUS. The serving staff and bartender for our guests were so kind and just the best. Our acoustic musician Paul was wonderful, and the DJ! They were able to incorporate some traditional Persian songs that I really wanted and it was so fun and just perfect. Everyone had a blast.
The florals, I can go on and on about these. Everything I dreamed of and more. Timeless and just so beautiful. Their work is amazing.
This was the best decision I made and please just put your trust in these ladies you will not be disappointed. I got engaged on this island a year before and I’m so happy my guests were able to experience the magic of it. It’s so special to us. Thank you again Tiffany, Sylvia, Franny, our officiant Tommy, our acoustic musician Paul, our DJ, Jolene with the florals, AYA productions and all of the serving staff that made our wedding so lovely and unforgettable. -

We could not be happier with our decision to go with the Beach House! Such amazing service and food! Tiffany and her team are very responsive and very professional. We had a lot of cancellations due to flights being cancelled or COVID illness and the team handled it like a breeze. We loved our add on of a Photo Booth- we will cherish the pics our guests took that night in our own picture book. Our photographer, Peter, was awesome and captured such beautiful sunset lighting. Tiffany and the entire Beach House crew are the best of the best. I'm a photographer and live on Kauai and having seen the venue and how things are run so well, we knew we wanted to go with them for our vow renewal. We eloped when we first got married so even though it was a renewal, it was basically a full wedding. I didn't want to stress or have to deal with a lot of planning logistics so going with them and having an in-house planner was exactly what we were looking for.
Tiffany is incredibly responsive to any questions or concerns that come up. She and Sylvia came up with the best plan for the seating layout , the decorations/design and the floral design and then Sunrise Blooms and the Beach House Crew exceeded our hopes for how things would look.
Fran was the event manager and she's so wonderful. Just kind, thoughtful and calming, making sure we took the time to just soak everything in. She made sure I had water and plenty of drinks. We love her.
Kelvin Ho was our officiant and he's retiring soon but he's the best on Kauai and we were so lucky to have him. The Beach House works with some of the very best vendors on Kauai.
Paul Togioka did our guitar music for the ceremony and cocktail hour and he's incredible.
The bar tender, wait staff and kitchen crew are so amazing. And the FOOD! We have friends who are still talking about how incredible all the food was. So delicious.
The Beach House exceeded every expectation and hope for how the vow renewal would go. It was literally perfect. Seriously. They are worth every penny and more and we could not have been happier that we chose them.

My fiancé and I met on kauai over 3 years ago. The island worked it’s magic and we fell in love. This place means so much to us and the team at the beach house went above and beyond to capture the spirit of aloha at our wedding. Tiffany and Sylvia the wedding planners made this the easiest most stress free process. They were super attentive and accommodating. Being in a long distance relationship ( my fiancé from australia and me from new york ) we didn’t have time to go to the venue so we took a leap of faith and decided to go with the beach house ! Let me tell you every detail was perfect. The location overlooking the ocean left guests speechless. The whimsical lit up tent at night was a bit hit ! The bartender was fantastic, very personable and his drinks were the best we’ve had on the island ! The floral arrangements were so beautiful right down to the table decorations. Everyone loved the food ! Our efficient kelvin was well spoken and truly captured the essence of our love and put on a great ceremony. The dj had people on the dance floor all night long! The night was absolutely perfect, we couldn’t have been more blessed with an amazing team to make everyone feel welcomed! The most amazing day
Highly recommend the beach house restaurant for wedding ceremony and reception. We had to delay our wedding for nearly 2 years due to the pandemic and we are so happy we waited because it was the most beautiful day we could have ever imagined. Planning a destination wedding can be extremely overwhelming, especially when you are unable to visit the venues! Tiffany and Sylvia make the process an absolute breeze. We never met in person but I never once felt like just another bride. They got to know us personally and helped us create a wedding that was just our own. The amazing beach house staff made all of our guests feel welcome and they provided an experience that everyone will remember for a lifetime. There truly are not enough positive things I could say in one review that would do Tiffany and her team at the Beach House justice. After cancelling and rescheduling our wedding three times during the pandemic, my husband and I finally decided to scrap our original plan and get married where we always dreamed: The Beach House in Kauai. Even though we had been there many times, we were nervous to plan a destination wedding in another state where we didn't know any of the vendors and couldn't go on site. But from the moment we first spoke to Tiffany on the phone, we knew we had made the right decision. We are SO glad we went with our guts and booked the Beach House.
From day one, Tiffany was an absolute dream to work with. She was organized, detail oriented, incredibly responsive (seriously, she responds more quickly than anyone I know!), helpful, knowledgeable, and most of all, made our planning process so easy and enjoyable. After postponing three times we had no interest in worrying about a fourth wedding and all that went into planning it. She took care of every single detail and let us know when it was time to make another decision. She presented information in a clear and concise way and made our decision making process actually fun!
Our wedding went off without a hitch and was truly the perfect day. The vendors Tiffany works with are magic (shoutout to Aya Productions, Kealoha Flowers, and Meghan Daul, etc.), the view was to die for, and everyone talked about how the food was the best they'd ever had at a wedding. I could go on and on (clearly), but the bottom line is: If you're considering hosting your wedding celebration at the Beach House, book it!

Beach Wedding of my Dreams!
As the title says, it was the beach wedding of my dreams! I have not been able to stop raving about how amazing the day was and wishing I could do it over again. It was our and majority of our guests' first time in Kauai and we could not have imagined a more beautiful venue and island to get married at.
Tiffany, Sylvia, Fran & the entire Beach House team- I cannot thank them enough. They made the process so easy and stress free which was the main thing I was looking for. No DIYs for me, thank you! Any concerns and questions were addressed immediately, if not the morning after. We did have a couple of bumps with a few of our guests, but Fran handled them so amazingly that I didn't even notice until after the fact. Wherever I turned, she or someone was there to help me or was just available and in sight, which made me confident that everything would be perfect. I am truly grateful for everyone making me feel so beautiful and special on this day. I was nervous because the restaurant was still very full, but it helped that all of the other guests clapped as I came out! I will never forget this experience!
Sandy Swift & Aya Productions- My hubs and I are very awkward in photos, and sometimes my face just doesn't photograph well. Both of them made us feel so comfortable in our skin and around cameras. The photos that Sandy took of us are incredible! I cannot stop gushing about how magical we look and how she brought out the colors of Kauai. I'm still waiting for the video from Aya Productions, but I am SO excited for when it finally comes because I know it'll be amazing.
Mia Moriguchi & the Artist's Co.- Mia and her team were so patient with me and ensured that I loved how I looked and that I felt confident that day. I felt so so beautiful and she made me look like a princess!
I wish that the night lasted longer because I felt like I blinked and it was over! I guess we were just having such a fantastic time. As a destination bride, I understand that selecting the perfect venue can be overwhelming. I did not have the opportunity to visit the Beach House prior to our wedding; however, after my initial phone call with Tiffany Lee (Director of Sales), I had zero doubts or apprehensions about moving forward with them. Tiffany Lee and Sylvia Shin (Sales Manager) are beyond amazing—They are both kind, approachable, patient, and responsive. Their attention to detail is impeccable as well. During the planning process, Tiffany was forthcoming with suggestions and advice yet very accommodating to our requests. Sylvia, Fran, and Beth were all present on our wedding day. Sylvia was incredibly organized—She ensured our ceremony and reception were executed flawlessly. I truly did not have to do anything aside from arrive to the venue in my wedding dress. Fran and Beth were both calming and reassuring presences—They made me feel at ease and comfortable prior to walking down the aisle. Dream Beach Wedding!
Tiffany, Sylvia, and their team at the Beach House made sure our wedding day was absolutely perfect. From planning to execution they were on top of everything. My husband and I communicated what we wanted as far as style/personalization and they made it happen working with vendors on their end. They were extremely prompt at answering questions via email or phone call throughout our almost two year planning process, and made it feel like a breeze to plan! When we finally reached our wedding day Fran was there to make sure everything ran smoothly. She was so sweet and helped ease my nerves about last minute questions/details for the big day. The ceremony was truly beautiful and we received many compliments from friends and family that it was the best ceremony they've been to! For dinner we did the filet mignon and wasabi crusted fish and could not believe how awesome the quality was for everyone, especially given we had 76 guests. (We also received a lot of compliments on the food!) After cake and dancing we surprised our guests with fire dancers to end the night and it was truly the perfect ending to the perfect day! I could not recommend the Beach House enough for a wedding on Kauai!! -

It was the most magical experience in my life! I have so much appreciation and gratitude toward Tiffany and her entire team for making the day so memorable for us and we will forever cherish it. First, Tiffany, she understood your vision and executed with perfection. I mentioned to Tiffany that I wanted an intimate wedding and only shared with her a few pictures. The actual wedding was way beyond my imagination! Second, during the wedding planning process, you can really tell she is very experienced and talented. The venue itself was just breathtaking! We had our eyes on the Beach House based on Instagram pictures. Let me tell you, there are no pictures that can justify how beautiful this place is! I was literally jaw dropping when walking into the Beach House the first time at our rehearsal. We met with Franny (our wedding day coordinator) at the rehearsal. She was so warm and welcome, just like a sister! She was truly an angel and she gave me so much emotional support and confidence on my wedding day when I was feeling nervous and unease. My makeup artist, Misti at the Artists Co. went above and beyond to ensure I looked absolutely the best on my wedding day. I got so many compliments from friends and families. Our florist Jolene was so talented and she delivered the most beautiful flower arrangements for our reception, arch and my bouquet. The flowers were so dreamy that I only wished I could preserve them if there was an option. Kevin, our officiant, made our ceremony truly special. Our photographer Micah and our musician Paul were so fun to work with and brought so much good energy! Big THANK YOU to all our vendors! This was my dream wedding that came true!! The staff at the Beach House were all amazing. I cannot say enough wonderful things about them. To start off Tiffany worked tirelessly behind the scenes to make sure our vision of the day would go exactly how we wanted. When we showed up for rehearsal Frann was so sweet and loving that I felt like she was a close friend. All of our guests raved about the staff and their attentiveness. Our Officiant, Kelvin, was the best I had ever seen and made our ceremony truly special. The flowers were so tropical with bright vibrant colors thanks to Kealoah Flowers. Our live musician, Paul, was wonderful, he played both Ukulele and Guitar amazing well and provided the Aloha vibe we were going for. I have to say that the food was delicious and honestly the best I have ever eaten at a large event or wedding. I didn’t have to think or worry about one thing and could focus on celebrating this amazing day with my best friend. Getting married and toasting to the start of our new life with ocean waves in the background was magical. I cannot tell you how many of our guests said this was the most beautiful wedding they have ever attended and I have the Beach House and their amazing team to thank for that. Also, special shout out to the photographer (Micah with Bradyhouse) and videographer (Pona with Aya Productions) who were phenomenal. Thanks to these talented individuals I can go back and relive this dream through the beautiful photos they captured. -

Couldn’t be happier
When we decided to get married in Hawaii, we must have reached out to at least 30 places across the state. The Beach House was the only place that got back to us within 24 hours with a complete break down of what our day would look like, what they would do for us, and how they were going to navigate planning a wedding 3000 miles away. We decided on the spot to go with them. Tiffany was BEYOND amazing. She was so responsive you wouldn’t have known there was a 5 hour time difference. The venue was breathtaking, the service phenomenal, and by far the best wedding food I’ve ever had. If the crab cakes aren’t on your menu then you’re doing something wrong. We were very stressed about finding transportation on a small island and when we reached out to Tiffany about suggestions she told us not to worry because she already had it covered!! We couldn’t recommend this place more and we’re already looking forward to our 5 year anniversary at The Beach House. -

No brainer!
Tiffany, Sylvia, Fran & entire Beach House staff— was truly amazing. I could write a novel about the dedication this team has ensuring your wedding is literally perfect.
My husband and I wanted to get married rather quickly, due to sudden health issues. We were not able to fly to Hawaii (or anywhere) to check out venues. I searched top venues in Hawaii (just on a whim) and Beach House came up first. I watched wedding videos (balled my eyes out) and knew this was the perfect place for us. When communicating with Tiffany and Sylvia- it was the best customer service I could ask for. They responded quickly and promptly (no matter the time difference).
The best part- Tiffany (and team) chose vendors, and gave me a selection of choices to choose from, when picking out flowers, food and decor. I WAS NOT overwhelmed as I previously imaged, when planning a wedding. They made this process so simple.
Day before wedding- I met Fran. She welcomed my family with open arms and made the rehearsal process a breeze.
Day of wedding- NOTHING went wrong (or at least I was not aware). The wedding was literally perfect. From the communication and coordination- down to every single detail, it was a dream. My sister brought her 7 month old baby to the wedding- I kid you not, when I say the staff on-site that night, were magical. My sister was able to sit down and enjoy the wedding, dinner etc while the staff pushed the stroller in circles around the table, to care for my niece Logan. They truly went above and beyond to make sure our night was PERFECT.
If you are questioning whether to book in Hawaii (sight unseen) you have nothing to worry about. Beach House made my wedding dreams come true -

Where do I even begin?! I could write a short story just gushing on and on about Tiff and her rockstar team!!!
I had been so discouraged and down trying to plan a wedding during Covid. Nothing seemed to pan out until I took the chance on The Beach House. From the very first call, we felt the aloha spirit. We knew right then we had picked a winner! Tiff and Sylvia were able to accommodate every need/want, from budget to Pinterest inspiration! Most importantly, they were able to keep me on track. It’s true what the other reviews say, Tiff is a master when it comes to communication!! She is always on top of it, and that is such an important component when planning a destination wedding. Even hours before the ceremony, Tiff was available to sort out any last-minute speed bumps along the way!
We had never been to Kauai and put our faith into Tiff 1000%. She did not let us down. We felt the aloha spirit from the very first day we set foot in Kauai. Everyone was so very kind, and the hospitality was just unreal. Call me crazy, but I think the island knew we were getting married and showed us many blessings throughout the week. From getting an up-close and personal hello from momma, baby, and escort whale (shoutout to Captain Andy’s) to the two sea turtles who joined in on the ceremony to the double rainbow that laced across the sky during our vows. I could not have dreamed of a more perfect day!! I get emotional just thinking back on all the love and support we received. Truly so special -

Better than I could have ever imagined!!
Ever since I visited Kauai back in 2019 I knew that was where I wanted to get married. When it came time to look for a venue it didn't take long to decide on The Beach House. As soon as I came across it I knew it was the perfect spot for our wedding. All the gorgeous pictures I saw online and the countless 5 star reviews I read were absolutely spot on. The Beach House team made the entire planning process so simple and easy. I was absolutely blown away by how they captured my vision in just a few emails and inspirational pictures. Where to even begin describing the perfection that is The Beach House…We've written and rewritten this review a handful of times trying to fully encompass the deep love we have in our hearts for this place. The truth is that no amount of words will ever be enough for us, they are all ohana now.
Planning a wedding as a lesbian couple can be daunting task when first reaching out to vendors. Are they inclusive? Will they make me feel comfortable? This is, afterall, one of the most special days of our life together! Feeling confident that we would be surrounded by energy that matched ours was at the top of our priority list. Tiff BEYOND exceeded those expectations.
From our very first call, we were greeted with nothing but love. It felt like catching up with a friend we hadn’t heard from in ages and we immediately connected. We shared pinterest boards, wedding visions, ideas and more. The entire time we were thinking, isn’t all this wedding planning supposed to be stressful?? ESPECIALLY planning one on an island we had never been to before? Our minds were blown by how seamless, incredibly detailed and organized the entire process was start to finish. We knew and could feel we were in good hands and that Tiff was the GOAT.
Fast forward to the day of the wedding. Tears are swelling up in my eyes just remembering how insanely beautiful it was. From the immaculate florals by Kealoha flowers to some of the best steak I’ve ever had in my life (literally cut with a butter knife), our wedding day was nothing short of perfection. Mai Tais stayed in constant flow and the aloha spirit was felt by all in attendance. Special shoutout to Sylvia for being a ROCKSTAR at coordination and for making these two brides feel so incredibly special!! We could have never in our wildest dreams envisioned how absolutely breathtaking our wedding would turn out to be. Also, THE FOOD. Enough said.
Needless to say, we would do it all over again in a heartbeat. In fact, just 6 months after our wedding, we booked a ticket straight back from Kansas City to spend Valentine’s Day together here! We walked in through the door and I kid you not, multiple of the team members remembered us and instantly came up to give us hugs. If this is the kind of love and people you want supporting you on your most important day, look no further. You’re in the hands of angels.

Beautiful Venue
After deciding on two different venues on the island, my daughter decided to go with Beach House because of their quick response to our initial inquiry and great reviews We are so happy we made the decision to go with Beach House, everything was perfect. The venue is in a beautiful location, the ceremony was very special, florals exactly how discussed, music, photography very nice and the food was amazing! The day of wedding coordinators were so kind and very organized. Can’t say enough about Tiffany, she was awesome with her quick responses to our questions and very helpful throughout. She made the entire process so enjoyable and stress free. If you are having a destination wedding on Kauai, I highly recommend The Beach House! -

The most amazing experience ever!
With the craziness happening around the world and with what stress you think you would have planning a destination wedding, Tiffany made all of that go away! After our first chat with her on the phone, we put our deposit down sight unseen. A couple months later we flew to Kauai to see our wedding venue and just completely fell in love with the space, vibe, food, views, etc. IT WAS PERFECT!!! Tiffany and her team made everything so easy and at times when I started to feel stress, she told me not to worry as she had everything taken care of, and SHE DID. The communication was a 10/10! I emailed her A LOT with questions because I, myself, am a planner and love to be involved as much as possible and she responded instantly every time. She helped keep our spirits super high and kept us so excited while planning. We asked for Silent Disco at our wedding with two DJs and she went above and beyond to make sure that happened. We had 80 guests at our wedding and the whole night went by so smoothly. This was seriously the best experience ever! My husband and I are so grateful for everything. Not sure if I mentioned this but the food is AMAZING, and all of our guests kept complimenting the fish. We of course just love the Beach House, so we went back a few days later to enjoy the restaurant itself. I would personally love to experience someone else's wedding there so I can take it all in from all sides. Choosing The Beach House as our vendor was the BEST decision we have ever made (aside from choosing to marry each other)!!! Tiff and Sylvia made the wedding planning process a dream from the start. As an LGBTQ+ couple, we had some concerns around picking a venue and people we had never met to help us plan our wedding. Those concerns quickly faded as soon as we had our first phone call with these gals and never returned. Every single vendor they hired (photography, videography, DJ, florals, officiant, ect.) were welcoming, kind, and treated us like we were not any different :) This is even more of a feat considering we had never visited the venue. Tiff and Syliva saw our vision from the start and worked tirelessly to see it come to fruition. My wife and I often found ourselves wondering why wedding planning always seemed to be so stressful to other people... Our experience was a breeze because we had the BEST support. And that isn't even including the day of!! The wedding was BEYOND perfection. From the florals to the food, day-of coordination (thanks Fran!!!), and entertainment, everything came together perfectly and many guests told us that our wedding was the best they had ever been to! The attention to detail cannot be overstated here. These people think of everything!! Now I am sitting at home wishing I could do it all over again.... When my then fiance and I decided we wanted to have a wedding in Hawaii, I searched the internet for the best possible vendor and found the Beach House and was blown away by the reviews. The moment I spoke to Tiffany and Sylvia, our points of contact, I knew we were in great hands. From our first conversation, the pair told us that they have weddings down to a science, and they are SO right about that.
Tiffany and the team were extremely responsive and met every single detail of our wedding with extreme pride and care. I truly felt that we were Ohana throughout our planning and aftermath of our wedding. Our wedding day itself was picture perfect - the florals, the drinks, the food, the CEREMONY (was complete magic), our photographer, the dance floor - I wouldn't have changed a single detail. We received so many comments from our guests that our wedding was the best wedding that they've ever been to, and I completely agree. I also love the fact that the Beach House coordinates details with local vendors (hair and makeup, photography, bakery, florals, etc.) so that we felt like we were giving back to Kauai, our new favorite place on earth. My husband and I felt so much love on our wedding day thanks to expert planning, which turned out to be a breeze. I've read reviews that on your wedding day, you simply show up, and I can confirm: that is true. Even further, our photos were delivered in a matter of DAYS compared to months that we expected to wait, which shows that the team works around the clock to deliver to its clients. I couldn't recommend the Beach House more for your perfect destination wedding. To see our vision come to life completely - even better than we anticipated - was truly a dream come true and I will always cherish the Beach House, Tiffany, Sylvia and the team for such a wholesome experience. -

More than I hoped for!
A destination wedding was a last resort for our pandemic wedding. We were so down that we couldn’t have our original plans play out but little did we know, it would be the best decision ever! Tiffany at The Beach House Restaurant was amazing. I still cannot believe I never got to meet her in person. She is the best behind-the-scenes coordinator I have ever encountered and we were so blessed to have her on our wedding team. She was responsive, friendly, professional and understanding. Our much anticipated wedding at the Beach House finally happened after covid delayed us for almost 2 years, with multiple date changes in between. It was worth the wait and everything we'd dreamed, thanks to The Beach House and the wedding legend Tiffany Lee. Tiffany's work ethic, responsiveness, attention to detail, and genuine care for her couples are above and beyond. All the 5 star reviews about her and the Beach House are 100% true: the setting is drop dead gorgeous, the food and cocktails are delicious, and the vibe of Poipu (less rain than Princeville, amazing sunsets) and the beauty of Kauai cannot be beat. I was nervous at first about planning a wedding remotely without having seen it, but now I can't wait to be hopefully invited to another couple's Beach House wedding because it was such a stunning, incredible, once-in-a-lifetime experience for everyone. We heard from so many of our guests that it was the best wedding they’d ever been to and several of our non-married guests are now considering The Beach House as their future wedding venue. Tiffany took care of every detail and made us feel confident throughout the (first) planning process but little did we know...
When the pandemic hit 2 weeks before our original wedding date, Tiffany & The Beach House came through for us on another level. Tiffany offered us all the options we needed to make the best decision (including a full refund - not all wedding venues were this understanding as we learned from friends), helped us navigate through the stress and difficulties of rescheduling all of our vendors, and basically put in the work to re-plan the wedding with all of the changing variables in play. Of course this made us even more committed to waiting to reschedule at the Beach House. As covid restrictions lifted and the venue started getting super booked, Tiffany still treated us like we were her VIPs, answering every email within 10 min (no joke), and being on top of every detail. I don't think I could've paid top dollar for a wedding planner to be so caring and helpful, and to think that she "came with" the venue goes to show why you see so many raving reviews about her in particular.
We loved The Beach House so much that during our honeymoon, we made it a point to go to their sister restaurant, Monkeypod Kitchen, just to relive the yummy food, cocktails, and desserts. You will not go wrong booking here.

After looking at several destination wedding venues, we decided to sign our wedding contract with the Beach House in February 2019. With the several great reviews, we wanted to be sure we would be in good hands and not have to worry since it’s a destination wedding. Unfortunately due to COVID we had to move our May 2020 wedding date to April 2021. As we entered in 2021, we still felt unsure about having guests travel and ultimately decided to cancel our wedding altogether. After much consideration, we decided it was best to revise our wedding package for an adventure photography and videography with just the two of us. Throughout this entire crazy and stressful journey, Tiff and the Beach House team were accommodating and always there to address all our concerns. Tiff was super responsive and so patient with every question we had. She is the absolute sweetest and one of the most pleasant people to work with. In an industry that can be stressful, she makes it look easy. We also loved working with Brady House for photography and Aya Productions for videography, both made the process easy going and fun.
Even though we wish we could have been married on the beautiful island of Kauai, we still had the time of our lives all thanks to Tiff and the Beach House. If you are still looking for a wedding venue, you can just stop looking and book with the Beach House now - you will not regret it. -

An extraordinary wedding at the Beach House Restaurant venue was stunningly beautiful. Our contact, Tiff Lee, was sensational.
When covid altered plans for my daughter’s Bay Area wedding last summer w/ 200 guests - the idea of an intimate wedding in Hawaii began to emerge. Kauai is our favorite island - enter Tiffany Lee, sales director + event planner at the beautiful Beach House Restaurant - certainly one of the loveliest venues on the island. Thanks to Tiff, my daughter and her fiancé had THE most stunning wedding, imaginable. There are simply not enough superlatives to describe Tiff! She is truly remarkable!!! Unbelievably efficient, Tiff is knowledgeable, competent, so kind, serene, reassuring- this magical wedding was stress- free because of her marvelous ability to organize and orchestrate. Tiff personifies the aloha spirit and is a wonder. She has an amazing team of support - staff Sylvia and Fran, incredibly talented photographer/videographer team Aya, unforgettable officiant Kelvin. We dined and danced under a gorgeous clear tent festooned with lights and flowing chiffon the florals were gorgeous, and dinner divine. Ten stars!!!

If you are thinking of having a wedding in Kauai - look no further
My fiance and I were engaged on NYE 2019 and were trying to tour venues around the same time that the pandemic hit in March 2020. Since so many places on the mainland were closed, we had to venue shop via the internet and social media. We stumbled across The Beach House's Instagram page, fell in love with the location and their team of vendors, immediately got on the phone with Sylvia, and everything just fell into place from there! Planning a wedding in 2020-2021 was not an easy feat for many brides and wedding planners, but Tiffany, Sylvia, Katie, and the team at The Beach House made every part of planning seamless from start to finish. They take care of everything and communicate with every vendor, which is absolutely necessary for a destination wedding. They were extremely responsive via email, phone, and text, and they are the nicest people and have the nicest vendors as well! We never had a chance to tour or taste the food beforehand and it did not matter. When we got to our wedding day, everything was absolutely perfect. The appetizers, dinner, and mai tais were more delicious than I could have ever imagined, and the event was seamless. We ended up having about 75 people travel for our wedding in Fall 2021 and we had so many compliments and people telling us it was the best wedding they had ever been to! I had family and friends telling me beforehand that "something always goes wrong, so just plan for a hiccup and let it go!" Well, NOTHING went wrong! I could have danced all night and never wanted it to end. We are so lucky to have found this incredible venue and team of people who have wedding planning down to a tee. I cannot thank Tiffany and Sylvia enough for everything they did for us. No bride should ever have to lift a finger or have one worry on their wedding day, I sure didn't. If you are looking for the perfect venue and team of people, this is it! Our wedding day was literally the best day of our lives thus far, and we can't wait to go back to The Beach House for dinner in the future. -

Beyond expectations impressive wedding venue and planning team
Our wedding was at The Beach House this summer and we cannot recommend the venue or the team highly enough. While we got married in June of 2021, our original date was August 2020. With the global pandemic pushing our date and a venue far from home (we're based in New York and until our wedding had never been to Hawaii), it's easy to imagine how stressful planning could have been. That was absolutely not the case. Tiff, Sylvia, and the entire team made every single decision and plan easy to manage and took care of every single detail. From unbelievable views and food to beautiful flowers, amazing photographers & videographers, musicians, decor, and ambiance there wasn't a single part of our wedding that we would change and Tiffs team organized it all. We can't emphasize enough how thankful we are for Tiff and the team planning an event from thousands of miles away during a global pandemic. To top it all off, after moving the date and finally getting close to the big day we found out just 15 days before that we'd need to cap the guest list at 40 people due to pandemic regulations. Tiff helped us handle this unfortunate situation in stride and instead of cutting our guest list we set up two unique ceremonies (both beautiful, and both at The Beach House). It was an incredible experience and we couldn't be happier. This venue is even better than it looks in pictures and the value of the team managing these events cannot be topped. We highly recommend it to anyone considering planning their big day in Kauai to book The Beach House. You won't regret it. -

Myself and my husband (as of 9/5/2021!) could not have been happier with our wedding at The Beach House! Our coordinators Tiffany & Sylvia were absolute rocks stars throughout the entire process. It was always our dream to have a destination wedding, and when we came across The Beach House, we fell in love with the venue instantly just via the photos! After our first phone call with Tiffany, we knew we were going to be in excellent hands. Planning a wedding is never easy but it was such a smooth and enjoyable process working with Tiff and Sylvia. You can tell how much pride they take in their jobs, we felt nothing but love and kindness from them throughout the process. We never had a chance to go look at venues or meet with coordinators, so we had to just put our full trust into them… and we are SO incredibly happy we did!! The location is breath taking, we will never forget the sunset we had on our wedding night. All of our friends and family are still raving about the food, the music, the florals, you name it- they loved it! Huge shout out to the servers and other staff members as well, they were all so attentive and kind, which just made the evening even more perfect. Also, our videographers and photographer were amaaaazing, they made us feel so comfortable instantly, it was like we were working with friends!

Worth everything!!!
There are not enough words to express how happy and grateful we are for the Beach House Restaurant & Team! Tiffany & Sylvia were the best at responding and coordinating from beginning to end. We had a vision and they executed it flawlessly and surpassed our expectations beyond measure. I am a very detailed person which I’m sure most brides are… every little detail I had to be involved in and they always made me feel heard and understood and most importantly they made me feel at ease and peace every single time I communicated with them. They were very thorough, organized, and just had everything under control. We literally just had to show up! Fast forward to the day of, we and our guests were well taken care of. We really felt like royalty, the staff made sure we were well taken care, they catered to our every needs and want. Seriously… the hospitality from every single person from the waiters, on site coordinators, DJ, bartender, AYA Productions, Tommy (musician who played a very special request for me), to Kelvin the man of the hour who truly made our ceremony full of Hawaiian island spirit, the food (very important because we didn’t get a chance to taste things first, our guests couldn’t stop talking about our appetizers and dinner, everyone wanted to go back and eat at the restaurant), the shave ice FRESH SHAVE and KAUAI photo booth, Mia & The Artist & Co. (makeup and hair), Trolley driver, !!!! I can go on abs on and on… but if you decide to have your wedding on Kauai, at the Beach House Restaurant, you will not regret it! This is the only place you should be looking at… we definitely set the bar high for our other engaged couple friends. If we could… we definitely would do it ALL OVER AGAIN! Our dream wedding….thanks to this venue and everyone and everything involved, you can’t put a price on the QUALITY & AUTHENTICITY this venue has to offer. They are truly one of a kind! Absolutely amazing!
Nothing but amazing things to say about the beach house! We had our wedding here on 07/24/21 and it was absolutely phenomenal! From the day we booked the venue to postponing through the pandemic to finally having our dream day… the beach houses coordinating staff was there for us through it all. I was a little nervous at first booking a venue i would never see until our wedding day (destination bride) but I had NOTHING to be nervous about. Everything from start to end on our wedding day was completely flawless. I can’t recommend this venue enough.. I’d chose it again and again. We got so many complainants on how beautiful the venue was, how amazing the staff were and how great the food & drinks were. If you’re even considering getting married in Hawaii CHOSE THE BEACH HOUSE! -

Turned my destination wedding dreams into reality
I simply can't put into words how incredible our wedding was at The Beach House. Tiffany and her team were a dream to work with. They were always so quick to respond, organized, accommodating and truly turned my vision into a reality. If anyone is thinking of doing a destination wedding with very little stress GET MARRIED HERE! The views are beautiful, food was delicious and the drinks are strong- HA! Every single one of our guests said it was one of the best weddings they've ever been to. Did I mention how affordable this venue is? You get so much value for your money here and can really work with the venue to make sure you're only paying for what you really want at your wedding. 1000000% would recommend getting married here- I want to do it all over again! -

Nothing less than perfect
Tiff, Sylvia, and Katie were everything we needed to have our perfect day run soo smoothly. I am beyond happy with everything the beach house delivered for our wedding day. They definitely made it easy simple and stress free for us. We were not able to see the beach house restaurant in person up until the day before when we arrived on the island. However they had everything under control and reassured us everything would be how we wanted. Choosing things from flowers, the arch, and the amazing food and can’t forget the photographer and videographer. They have a list of vendors (that are all soo great at what they do) for you to choose from. I would say to myself wow this is so easy and stress free I feel like I’m forgetting something. The day of nothing was forgotten, we both had the time our lives. Our wedding was such a dream and I am more than happy we chose the beach house and it’s amazing staff to have our wedding at. I wish I could relive that day over and over. Can’t wait for our video! If you are thinking of having it here it is definitely worth it. Our intimate wedding with close family was the perfect way to to start our marriage. I honestly can’t thank them enough! -
